Orochimaru became interested.

"But Orochimaru-senpai, please keep me in suspense. I'll tell you when I get the gift."

Orochimaru licked his lips with delight, and Karot involuntarily slowed his pace. Karot couldn't stand seeing this scene every time. But Orochimaru persisted, and Karot was at a loss.

Chapter 51 Encounter on the road

Carrot wandered around, stopping frequently, until he arrived at Ichiraku Ramen. This ramen shop holds many memories for Naruto fans.

Carlo pulled back the curtain and went inside.

The shop owner, Uncle Ichiraku, welcomed the customer with a beaming smile. But when he saw it was Carrot, his face instantly turned ashen. The speed was comparable to a Sichuan opera face-changing act.

"Hi, Uncle Yi Le, it's been a long time."

Carrot greeted them warmly, as Ichiraku Ramen had left a deep impression on him. This was one of the few kind-hearted people who had ever treated Carrot to ramen. They hadn't treated him again after that one time.

"Seeing you makes me not very happy."

Uncle Ichiraku recalled a painful memory from the team: once, he treated Carrot to noodles, spending half a day kneading the dough without a break. After Carrot finished eating and left, Ichiraku went straight to see a hand doctor and had to rest for half a month before he could cook again. Everyone had a very deep impression of Carrot.

"Uncle Yi Le, have a bowl of noodles to soothe your throat first."

Carrot started placing the order.

Upon hearing Carrot's words, Ichiraku stumbled and nearly fell. He thought to himself...

Carrot delivered a devastating blow, leaving Obito no chance to retaliate.

"I'm gonna start now."

After speaking, Carrot immediately began eating. He picked up his chopsticks, slurped up the soup, and emptied the enormous bowl of ramen in one swift motion. Ayame quickly replaced Carrot's bowl. Everyone in Minato's team, except Kakashi, stared blankly as Carrot ate. Bowl after bowl piled high. In the blink of an eye, there were fifty bowls.

"I've eaten about three-tenths full, that's enough."

"Carrot spoke up."

Shuimen was dumbfounded.

"This is only three-tenths full?"

"Yes, Minato-senpai is going to the Uchiha clan later and doesn't want to eat too much."

Carrot picked his teeth and said.

"Huh? You're going too?"

Carrot realized what was happening and asked.

"what are you going to do?"

"Kakashi's eyes should be returned to Obito. I want to ask Fugaku for a ball so that he can give Kakashi a Sharingan."

Carrot glanced at his one-eyed brother, scratched his head, and thought, "This is a bit troublesome. The Sharingan can't be deactivated without Uchiha blood, which has caused Kakashi to always lack chakra in the original timeline. Even dealing with Zabuza was a challenge." Being the older brother was a real chore; he had to find ways to increase Kakashi's chakra levels. But with Orochimaru, that wasn't a problem. "Carrot said. Then the group headed towards the Uchiha clan in a grand procession. Carrot bought food as they walked, which made things difficult for Minato, greatly slowing them down.

Finally arriving at their destination, Minato hadn't seen Carrot stop talking.

"Stop! Who are you looking for?"

The Uchiha gatekeeper stopped Carrot and his group.

"I am Minato Namikaze, and this is Karot Hatake, who have come to pay their respects to our clan leader."

He vanished in a flash.

"Senior Carrot, what brings you here?"

Shisui's voice came from behind Karot. Everyone turned around and saw Shisui and another Uchiha child.

Uchiha Shisui first bowed to Karot, then greeted Minato and the others. Shisui's gentle manners were impeccable. The others also greeted each other, and the atmosphere quickly became familiar.

"Senior, are you here to see our clan leader?"

Shisui asked, assuming that Karot had come to garner the Uchiha clan's support for Orochimaru.

"No, I came to see you. It's something very important."

Carrot's revelation of the purpose of his trip caught everyone off guard. Everyone instinctively assumed that Carrot had come to find Uchiha Fugaku.

"Senior, this is my friend, Uchiha Itachi."

This is Uchiha Itachi. He's a ruthless man, a man who killed his own family to prove his path. Karot couldn't help but take a few more glances. Apart from being more handsome than him, he was nothing special, only comparable to his younger brother Kakashi.

Under Shisui's influence, Itachi Uchiha became extremely interested in Carrot. Shisui talked about Carrot-senpai all the time, to the point that Itachi was practically sick of it. Now that he'd seen him in person, he seemed quite ordinary.

At this moment, Fugaku Uchiha also arrived at the door to greet them, and the group entered the Uchiha clan's territory.

The Uchiha territory was fully equipped with all sorts of facilities, like a village within a village, with its gates isolating it from outsiders. This was one of the reasons why the Uchiha were not accepted into Konoha.

As Carrot walked and looked around, Shisui stayed close by, constantly introducing food to Carrot and paying for it. He was even more attentive than he was to Itachi Uchiha. This completely surprised Itachi.

Shisui did this so that Karot could learn more about the specific situation of the Uchiha clan and make reforms accordingly.

Upon arriving at Fugaku Uchiha's residence, Minato's girlfriend was already there, chatting with her best friend Mikoto Uchiha.

Upon seeing this, Carrot couldn't help but glance at Minato again, realizing that it was good to have Mikoto Uchiha whisper sweet nothings in Fugaku's ear.
