Chapter 940 Spider-Man Arrives by Your Side

The Battle Realm, the border of Hell.

The ultimate team from Earth 1610 is struggling in this place. This wretched place, Hell's Edge, is a bit too much for them—firstly, because Earth 1610 has never even been in contact with Hell's Edge, so they have no idea what this place is like. They also have no contingency plan for dealing with hundreds or thousands of demons.

Unlike other regions, the right to participate in the Earth-1610 competition is almost entirely controlled by S.H.I.E.L.D.'s "Ultimate Team." Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Ant-Man, Wasp, and Hawkeye—these six constitute the entire team. Other heroes are completely outside their consideration. Therefore, it can be said that their strength is pitifully weak in this place, barely enough to survive.

"It's unbelievable how many demons there are in this place!"

Ultimate Wasp is clearly much more volatile than the one in 616. Despite her short stature, it didn't stop her from slapping a demon on the head, and then using bio-electricity to blow its head off.

But the demons kept approaching, their numbers almost endless. Thor had tried his best to use his lightning and battle axe to drive away the enemies, but he still couldn't solve the problem in a short time.

Just as the blood-red sky seemed to be torn apart, a beam of light shot into the sky and struck the ground. A powerful energy wave then blew all the demons away. No one knew what had happened, except for Ultimate Thor, who roared excitedly, "It's the Rainbow Bridge of Asgard!"

"What rainbow bridge?! Oh, so you really are a Norse god?!"

Even the ultimate Iron Man was stunned for a moment before he realized the problem. As the light gradually faded, six figures appeared on the open ground not far away, which were naturally Peter and his companions.

"This place doesn't look like the frontier of hell, although the sky is similar and there are a lot of demons, but it looks more like Earth—Thor, please clear a path."

Peter examined his surroundings and recalled that Velasco had indeed conquered many worlds. Perhaps this was just an Earth that Velasco had conquered, destroyed, and then brought here by the Transcendent to create the Battle Realm.

"A demon, that's not surprising at all."

"Emh," Thor said, slamming his hammer into the ground. The massive shockwave instantly blasted all the demons within a radius of dozens of meters away. Seeing this, Ultimate Iron Man asked Ultimate Thor again, "Are you really the Norse god? You're not lying, right?"

"Stop talking nonsense, Stark. It doesn't look like they're the enemy over there." Captain Ultimate looked towards Peter's group. "Perhaps we can form an alliance."

"Yeah, I saw Spider-Man, me, and Thor. I think that's more in line with the mythological image of Thor, don't you guys think?"

I didn't think so.

Ultimate Hawkeye looked like he was carrying a heavy heart: "I'm almost out of arrows; there simply aren't enough in a place like this."

Meanwhile, Peter also spotted this team. They were pretty sure that this team wasn't too strong, so they quickly launched a rescue operation. With the entire team sweeping through the area, they approached the Ultimate Team, and the Ultimate Team, under the command of their captain, quickly moved closer.

"It's nice to see you all. Although it's not a great time to chat, I'm still very happy to see your friendly faces."

Ultimate Captain put on an act like they were the good guys. But seeing Ultimate Thor's appearance, Peter recognized that the team in front of him came from the infamous Ultimate Universe—a universe that was excellent in its early stages but started to produce terrible content in its middle stages. He wondered where the Ultimate Universe's storyline had progressed to, and hoped that they hadn't gone mad yet.

"Then let's settle down and talk again!"

As Peter spoke, he demonstrated the power of the anti-venom and nanobots. A large number of demon heads were immediately and beautifully stuck together by various spider silks. Then, with a forceful movement, many demons turned into headless horsemen. Peter then used a spell to smash through the swirling wind, temporarily halting the enemy's attack.

Seeing this, Ultimate Captain America breathed a sigh of relief and walked over to shake hands with Peter: "Hello, Spider-Man—what's your name?"

"I am Spider-Man from Earth 616. Your multiverse vibrational frequency indicates that you are from Earth 1610. However, you can give yourselves a nickname or something."

After Peter finished speaking, he looked around and noticed that the demons weren't rushing at him, but were staring intently at him, as if they had seen something else very important. Admittedly, demons possess intelligence, but not all of them are, and right now, all the demons were cautiously watching Peter in this false border of hell.

"They have someone directing them. This guy knows magic is effective against these demons, so he stopped the demons from charging." Peter looked around, then released his Qi perception to expand his range as much as possible. After taking a deep breath, he sensed everything around him.

No one was found.

"Logan, can you smell anything?" Peter handed the task over to Twilight Wolf again. After sniffing carefully, Twilight Wolf frowned and shook his head: "No, this place smells of foul sulfur everywhere. I can't smell anything wrong either."

This is a world invaded by Velasco, a world transformed into something resembling Limbo, which is why it so closely resembles it. However, this is still just Earth. Not only does it lack resources like colossal metals, but even in terms of energy, this place is nowhere near comparable to the real Limbo.

There is only one thing blocking Peter and his men's way now: the commander hiding in the shadows.

"I guess that guy is some kind of demonic superhero modified by Velasco, I'd guess he's Iliana from some universe, theoretically easy to find —"

Peter hadn't even finished speaking when he saw a large number of enemies, or more accurately, a large number of demonized superpowered individuals and villains. They were muttering something and had already approached Peter. The demonized superpowered individuals then rushed towards Peter.

They approached Peter almost instantly, and before they were even close enough to fight him, an explosion occurred. Then came a second and a third. These superhumans were human bombs, sent to stop Peter.
