Harry Potter, the savior of Night City

Chapter 26 Intelligent Creatures? Half-human, half-beast beasts.

"Little pony, you've crossed the line! You've not only violated our forbidden forest, but you've also violated the dignity of unicorns, and insulted our dignity!"

The lead centaur stared at Harry with a gloomy gaze. His forelegs were poised to strike, but then, as if remembering something, his muscles relaxed again.

"For Hagrid's sake, I won't lay a hand on you. Now, apologize to us, and you have ten minutes to leave the Forbidden Forest!"

Harry almost laughed at these beasts. A bunch of half-human, half-beast creatures dared to call themselves intelligent beings who controlled the Forbidden Forest?

"I don't understand how you beasts dare to do this." Harry chose to go face-to-face and unleash his full power. "Your weapons can't even scratch my skin, how dare you say you can control the Forbidden Forest?"

"What did you say?!" The centaur leader thought he had misheard and asked again.

"A beast is a beast. Can't you even hear what I'm saying?" Harry continued, "Even trolls know to wear clothes to cover themselves, but you bastards don't even have clothes on. And you call yourselves intelligent beings? You're not even as good as trolls."

"You wretched colt, you will pay for your words!"

The centaurs were enraged. A cacophony of neighing and groans rose up as they kicked at Harry. Centaurs outside the encirclement drew their bows, poised to fire.

Harry smiled as he watched the centaurs raise their hooves. The Sinwidstein activated, and time seemed to slow down in Harry's eyes. The centaurs were almost frozen in place. He pulled a grenade from his pocket, removed the pin, and placed it where he was standing. Then, using his second-stage reinforced tendon, he leaped out of the centaurs' encirclement.

Harry landed steadily on the ground without turning around. The S'anwestan stopped, and time resumed its flow. The centaurs stomped heavily on the spot where Harry had just stood, but what they saw was not Harry, who had been kicked and seriously injured, but a red, oval-shaped hand grenade.

"boom!"

The grenade exploded, the loud noise even reaching the edge of the Forbidden Forest. Hagrid, who was already asleep, was awakened by the sound, but then thought he was dreaming and fell back into a deep sleep.

The centaurs surrounding Harry had long been blown to smithereens, their organs and flesh flying everywhere, and even a few intestines were hanging from the treetops.

"Ugh~, you've splattered all over me." Harry wiped the blood off his body with disgust, turned around and looked at the centaurs standing outside the encirclement. Those guys were already terrified, their strong survival instincts driving them to turn and run. A few of them kept shooting arrows at Harry, praying that they could stop him.

"Don't come any closer! Don't come any closer!" A centaur kept shooting arrows at Harry, shouting, "A demon! You're a demon!"

Harry looked at the centaurs, who were on the verge of collapse, and had no desire to give chase. The duck that was about to be eaten had flown away, and the revenge that needed to be taken had been taken. There was no point in continuing the pursuit, and the main reason was that he was afraid of getting lost in the Forbidden Forest.

Harry spat out the blood-stained wizard robe, then wrapped the Invisibility Cloak around his body and walked back the way he came.

Although the promised prize was lost, there was still some gain. The soul energy of the centaurs boosted Harry's teleportation energy to 100%. However, Harry doesn't plan to return to Night City now. After all, Dumbledore's commission is not yet complete, and he hasn't received the remaining commission money. Going back now would be a loss.

Thinking this, Harry quickened his pace towards the castle; Mars was exceptionally bright today, more clearly visible than usual...

The next day, Harry woke up and immediately ran to the tower of the Headmaster's office. He knocked on the stone beast, but it still wouldn't let him in without the password. Harry was at a loss; he had originally planned to enter through the main entrance, but it seemed he would have to...

Dumbledore was sitting behind the table drinking cloyingly sweet cream tea, occasionally tossing a candy into his mouth. Harry hadn't caused any trouble for months, and he was quite relaxed now.

I put down my teacup, ready to grab a book to read, and looked up to find Harry's gaze fixed on me outside the window.

"..."

"..."

The two stared at each other in silence for a long time before Harry finally broke the silence.

"Old Deng, open the window."

Dumbledore waved his hand, the window opened, and Harry climbed in through the window, casually picked up the pile of cockroaches on the table and stuffed them into his mouth, then skillfully sat down at Dumbledore's table.

"Speak, what is it?" Dumbledore obediently sat back in his chair, thinking about how to get rid of Harry.

"Did Quirrell ask you for leave today?" Harry asked bluntly.

"How did you know?" Dumbledore asked, somewhat surprised. "He said he wasn't feeling well and needed to take a few days off, so I asked Professor Snape to cover his classes."

Harry had an "I knew it" look on his face, and then told Dumbledore what had happened the night before, omitting the part about the conflict with the centaurs, otherwise who knows what troublesome things Dumbledore would ask him to do next.

"It seems his body is already quite weak." Dumbledore stroked his beard thoughtfully. "You've seriously injured him again. It seems he won't be able to wait much longer. Well done, Harry."

"So, when do you plan to begin the final operation?"

"After you finish your exams, I'll have Snape spread the word to him and lure him back."

"A tribute to the legendary Snape," Harry remarked, then added, "Why wait until after the exams? Wouldn't a few days have been perfect, precisely when he was at his weakest?"

"Harry, although I don't know what you do in Night City, here you are still a student," Dumbledore said with a smile.

"Okay, I'll take the test."

Harry shrugged, thinking that he had studied quite well and wasn't afraid of the exam.

Dumbledore smiled and nodded, then pulled a slip of paper from the cabinet and handed it to Harry. "This is the password for the Headmaster's office. Just read it from here from now on, and don't climb over the wall again."

Harry took the note, and at the top of it was written "Honeydukes Order".

"Are you sure you didn't give me the wrong thing?" Harry stared at Dumbledore with dead fish eyes.

Dumbledore peered over and, after confirming it was correct, said, "Of course not. Just read the list of products one by one, and you'll find one that's right."

"That old bee really got the name right." Harry covered his face, choosing not to face Dumbledore anymore, folded the note and stuffed it into his pocket, then pushed open the door and walked out of the headmaster's office.

As Dumbledore listened to Harry's footsteps fade into the distance, and making sure he wouldn't come back to betray him, he immediately transformed the chair back into a recliner, casually pulled a book from the bookshelf, lay down on the recliner, and began to enjoy life.

"Ah, being a school principal must be such a wonderful job."

Meanwhile, in the Gryffindor Tower, Professor McGonagall, who was handling the school affairs that Dumbledore had entrusted to her, suddenly sneezed.

"Do you have a cold?"

She looked up in confusion, then lowered her head again to continue her work.
