Chapter 1 Wizarding School

"Grinfield, I like you!"

In March, a season of growth and renewal, with only five days left before the start of the school year at Violet Academy, a brown-haired boy held up a bouquet of flowers and knelt on one knee in front of a red-haired girl near the academy gate.

Students passing by stopped and watched with curious eyes.

Greenfield, a second-year student.

Tai'an paused slightly, thinking it wasn't far and he could give him a ride along the way, so he gave a noncommittal "hmm." He walked out of the registrar's office, his eyes scanning the surroundings.

Beside a tree in the green belt in front of the door, a beautiful little girl with silver hair and an oval face ran excitedly toward him.

"Excuse me, do you know which way to the Wizarding House?"

"Are you calling me?" The boy deliberately lowered his voice, his tone revealing a hint of impatience, in order to create a first impression that he was difficult to deal with.

Women are trouble, especially beautiful women. He didn't want to invite trouble for no reason.

The silver-haired little girl nodded lightly with her nose.

"Can't you read the road signs?" The boy pointed to the lawn not far away.

"I've watched it several times," the silver-haired little girl argued, her face flushed.

"You've watched it several times and still can't leave, you're so stupid!" The boy's attitude was rude, which angered him so much that he turned and ran away.

"Stop right there!"

Enraged, the silver-haired loli relentlessly chased after him. Having just seen him collect his student ID from the registrar's office, she assumed they were all freshmen in the Wizarding Division.

Since they were the same age, she wasn't afraid.

The two walked one after the other in the empty campus.

Violet Academy, a renowned institution across the continent, is almost the size of a small town. Each of its various departments occupies a separate area, with the Wizarding Department located in the far corner of the map.

Following the road signs along the way, we found a cobblestone path carved out of the dense forest, gradually moving away from the bustling city center.

Tai'an glanced back inexplicably and vaguely sensed a spying gaze.

Her guardian?

"So this is where it is! We actually have to go inside." The silver-haired loli looked on with a sudden realization, her eyes curiously scanning the boy's figure behind her. "Hey, what's your name?"

"You don't need to know," Tai'an said coldly. "Anyway, we might not cross paths again in the future, so let's just treat each other as strangers."

The silver-haired loli was extremely annoyed, puffing out her dimples in a huff: "It's just a name, why are you being so stingy? My name is Silver Moon, remember that..."

Pretending to be cute won't work! The boy resolutely looked away.

Who knows how much trouble this little beauty will cause in the future? He doesn't want his peaceful daily life to be disrupted.

The two continued onward, crossing a small hill, where a gray obelisk-like building came into view.
