Ghost Slayer: Please let me be a human being

After dinner, my body suddenly collapsed. My head hurt like it was splitting apart, and I was dizzy. I couldn't open my eyes. I vomited a lot afterwards. I almost thought I had some serious illness and couldn't make it.

I have been dizzy until now. I suddenly woke up. The symptoms have eased a little, but I still have a headache, nausea, and general weakness. I can only take a day off. I am very sorry.
