Harry was completely stunned when he learned from his father that the two Spider-Men in front of him were his friends.

How can this be?

While shocked that Gwen and Peter are superheroes, the most important thing now is to stop their father.

"No! Dad, there are many people down there. Stop! You'll kill them if you do this."

Harry pleaded with his father in anguish, "Please, stop! Stop!"

The Green Goblin ignored Harry's words and walked straight behind Peter and Gwen, ready to strike.

Even now, Harry continues to pray for his friend.

Green Goblin walked behind Peter and slowly raised the metal cabinet above his head.

"Pfft!"

However, before he could even bring it down, he felt a sharp pain in his lower back.

In disbelief, he slowly turned around and saw Harry with his eyes closed and tears streaming down his face.

Harry inserted a metal rod, about a meter long and spiked at the top, into his waist.

Blood slowly flowed down the metal, and Green Demon quickly felt the loss of his internal energy.

With a roar, he suddenly turned around and ripped the blade off his body.

He swung his arm, ready to strike Harry.

Knowing what he had done, Harry closed his eyes, unable to look his father in the eye.

The Green Goblin's hand didn't come out; he staggered and fell to the side.

With a "thud," his body crashed to the ground, making indistinct "uh uh" sounds.

He could feel his life force rapidly draining away, and he had no strength left to move.

With Peter's help, Gwen had already secured the boulder with spider silk.

She watched in shock and disbelief as everything unfolded before her eyes.

She never imagined that Harry would stop it all in this way.

She then felt a suffocating and uncomfortable sensation.

She could completely understand how painful this choice must have been for Harry.

Peter, standing next to him, also thawed his expression slightly.

Although he didn't value the original owner's friendship too much, Harry didn't seem to think so.

"Pfft!"

With tears streaming down his face, Harry knelt before his father, his head drooping limply.

"Harry."

Gwen looked at the panting Green Goblin, then at Harry who was bowing his head and crying, and couldn't help but call out to him.

Harry slowly raised his head.

Peter's mask also came off, revealing his true face.

"Peter, why is Gwen one of you?"

Harry asked the two of them through tears.

Gwen lowered her head, clenched her fists, unsure how to answer the question.

"I"

Gwen hesitated, but ultimately said nothing.

"Oh!"

Perhaps due to excessive emotional excitement, Harry fell to the ground and fainted again the next second.

"Cough cough."

Green Goblin coughed and clutched his lower back as he straightened up on the ground. The crimson in his eyes faded, and his vision gradually cleared.

Looking at Harry lying unconscious on the ground, a flicker of pain flashed in his eyes.

"Peter, Gwen, I'm sorry, I'm sorry for everything I've done to you."

Norman Osborn, whose demonic personality had vanished, was bleeding from his mouth, his eyes filled with remorse. "I'm sorry, that wasn't my intention."

Gwen was lifting the unconscious Harry when she heard Norman Osborn's words and looked at him in surprise.

She helped Harry to the sofa and let him lean against it.

Then he quickly walked to Norman's side, wanting to cover his wound.

Although I used to hate this green devil, that hatred has now disappeared with everything that has happened.

Green Goblin stopped Gwen from bandaging his wounds and looked up at the silent Peter, saying, "Peter, I'm sorry, I've become a wicked person. Don't believe what I just said."

Looking down at Norman Osborn, whose life was slowly slipping away, Peter shook his head. "No, I won't."

Peter knew that this guy had another demonic soul residing inside him, so he was naturally unaffected by his words.

Moreover, although Norman looks like a good guy now, there's no guarantee he won't turn back into the Green Goblin in the next second.

Therefore, Peter did not lower his guard against him.

“Gwen, Peter, I’m so proud that Harry has friends like you.”

His voice grew weaker and weaker as he looked at Harry and said haltingly, "I hope you can help Harry forget this. I don't want him to live in regret."

Gwen knew that Norman wanted Harry to forget that he had killed his father, but she didn't know how.

She shook her head and said to Norman, "I'm afraid I can't do that."

“Harry has been undergoing psychotherapy. As long as you say the keywords, you can give him a psychological suggestion and make him forget everything that happened today.”

"The key word is 'herbivores'."

Finally, Norman used all his remaining strength to say, "Tell Harry I love him," before closing his eyes completely.

Gwen cradled Norman Osborne by the back, watching him breathe his last, before gently placing him on the ground.

She stood up, her eyes red, and looked at Peter.

Although this was the first villain she had defeated, she felt no sense of victory whatsoever; instead, she felt incredibly heavy-hearted.

Peter then walked up to the unconscious Harry and said the word "herbivore."

"Harry."

Harry, still unconscious, whispered back, "Yes."

"You're Harry Osborn, right?"

"Yes."

"Yes, I have been resting in my room."

After giving Harry a mental suggestion, Peter helped him up and walked outside.

Although he had no sympathy for Norman, he kept his promise for Harry's sake.

After putting Harry on his bed in his room, Peter returned to the scene and heard the sound of helicopter rotors spinning outside.

Before he could re-enter the scene, Gwen jumped to his side and grabbed his arm.

“We have to go, Peter.”

The helicopter's headlights shone into the tattered room, revealing Norman Osborn's body starkly in the light.

As the driver prepared to search for other traces, he only caught a fleeting glimpse of the black and white Spider Woman.

On the clock tower, Gwen's emotions had not yet calmed down.

She looked up and noticed a light drizzle falling from above.

Gwen let out a sigh of relief, pulled up her hood, and said dejectedly to Peter standing beside her, "I messed up, didn't I, Peter?"

"No, you don't, Gwen."

Peter slowly removed his mask, feeling the raindrops on his head, and said to Gwen, "You are not God, Gwen. You cannot predict all the changes that will occur."

Gwen turned around, looking at Peter with her pale blue eyes, and said sadly, "I always thought that as long as I was a champion of justice, I would instinctively know what the right thing to do was. I never thought it would turn out like this."

"After taking off the mask, I didn't know how to face Harry."

Peter comforted Gwen, saying, "It's not your fault, Gwen."

"I know, but it..."

Gwen suddenly thought of that quote about death again.

She couldn't help but confide in Peter, "Things shouldn't have turned out this way. We are warriors, we deserve to win, even if it comes at a price."

She felt as if a stone was stuck in her heart, "but the price was too high, and everything was shattered."

Peter looked at the darkness in the distance, remained silent for a moment, and then said to Gwen, "You can never measure the price of so-called justice, Gwen. When you stand in front of everyone, the price of so-called justice is devastating."

“I know you’re right. How did you know he was Norman Osborn, Peter?”

Gwen seemed to understand, but she changed the subject and stopped talking about these heavy things.

“He sent people to follow us, but I spotted his men first, and then I remembered seeing those robots at Osborne Manor, so I guessed that the Green Goblin who attacked you was him.”

Gwen exhaled, "So that's how it is? I always thought that traffic accident was just an accident."

She said to Peter, "Now that I think about it, it must have been one of Norman's men. I should have found out sooner."

Gwen was overcome with remorse.

Seeing Gwen in a bad mood, Peter didn't say anything more, but just quietly stayed by her side.

Gwen sat on the cold ground, then suddenly looked up at Peter and asked, "Peter, can I have a hug?"

Peter nodded and squatted down.
