"Hello, my name is Karot Hatake."

"Hello, my name is Matsushita Hokuto, you can call me Matsushita-sensei."

"Okay, Mr. Matsushita."

The first meeting should leave a good impression on both parties. A polite greeting is sufficient; how well you get along afterwards depends on whether your personalities are compatible.

Carrot happily accepted the compliment; after all, it was true, so there was nothing to be embarrassed about. He just had to be a little thick-skinned.

"Please continue to guide me in the future."

"I might need to rely on you in the future, Karot, to protect me. I'm just a medical ninja."

"A medical ninja? That's great. I'm no longer afraid of getting hurt; Miwako will heal me."
