Luffy, how can you become the Pirate King if you don't work hard!

"Everyone, if you want to go to the island, come on up." Vivi conjured a gust of wind in her hand, making the clouds seem to move.

Fly through the clouds!

Going up like that would be like being a god.

Everyone seemed quite interested in the adventure, but some weren't. Kuzan yawned and sat up from his deckchair. "I'm not going up. I'll stay on the ship and keep watch. Someone has to guard the ship."

"I'll stay too."

Brooke raised his skeletal hand. "In case anything happens, I can notify everyone immediately, and my legs are a little weak."

"You're a skeleton, where did you get legs from!"

Everyone started complaining in unison.

The wind gathered around Weiwei, growing stronger and stronger until it formed an upward airflow, causing the clouds to rise.

The two worked together seamlessly, and the Sunny rose slowly into the clouds like an elevator.

Girls like Shirahoshi Bonney are just as enthusiastic about adventure as Luffy, chattering away the whole way.

"So tall! It's even taller than Fishman Island!"

Perona floated in the air, with ghosts circling around her: "This place is so gloomy. That elephant has lived for too long; it's covered in death energy."

“That’s called a sense of history,” Robin said with a smile.

As they climbed higher, their view became increasingly expansive. The sea below them shrank smaller and smaller; the Sunny became a tiny white sesame seed, and the sunken pirate ship was reduced to a blurry black dot.

And the back of the giant elephant gradually revealed its full form.

That was a real island.

The rolling mountains are covered with dense forests, and waterfalls cascade down from the mountaintops, refracting the sunlight into a rainbow of colors.

Deep in the forest, some buildings and wisps of smoke could be vaguely seen.

Chopper shouted excitedly, "There really is someone here!"

"The Mink tribe lives there?"

Luffy's eyes lit up. "Let's go! Let's go!"

Chapter 490 The Seven Warlords of the Sea System is Abolished!

at the same time.

The Grand Line, Baltimore.

On the island where the Revolutionary Army headquarters is located.

"Mr. Long! Mr. Long!"

An official rushed into the office, holding a stack of documents in his hand, his face full of excitement.

Sitting in the office is Monkey D. Dragon, the revolutionary who caused the World Government a headache, who joined the revolutionary cause after the God Valley Incident, and is known as the world's most vicious criminal.

He was Luffy's adoptive father whom he had only met once.

He was a serious-looking man wearing a dark green coat, with a red square tattoo on his left cheek, short black hair combed back, no eyebrows, and stubble on his chin.

As one of the inheritors of the Will of D, and having grown stronger with the ideal of freedom, Dragon led the Revolutionary Army to overthrow the tyranny of dozens of kingdoms and liberate dozens of countries. Now, the organization is at its zenith.

However, the revolutionary cause is not progressing very smoothly at present.

Rebel armies have emerged in countries around the world, hindering the progress of the revolutionary cause, which is quite troublesome.

Long put down the newspaper in his hand and looked up at the person who had come in: "What is it?"

"Mr. Long, news of the rebels' victories is now coming from all over the world!"

Long took the newspaper. "The impact of the Don Quixote family's downfall is truly astonishing; it's spread so quickly."

After the Dressrosa incident, all of Doflamingo's deeds were exposed. Even with his status as a Celestial Dragon, Doflamingo was removed from office. After all, he was personally escorted by Marine Admiral Fujitora, and even the Fleet Admiral couldn't change anything.

The impact was so severe that calls to abolish the Seven Warlords of the Sea system grew stronger.

The dragon was somewhat moved.

Since his son came to the new world, one major event after another has occurred.

After Dressrosa, the attention of the Navy and the World Government was quickly drawn back there.

The Revolutionary Army doesn't pay much attention to the pirates; the battles between the Four Emperors have nothing to do with them. However, there is one pirate who is very relevant to them.

Luffy defeated Doflamingo, one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, and then defeated Kaido, thus inadvertently helping the Revolutionary Army a great deal.

The situation is about to change.

Doflamingo is not just one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea; he is the world's largest underground arms dealer, a bridge connecting the underworld and the world of power. He has been involved in arms smuggling with many countries. Now, the rebels who imported weapons from the Donquixote Family have lost their source of weapons and are being defeated one after another.

In the Kingdom of Lulusia in the South China Sea, an armed resistance group stormed the palace three days ago and overthrew the king.

Then came the Kingdom of Ilucia in the Western Sea, where the people spontaneously organized themselves, surrounded the palace, and demanded that the king abdicate.

There's also Beihai, Xihai...

The fall of the Don Quixote family had a greater impact than anticipated. The kings who relied on his smuggled weapons to maintain their rule were now like tigers with their teeth pulled, unable to control the opposition within their own countries.

"But tell everyone not to let victory go to their heads," Long said calmly as he stood up.

This is a good thing for the revolutionary army, but it is also a crisis.

The World Government will not stand idly by and will definitely intervene. It should be noted that many of the countries overthrown by the Revolutionary Army are member states of the World Government. If the World Government is allowed to be overthrown by the Revolutionary Army, its prestige will be damaged.

“The Revolutionary Army has been under scrutiny for many years, and the CP spy organization has also received attention and strengthened in recent years. We need to be extremely vigilant.”

"Yes!"

Just as the cadre left, Kella, who had returned from Dressrosa, came to report, "Mr. Long, we discovered that the weapons we transported back from Dressrosa contained a special mineral, nitrogenous iron ore. We should be able to guess roughly who is behind this."

That kind of mineral is only produced in a few places.

Wano Country in the New World!

Dragon said, "Kaido's appearance in Dressrosa already gives us a rough idea that Doflamingo and he are definitely in a cooperative relationship."

No wonder Doflamingo has so many weapons, and they keep coming in.

Wano Country's isolation prevents the World Government from interfering, making it ideal for shady business dealings.

Even knowing this, the Revolutionary Army had no designs on the pirates.

The Revolutionary Army's target has always been the World Government.

At least the relationship between the two has been broken, and Doflamingo is now living the life of a newspaper reader in Impel Down.

Dragon said, "That's good news too. At least we know who's behind it all. Our comrades who disappeared in Dressrosa have also returned. You guys were quite active there."

Koala was a little embarrassed by the praise, "No, it's all thanks to Sabo and Luffy."

To be honest, the revolutionary army didn't seem to have much of a sense of participation there.

The level of the battle was beyond her reach.

"Is Robin alright?"

Dragon asked about Robin.

He still valued Robin highly, as she was someone who could threaten the World Government's rule. The World Government had kept the Poneglyphs and Ancient Texts so well hidden, which meant there must be some news that threatened their rule.

If the hidden history could be revealed, it would be a major blow to world governments.

Furthermore, the relationship between Robin and his adopted son seems to be somewhat unusual.

In terms of romantic luck, Luffy is surrounded by quite a few women.

Kella nodded and said, "Sister Robin is in good spirits."

She couldn't help but ask, "Mr. Dragon, aren't you going to ask about Luffy's situation?"

Long's face showed a look of not knowing what to say. "I won't ask anymore. I've heard so many stories about him that I'm sick of them."

Kerla couldn't help but laugh. "It was Sabo who said that, wasn't it?"

Dragon couldn't help but sigh as he recalled Sabo's excited talk about Luffy.

Nobody knows whose son Luffy is.

I really can't understand Sabo's brother's desire to show off.

Long shook his head and said seriously, "Now, we need the strength of those guys. Let's gather all the revolutionary captains who have been scattered all over the world."

"Yes, are we going to gather those mavericks again?"

Kerla also became serious.

The captains of the revolutionary army—that's their strongest force!

.......

Meanwhile, in a certain sea area of the New World.

Two menacing pirate ships were floating on the sea, their sails emblazoned with the iconic skull and crossbones flag—three skulls, the symbol of the Blackbeard Pirates.

On the deck of the main ship, a man in a white suit and top hat, his face as pale as if he had applied powder, had a half-smile on his face.

Navigator Lafayette.

Navigator and captain of the No. 5 ship of the Blackbeard Pirates, known as the Devil Sheriff.

Since their retreat from Dressrosa, the Blackbeard Pirates have been roaming this area, waiting for an opportunity.

Just then, the Den Den Mushi in his arms suddenly rang.

blah blah blah...

“I am, I am… Si.”

A weak but excited voice came from the other end of the phone, accompanied by violent coughing and panting.

"Burgess? Is that you?"
