"It was a rogue AI. From beginning to end, it was all a setup by the rogue AI. They treated us like the unlucky ones, making us cause a conflict between Arasaka and the Military Science Institute so they could take advantage of the chaos to steal the Polaris prototype." Harry said, lying on Rebecca's lap. He shifted his head to a more comfortable position. It has to be said that Rebecca's legs were indeed very soft and plump.

"Did you see where those roaming AIs took Polaris?" Mann asked. He was eager to solve these problems. He disliked the company, but that didn't mean he was tired of living and wanted to keep opposing it.

"Polaris is currently in a private laboratory on Badlands. Those blue-eyed shells have hired a group of night owls because I was the first person to insert that neural transmission core into my brain. My biological traces have been imprinted on Polaris, and they want to erase my consciousness and replace it with a wandering AI to use Polaris."

As Harry explained, everyone's expressions grew increasingly grim. Those blue-eyed people were nothing in the Badlands; the most troublesome thing was that Harry had become the sole owner of Polaris, and even if they managed to find Polaris again, it would be of no use.

"Also, there's something inside that chip used for delivery." Harry sat up; his magic had recovered somewhat, and he was no longer so tired. "Deciphering that chip might lead to more clues."

Mann didn't dwell on the clues; he was only thinking about his escape route. "Even if we had more clues, it wouldn't be of much use. Now we need to figure out how to escape from the two companies' encirclement. If all else fails, we'll lure the Military Science Institute and Arasaka here, and while they're fighting, we can also... what's that word again?"

"Like a cicada shedding its shell," Dorio reminded her.

"Yes, like a cicada shedding its shell," Mann said, following Dorio's suggestion.

"We'll talk about getting out of here later. It's too early to talk about getting out now. We need to decode that chip first, and we can't put that thing into our slot yet," Harry said, standing up.

"What about this guy?" Rebecca looked at 'K' lying on the ground and kicked it hard in the head.

"I'll handle this. You guys go out first. If anything else gets hurt, even a miracle won't save you." Harry took a breath, pulled a small bottle of magic recovery potion from his bag, and drank it to make sure he had enough magic.

After Rebecca, Mann, and the others went outside, Harry conjured his wand in his hand, pointed it at the 'K' on the ground, and recalled every detail of Voldemort's spell during his first year.

"Phew, hopefully it works."

He brandished his wand, recalling every detail. First attempt – failure; second – failure; third, fourth… Each swing of the wand failed to cast the spell. Harry took a deep breath, composed himself, and tried again, not missing a single detail about Voldemort.

"Avada Kedavra!"

A ghastly green spell erupted from the tip of the staff, condensing into a line that shot towards 'K' on the ground. The spell struck its body, and 'K' merely swayed before collapsing to the ground like a rag doll. Within its body, both the remaining human soul and the wandering AI consciousness vanished completely.

"It seems my guess was correct." Looking at 'K', whose continuous spells had all failed, he said, "As long as there is a physical body, the consciousness of these wandering AIs will also be considered as part of the soul."

"Let's go, it's resolved."

Harry turned and walked outside, completely ignoring his teammates' bewildered looks. That was it? Just a little stick, a few swings, some nonsensical words, and he'd taken care of a roaming AI?

"Is he really not some kind of wizard?" Mann asked Pila and the others.

"I'm not sure now either..." Pila said skeptically.

"Eliminating a roaming AI is very difficult, and now I'm starting to suspect that this guy is a reclusive wizard..." Qiwei said in the channel, trying to sort out her somewhat collapsing worldview.

Rebecca didn't say anything and walked forward to follow Harry.

"Harry, you..."

"I'm a wizard," Harry said directly. He didn't want to hide anything. He just wanted to see when his teammates would realize it, but who knew they were all so materialistic.

"Huh!?" When Mann and the others heard this answer, they were immediately startled. He was really a wizard? They thought they were hallucinating, or maybe Harry was being too immature, or maybe Harry was talking about hacking or something. But when they thought about everything Harry had done before, they felt as if their worldview had been reinforced by seven or eight people, constantly shattering and being rebuilt.

"Who asked you that?" Rebecca pulled out the Killer, which had been painted pink and green—no, it should be called Ironblood now—jumped up and smacked Harry on the back. "I was asking how you are. You looked like you'd had too much masturbation, like you were about to die."

"It's alright now." Harry rubbed the spot where Rebecca had hit him. Despite her short stature, she was surprisingly strong. "It just used up a lot of magic, but it's nothing serious. I just need some rest."

Mann and the others came up too. Now that their worldview had been shattered, they didn't care about magic or anything like that. As long as they knew Harry was on their side, that was enough. As for the rest, screw it.

"I'm suddenly a little hungry." Harry remembered that when he was chatting with Li Ji, Li Ji said that Chinese people like to have a good meal after doing something, no matter how big or small the task is. So, he turned to Rebecca and said, "I remember a restaurant that has really good food. Want to come with me?" For some reason, Harry just felt like inviting Rebecca.

"Hmm~" Rebecca's pink-green eyes blinked, and she looked at Harry with a smile. "Is this a date with me?"

What if I said yes?

Rebecca shook her head, her green twin tails swaying. "The wood is blooming? You're even using such a euphemism for hooking up."

"Damn, I meant dating, not fucking hooking up." Harry was speechless. That's just how Rebecca is; she'll blurt out something that shocks everyone from time to time.

"Hahaha..." Rebecca clutched her stomach, laughing so hard she couldn't stand up straight. "Alright, I agree."

"Harry." Before Harry could say anything, Pila wrapped her arms around his neck from behind. "I knew this would happen. Want to know which drinks Rebecca drinks to get drunk on easily?"

"Get out of my way, you bastard!"

"Ha ha ha ha..."

The atmosphere became more lively, easing the gloom that had been weighing on everyone's minds from the company's pressures. Taking a good rest was also a way to prepare for better challenges in the future.

..........

"K failed."

"His programs have been completely wiped clean, not a single thing remains."

"The other side must have a very powerful hacker."

"Now, we need to prepare for an attack; they're probably already figuring out how to find us."

"Our location is perfect; it will take them at least three days to find us."

"Make proper arrangements. Polaris cannot be moved. This time, we must capture that Harry Potter."

The magical world, Hogwarts Castle.

On the tower of the headmaster's office in the castle, Dumbledore, dressed in his pajamas, was leisurely adding the tenth sugar cube to his black tea.

Just as he brought the teacup to his lips, he suddenly felt a pang of fear, and the teacup slipped from his hand. Luckily, he reacted quickly and used magic to retrieve it.

Dumbledore looked out the window at the sky, carefully recalling the feeling he had just experienced.

"Is it just my imagination? I have a feeling that Harry used something incredible..."

Give myself a big pat on the back. (Pats belly)

I never thought I would have the patience to write this down, because I used to have very little patience. But now, as I write this novel, my restless mood is getting less and less, and I feel calm all over.

The previous hiatus was truly unavoidable. The school required us to do lab training for the last month, and we had to do experiments from 8 am to 9 pm every day (இωஇ )). I apologize to everyone here... If there are no unexpected circumstances, I will definitely update regularly in the future.

Having said that... actually, I didn't really want anything, just a free five-star book review to boost the rating, hehe... Little Airship thanks everyone in advance.
