As he spoke, Blue Owl stood up from the ground, dusted off his metal gloves, and said, "I feel like I've ascended to heaven. Commander Che told me that this wall is made of a special alloy material. To be honest, it's already quite an achievement that I was able to blast a big hole in it, right?"

He turned his head to look at Qingya's profile, thinking that this was the first time he had observed his father in his battle uniform up close.

Because of the helmet's structure and function, Ke Youqing's pupil shape and color differed from his usual appearance, making it unrealistic to discern his identity solely from the outline of his eyes. Thus, to Blue Owl, the face that met his eyes was exceptionally cold and unfamiliar, like an executioner born from the depths of hell.

"In terms of sheer power, its performance is indeed outstanding..."

The raven spoke slowly, gazing into the distance. As the black smoke dissipated, the giant crater in the silver-white metal wall slowly came into view.

"However, the prerequisite for reaching this power is a 20-second charge time: unless it is used for ambushes, it is not very practical in normal combat or skirmishes, and may even trap you in a self-imposed prison, thus harming your teammates."

"Moreover, the result of rock-paper-scissors is random."

"Either this is a rule of the ability, or you simply haven't mastered this ability yet. In any case, this move is not suitable for use in actual combat until you can control the outcome."

Upon hearing this, Blue Owl sighed inwardly, looked up at him and said, "Is it necessary to belittle my special ability to nothing? This is my underwear, you know?"

He paused for a moment, "And when combined with my other superpowers, it's still quite strong, right? For example, after charging for 20 seconds, I can use my position-swapping skill to unexpectedly close in on the enemy and deliver a powerful Martian punch."

"Too idealistic." Blue Raven said expressionlessly, "Real combat situations are far more complex than you imagine."

"Okay, so you think my move has no potential for development?"

“No…” Blue Crow paused for a moment before continuing, “It has great potential.”

"Teacher Ya, are you schizophrenic? Didn't you just belittle me a moment ago?"

The blue owl said irritably, feeling like it was being manipulated.

The crow ignored him and changed the subject: "Do you know how much power you gain with each rotation compared to before?"

“How could I possibly know this data if I haven’t measured it?” The blue owl scratched its beak and said, “I can’t just rely on my senses to guess a number, that’s too unreliable.”

Upon hearing this, Qingya lowered his head and said slowly, "When you rotate your arms, your strength increases steadily from beginning to end, never decreasing... and every five rotations form an increasing interval, with twenty rotations divided into four increasing intervals. If we consider your initial strength as 1, then in the first increasing interval, the strength in your arms will increase by 0.5 points with each rotation; in the second increasing interval, it will increase by 0.3 points; in the third increasing interval, it will increase by 0.4 points; and in the fourth interval, it will increase by 0.6 points."

He paused slightly at this point, then continued.

"Finally, when you reach the 20th lap, which is your current limit, the cumulative force in your arms is 10... which is 10 times the initial number."

Holy crap, is this for real? The limit of the Spinning Arm Rock-Paper-Scissors technique is 10 times the strength, and Dad can still see through it?

Thinking of this, Blue Owl raised an eyebrow slightly and said in surprise, "Uh... I feel like you know more about my abilities than I do?"

He thought to himself, so the reason Qingya released those crows to observe his movements was to visually estimate the increase in power when he released the "Rotating Arm Rock-Paper-Scissors Technique"?

However, to be able to summarize the power increase pattern of the twenty-rotation arm technique so accurately as to be almost identical to the system data is terrifying... Ke Mingye himself had summarized the power increase pattern of the rotation arm rock-paper-scissors technique using the data provided by the system, and the deviation from what Qingya said was less than 0.1%, which made him feel a chill down his spine.

If Ke Youqing were to release a flock of crows at home to observe the changes in his children's strength at every moment, he would soon discover that all his children were his mother's freaks, and none of them could hide their true identities.

Thankfully, he had never released crows like that at home before… Blue Owl thought to himself.

“It’s not difficult…” said the crow. “When you reach my position, you can do it too.”

"When will I be as strong as you?" Blue Owl asked.

Upon hearing this, Qingya seemed to recall something, and suddenly lowered his face slightly, remaining silent.

In the end, he didn't answer the question, but silently moved towards the exit of the testing room.

Blue Owl followed behind him, then made conversation, "Uh... so according to you, my rock-paper-scissors ability is most cost-effective in the last 5 rotations, providing the greatest power boost: then the first 5 rotations, the 11th to 15th rotations, and finally the 6th to 10th rotations?"

“It’s obvious,” said the crow. “You can use this to judge when to strike in a fight, instead of just foolishly swinging your arms.”

"Okay, your analysis is very meaningful to me. It made me realize the limits of superpowers. Anyway, that's all. You get the gist of it."

As he spoke, the Blue Owl glanced at the Crow's retreating figure, a hint of teasing in his voice.

"By the way, does this superpowered mentor have any rating system? I could give our mentor, Blue Raven, a five-star review on the Superhero Association's app. Maybe other superheroes would be eager to take your classes?"

The crow ignored the latter part of his statement and only replied to the first part: "Most people with superpowers can increase the upper limit of their superpowers through training, so 10 times the strength... may not be the limit of your superpower."

"Oh, well, how about I demonstrate my other two abilities to you? Like, let me switch places with your crow, and I'll do a backflip for you; or you can create two crows, and I'll roast them with my Flame Fist, and you can eat them after they're cooked—consider it payment for helping me analyze my abilities. Also, we'll see each other again next time..."

Under the Blue Owl's relentless barrage of chatter, the Green Raven suddenly vanished, its form dissolving into scattered wind raven feathers. Only after its figure disappeared did the booming sound, like the flapping of giant bee wings, finally echo through the silent testing room.

"He has absolutely no sense of humor."

Blue Owl raised his hand to cover his ears, muttered something, and then looked around the empty metal testing room.

This time, the crow has really run away.

"Oh no, I forgot to take off my helmet in front of him."

The blue owl yawned, thinking to itself.

"But it doesn't matter. Even without Ke Mingye's identity, he'll still protect me. After all, he and Commander Che are still waiting for me to lure out the Watchmaker..."

As he walked toward the exit of the metal testing room, he swiped his ID card into the slot above the metal door, and the door slowly opened.

Che Zhengchen was leaning against the dark gold wallpaper in the corridor, arms crossed, head bowed, dozing off.

Hearing the metal door open, he rubbed his acupoints with one hand, groaned, and lifted his head, forcing open his sleepy eyes, casually asking, "Are you done?"

"He didn't say a word, he just watched me demonstrate my abilities and then ran away." Blue Owl shrugged. "The superpower mentor you hired is a bit of a jerk... Commander Che."

Upon hearing this, Che Zhengchen took off his glasses and wiped the lenses with a cloth from his pocket, then smiled and said, "It seems you two get along quite well."

As he spoke, he put his glasses back on, stuffed the cloth back into his pocket, and adjusted the frame on his nose. "If the Blue Raven is willing to spend three minutes alone with you, everyone in and out of the association will probably marvel at how this is the ninth wonder of the world, surpassing even the eight wonders of the world."

"Is it really that exaggerated?" Blue Owl said. "I'm more curious, does this mentor come to guide me every day?"

"Who knows? It all depends on his mood. It might be once a week or once a month," Che Zhengchen said. "Don't worry, if he really doesn't want to take care of you, someone else will take his place and teach you how to become stronger."

After saying that, he smiled slightly: "Shall we go to the association's cafeteria for breakfast?"

Blue Owl crossed his arms, considered for a moment, then tilted his head to look at him: "I think it's fine. But could you help me repair this battle suit?"

As he spoke, he pointed to the tear in his red and blue combat uniform, "You can't expect me to wear this outfit to dinner with you, it's embarrassing."

“I think that’s fine. So, when you get back, take off your combat uniform and send it to me through some means?” Che Zhengchen asked.

"Then I'll have Bai Yi get it for you."

"Wow, you two have gotten this close already?"

"It's alright."

As Blue Owl spoke, he pressed the elevator control panel, and the elevator doors slowly opened. He stepped into the elevator before Che Zhengchen and pressed the button for the first floor of the association building.

"So, what's your impression of the Blue Raven?"

"They're easier to approach than I expected."

"Haha, that's good."

As the two spoke, the elevator descended to the first floor of the association. Watching Che Zhengchen leave, Blue Owl stepped out of the building, where a figure in a silver-white battle suit was leaning against the wall, waiting for him.

"I've been looking for you for a long time." Bai Yi turned to look at him and said, "Why did you suddenly run away yesterday?"

"Something's up," Blue Owl said.

"What exactly is your relationship with that girl named 'Bai Zini'?" Bai Yi asked. "Uh, the significance of you specifically having me show them that photo wasn't actually to let the other magical girls know your identity, but rather to show them that girl, right?"

"Here's some advice," Blue Owl said. "Don't pry into her affairs, or you'll be in trouble."

"What trouble?"

“That’s hard to say…” Blue Owl said meaningfully.

"I even helped you out, and you won't even tell me where she came from?" Bai Yi slightly curled the corners of his mouth. "But I understand you. Everyone has a girl hidden in their heart. Actually, you just want her to know you're a superhero and admire you, right?"

"Uh...you could say that." Blue Owl shrugged, noncommittal. "Let's go, wait until I get home and take off my battle suit. We'll find a breakfast place nearby. You're the captain, it's your treat."

"Okay."

Bai Yi nodded, then tilted his head and asked, "Do you need me to give you a ride, by flying?"

"I think it's a good idea, it will save me from taking the subway."

"But it might be a bit of a disturbance to the neighbors."

"Never mind them."

As soon as Blue Owl finished speaking, White Wings spread his silvery-white wings and grabbed his shoulder from behind.

The next moment, accompanied by a deafening explosion, White Wing flapped its wings and shot into the sky, disappearing with Blue Owl at the bottom of the Superhero Building.

Chapter 194 July 20th, a burst of fireworks on the overpass

August 7st, early morning.

After taking off their combat uniforms at their respective secret bases, Ke Mingye and An Renchuan met at the Rainbow Light Commercial Street, had breakfast, took a walk, and then parted ways.

Ke Mingye took a taxi back to the old Jingmai neighborhood, took the elevator, and went to the 12th floor of the duplex apartment building.

As the elevator doors opened, he stepped into the car and looked up from his phone screen.

Bai Ziling stood alone at the entrance of the building, lost in thought. Her face was turned to the side, her gaze as empty as a harbor at the autumn equinox, fixed on the sky. The sky was just beginning to lighten, and the soft, hazy morning light shone through the dusty window, falling on her pale cheeks.

Ke Mingye stared at the white-haired girl's profile for a moment, then put away his phone and asked.

"Get up so early?"
