Game of Thrones: The Road to Pirate King
Chapter 53 My Chapter is Here
Although the three-year journey across the Narrow Sea was fraught with difficulties and dangers, the points gained were real, making Euron feel that his initial persistence was the right thing to do.
The nine free trade city-states, the Dothraki Sea, Slaver's Bay and the three major slave ports of Yunkai, Meereen and Astapor, Valyria, Qarth, and the Basilisk Islands of Sothros... Every city, every sea, and every forest will provide Euron with a substantial reward of 34000 points.

Bloodline: Gray Sea King Bloodline – 1. Extended Ocean Perception: Consciousness can spread outwards like a jellyfish, allowing the perception of subtle changes in ocean currents, the movement of schools of fish, and even the approach of large creatures (such as seals and sharks) within miles without visual observation. This is especially strong during stormy weather, enabling the user to "read" the anger and rhythm of the waves. 2. Large marine creatures will instinctively feel awe or curiosity towards you, rather than actively attacking you; you can even command legendary sea beasts. 3. Deep-Sea Body: Strength and endurance are significantly amplified in water, allowing for swimming speeds comparable to the fastest dolphins. The body is better able to resist water pressure and cold, allowing for dives to depths far exceeding those of ordinary people, and maintaining core body temperature and mobility in icy seawater. 4. Bloodline Majesty: Believers of the Drowned God will experience a deep-seated awe and obedience. 5. Unknown. 6. Unknown. …

Aside from his strength being the same as an average adult, all other attributes surpass the average level, allowing him to defeat numerous Ironborn and mercenaries. This is due to his high agility, Water Dancer swordsmanship, and his skills in paper drawing and dual-wielding. Euron currently has 11 free attribute points, but he's in no hurry to use them. After all, he can increase them through self-training, as the required points will increase in the future. Currently, he knows that the only ways to gain points are exploring new maps and defeating or killing enemies. This means there's no stable source of points, and obtaining attribute points will become increasingly difficult.
The ship slowly entered the familiar harbor, and the rugged outline of the Iron Islands finally pierced through the sea mist and came into view. After three years, Euron Greyjoy had finally returned. On the dock, a group of figures were quietly waiting for his arrival—his family.
The ship slowly approached the dock in Pike City. Before the planks were fully in place, Euron had already leaped onto the rough stone ground on the shore.
His father, Corren Greyjoy, stepped forward first. The ruler of the Iron Islands did not embrace his son, but instead pressed a rough, rock-hard hand heavily against Euron's shoulder, with a force so great it could almost crush bones. His deep gaze swept over Euron's entire body like a hawk's, scrutinizing him from head to toe, as if examining a warship returning from a storm.
"You've grown taller and stronger." He finally spoke, his voice deep and resonant like thunder on the distant sea. "The sea breeze didn't blow you away, so it seems the Drowning God isn't planning to take you in yet." Though his words were harsh, his slightly trembling fingertips betrayed a deeper emotion.
Euron's mother, Sansa Greyjoy, stepped forward almost simultaneously. Unlike her husband, she reached out and gently yet firmly cupped Euron's face in her hands, forcing him to lower his head slightly. Her fingertips were icy, and tears welled in her eyes, which she stubbornly held back. "Let me see you," she said, her voice trembling, her gaze greedily tracing his features, "These eyes have seen too much… my child, you're home." She finally embraced him tightly, the hug carrying the scent of seaweed and an undeniable maternal love.
His two younger brothers, Viktorion and Ellen, who had been trying to maintain a serious demeanor, couldn't help but join in. The elder brother lightly punched Euron's arm and exclaimed, "This arm is almost as thick as my thigh! What do Easterners eat?" The younger brother curiously tugged at the tassel of his exotic-style sword at his waist, only to be glared at by his older brother.
Baron and his wife stood side by side, smiling calmly, or perhaps they were just putting on an act.
Baron reached out and firmly grasped Euron's forearm, a gesture of acknowledgment among Ironborn warriors. "Welcome home, brother," he said succinctly, but the strength of his grip and the satisfaction in his eyes spoke volumes. His wife, Alanis Harlow, gently nudged her three children. "Go, greet your Uncle Euron."
When he left, Rodrik Greyjoy was not yet born. Three years later, his brother Baron was already a father of three.
The little girl, just over a year old, was a bit shy, hiding behind her mother's skirt and only peeking out half her head, saying, "My name is Asha." Rodrik Greyjoy, however, was bolder, tilting his head back and asking, "Uncle, have you really seen a man-eating sea monster?"
Two boys, Maren Greyjoy and Rodrik Greyjoy, and one girl, Asha Greyjoy.
For a moment, the dock was filled with all sorts of sounds—greetings, exclamations, laughter, and even a mother's barely suppressed sobs.
Euron stood in the center of his family, feeling his father's unwavering hand on his shoulder, the warmth of his mother's embrace, the curious tugging of his brothers, and the childlike questions of his nephew. These familiar and unfamiliar feelings, all expressing deep affection in the most direct way, flowed like countless warm currents, eroding the hardened defenses of his heart that had been tempered by the storms of the past three years. He took a deep breath of the Iron Islands' unique scent, a blend of sea salt, damp stones, and smoke, and revealed his first truly relaxed smile since returning home.
"Don't be afraid! Sea monsters eat people, but they don't eat iron!" He answered the little boy's question, but his gaze swept over all his family members. "I'm back."
