The Return to Hogwarts

"How can I be of service to you two?"
The Muggle waiter spoke politely, but a hint of doubt flickered in his eyes.
Those who frequent the area are all elites and high-end individuals, dressed in exquisite and luxurious attire. However, the young couple in front of him, who appeared to be a couple, were dressed very ordinaryly. Strangely, they possessed an extraordinary air about them, making them seem unlike ordinary young people who had entered the store out of curiosity.
"We've already made a reservation—"
Amosta said in a calm, deep voice, "Let me think... Hmm, it should be table fourteen."
"OK--"
The waiter concealed his slight doubts, bowed slightly, and led Amosta and Amelia to a table behind a huge, unique model of a medieval sailing ship near the back of the café.
Amelia took the menu from the waiter, flipped through a few pages, her upturned nose twitched, and she subconsciously muttered something.
"Too expensive—"
"It doesn't matter,"
Amosta said nonchalantly,
"We can have whatever we like, since we won't be the ones footing the bill anyway."
Amelia's lips twitched slightly, and she obediently ordered two Geisha coffees and some exquisitely presented desserts.
The melodious piano music surrounded me, and the few customers at the few tables were talking quietly. The huge coffee shop was almost silent.
"The person who invited you hasn't arrived yet?"
The elegant surroundings made Amelia a little uncomfortable. Although she was a wizard, she came from an ordinary Muggle family.
Amusta glanced at the clock on the wall; there were still about ten minutes until eight o'clock. He nodded.
"As you can see, the customers and waiters in this café are all Muggles, and the only wizards are us."
"But why would he want to meet here?"
Amelia's gaze drifted past the sails of the giant sailboat model to the guests beyond the tables, a vague unease stirring within her, though she couldn't quite put her finger on why.
"If you're asking for my opinion—"
Amosta picked up the complimentary herbal tea he was offered while waiting and took a sip. The cloying sweetness made a vein throb on his forehead.
"It's just in case."
Before Amelia could ask, Amosta offered an explanation.
"Those missing Level 5X magical creatures have baffled the Security Department for months. Mr. Newt Scamander told me that the perpetrators left no trace at the scene and made no noise when they committed the crime. So how could such a perfect crime suddenly have a whistleblower emerge, unless—"
"Unless he was involved in a crime!"
Amelia's eyes widened, and her voice tightened.
Amosta nodded slightly.
“I think so. So the person who invited me out should have expected that I would guess this, in order to prevent himself from falling into my hands, or for me to report to the security department. So it’s not surprising that he chose a Muggle place to meet us.”
Amosta glanced around casually, paused for a moment, and then continued,
“This coffee shop and the nearby restaurants and hotels cater to people with status in Muggle society. If the conversation goes wrong, this kind of environment would make me hesitant to act, because if these Muggles with status die mysteriously, the impact on Muggle society would be greater than that on ordinary people.”
"A despicable criminal."
Amelia spoke uncontrollably, a look of disgust flashing in her eyes.
"Perhaps, I think this person might be facing some trouble--"
Amosta said calmly,
"Knowing full well that meeting Amosta Blaine was a very risky thing, he still insisted on doing it, so he's probably in quite a bit of trouble."
The melodious piano music playing in the coffee shop reached its climax before it ended. Suddenly, the stirring melody silenced all the whispers in the coffee shop, and all the customers looked at the girl playing the music with admiration.
Wow.
The music abruptly stopped at its climax, leaving only lingering echoes.
The girl playing gracefully lifted her skirt and stood up from her seat. A smile appeared on her exquisitely beautiful face. She leaned forward to thank the audience who had applauded for her. When her gaze turned to Amosta Blaine a little further away, she seemed surprised by the man's handsome appearance and extraordinary temperament. She was slightly stunned for a moment.
Amosta applauded the Muggle girl's superb skills, nodding and smiling at her in return.
Having witnessed this scene and watched the girl return to the inner room to rest, Amelia glanced past the group of lingering men in the café and suddenly asked,
"Do all you guys like girls like this?"
"what?"
Amos asked in surprise, then came to her senses.
"Oh no, I don't..."
Ding, ding, ding—
The clock struck, and the café door opened. Amusta's gaze swept over the area, then his aura softened, and his tone became calm.
"The person we've been waiting for has arrived."

Upon hearing this, Amelia's faint sour feeling vanished instantly. Her sharp gaze suddenly turned to the doorway, and upon seeing it, her delicate eyebrows immediately contracted.
The man who walked into the coffee shop was a lean, middle-aged man wearing an oddly styled black jacket and a lip piercing, a rebellious look. Amelia was confident in her judgment; this man, whose demeanor seemed completely out of place in the coffee shop, was a muggle without any magic.
She looked at Amosta in confusion, while Amosta calmly sat down and quietly waited for the inviter to arrive.
The waiter at the café was also somewhat surprised by the customer's attire and taste, but when he heard the customer say that he had already made a reservation and had a table number, he could only suppress his disdain and dissatisfaction and politely point out the table where Amosta and Amelia were, but he did not personally lead the way for him.
The hip-hop-dressed Muggle man ignored the strange looks he received from the other customers in the coffee shop. He looked around warily before gazing in the direction the waiter had pointed out.
However, his view was blocked by the huge model sailboat, so he couldn't see what was behind it.
After weighing his options, the Muggle man pursed his lips and strode over.
He stopped twenty feet away from Amosta. When he saw the world-famous face, the Muggle man's eyes narrowed, and he secretly breathed a sigh of relief. However, when he noticed that there was a young woman sitting opposite Amosta, his expression immediately turned very ugly.
While the Muggle man was sizing up Amosta and Amelia, they were also sizing him up.
Amelia's eyes revealed obvious hostility. A suspect who might be involved in the missing magical creatures case, according to her wishes, should be arrested immediately and sent back to Congress for questioning.
Amosta stared intently at the Muggle man who had stopped and was scrutinizing him. His penetrating gaze pierced the man's eyes, and then, noticing something, his expression became knowing.
"Oh it's you."
Amosta said calmly.
His words caused a moment of surprise to both Amelia and the inviter, and although the latter did not understand the meaning, he clearly became more alert.
“If I remember correctly, Mr. Blaine—”
The man spoke in a voice so hoarse with nervousness.
"I only invited you. This young lady was not included in my invitation. Who is she?"
“Amelia Dett”.
Amosta sank back into the sofa, his fingers interlaced on his knees, and said calmly,
"An Auror dispatched by the Security Department of the Magical Congress of the United States to protect my safety."
Upon hearing the name of the Auror from the Magical Congress of America, the man's forehead veins bulged. He glanced at Amelia, whose face was grim as she faced him, and suppressed the urge to flee, his breathing rapid.
“That sounds like a joke, Mr. Blaine. You are the most powerful wizard of our time. You don’t need anyone to protect you.”
"You should know that the Security Department confiscated my wand."
"But you subdued a venomous leopard with your bare hands."
The Muggle man was silent for a moment, then said to Amosta,
“You brought an Auror from the Department of Security to see me; it doesn’t seem like you’re being very sincere.”
"Sir, how can I help you?"
The waiter who was delivering the food passed by the Muggle man, glancing at him with some puzzlement, wondering why this customer was standing on the walkway.
"No."
The Muggle man took a deep breath, but instead of turning away, he walked towards his reserved table.
Amelia was about to get up to offer her seat to the suspicious Muggle, but Amosta gestured with his hand in the air, indicating that Amelia should sit down.
"You're not going to talk to me? If that's the case, why did you come here today?"
Seeing this, the Muggle man's face turned ugly. After the waiter put down the food and bowed to leave, he stood awkwardly by the table and asked in a low voice.
Amostella stared into the man's eyes and clearly sensed the flickering consciousness of a wizard behind them; his expression was calm to the point of indifference.
"You were just talking about sincerity—"
Amosta's voice was also dismissive and cold; he didn't even glance at the man, but casually used a silver spoon to stir the fragrant coffee in front of him.
"You probably need my help with something, but you've used the Imperius Curse to control a Muggle to meet me. Is this your sincerity?"
A soul-stealing curse?!
