[Following this incident, the epidemic doctor was interviewed by Dr. Seyman.]

Interviewer: Dr. Seyman

Respondent: Epidemic Doctor

[Start of recording]

[Dr. Seyman: I need you to explain this.]

No response.

[Dr. Seyman: Plague Doctor, you are required to explain your actions. I remind you that refusal to cooperate during containment will result in further restrictions.]

Chapter 207 Interview with the Epidemic Doctor [Part 2]

[Pandemic doctor: (Pause) My actions need no explanation.]

[Dr. Seyman: You killed Ham, then slaughtered him until he...]

[The Plague Doctor: (Interrupting angrily) He's not dead! No! No... he's not dead. He was... he was cured.]

[Dr. Seyman: Cured? Cured what?]

[Plague Doctor: Plague, sir! I thought you'd realize how lucky I was to discover it before it even started spreading...]

[Dr. Seyman: (Interrupting) What plague? You keep mentioning this so-called plague, yet you've never successfully described this "disease." And you actually took his life to prove it? How could you do that to him?!]

[Plague Doctor: He… (pause) The plague manifested and developed in an unpredictable way, and spread to his unprepared body through strange pathways… and… (heavy breathing) Say what you will, Doctor, it was my mercy towards him, he was cured.]

[Dr. Seyman: He turned into a monster, we had to kill him!]

[Plague Doctor: (Pause) I...I don't expect you to understand. You and your...kind have proven time and again that you are not scientists, but wealthy...wealthy, sentimental beings. You cannot comprehend the horror I have seen, the millions who have succumbed to the plague and been transformed, those...]

[Dr. Seyman: Your treatment cost Ham his life!]

[Pandemic Doctor: No, sir, I saved his life! You will plunge the world back into despair brought on by disease and death, thus making people forget that I created a miracle...]

[Dr. Seyman: (Raising his voice to drown out the plague doctor) What disease? What plague? He's a healthy man! He's a good doctor!]

[The Plague Doctor: Providing free treatment to all those afflicted by the plague! I have no right to argue with you, sir; you are short-sighted and foolish. Dr. Ham was ill, and I… (breathing rapidly) cured him. I was the only one who could do it. My work must continue; there is still much to be done, much more to be done…]

[Dr. Seyman: I've had enough. All your rations are being cancelled. Welcome back to the containment chamber! (Away from the microphone) We're done.]

[Plague Doctor: I can save others! Even you, though you don't deserve it, will be saved! I can save everyone! I can eradicate the plague once and for all. I can do it! Only me! I...I...(breathing rapidly) I saved...I saved him...Dr. Ham, I...I cured him...He was sick, I knew he was sick, I knew you were all sick, but I can save you all. I can save you all, because I am the cure.]

[Appendix: Epidemic Prevention: Post-Event Report]

[The following content is excerpted from the April 16, 2017 report on the epidemic and medical events. The interview was conducted by Dr. Elijah and took place three weeks after the initial investigation began.]

【Date: October 7, 2017

Interviewer: Dr. Elijah

Respondent: Epidemic Doctor

[Start of recording]

[Dr. Likin: Plague Doctor, this interview we are currently conducting signifies the end of our investigation into your killing of Hamm, an action that resulted in the death of a staff member. Do you have anything to say?]

[Plague Doctor: I look forward to you letting me get back to work! Over the past few weeks, I've developed a brand new theory that can demonstrate how dangerously the plague infects someone, making it almost undetectable to me.]

[Dr. Likin: Have you ever felt any remorse for your actions? Regarding Hamm's death?]

[Pandemic Doctor: (Waves) Ah, yes. The death of a colleague is always regrettable, but in the face of a plague, we must act swiftly, doctor, without hesitation.]

[Dr. Likin: Dr. Seyman noted in his report that you seemed very sad during the initial interview.]

[Plague Doctor: Sad... (Pause) Perhaps. I didn't expect... Tragically, a colleague was infected, but the work must continue. Sadly, Dr. Ham's passing has provided us with an important lesson. Living individuals are the only way forward. I've decided that my cure is useless against corpses; I've obtained everything I could from your generous supply of bodies. I hope to obtain living people suffering from this disease as test subjects.]

[Dr. Likin: I'm afraid you'll be disappointed.]

[Pandemic doctor: (laughs) Doctor, I won't say anything definitive.]

[Relevant Notes]

[1. The plague doctor's robes and gloves were made of the same material as the thick layer of leather piled on his skin, while his mask was composed of chitin grown from the facial bones.]

[2. The entity claims to have originated in 15th-century France, but also acknowledges that it has "traveled extensively."]

3. The bag seemed unusually large, as we observed the doctor removing objects larger than the bag itself from it to perform surgery on the corpse. We requested to see the bag several times, but were refused each time. We have no doubt that using force might result in our deaths.

[4. The doctor who treated the epidemic had repeatedly requested to conduct human experiments, and expressed his dissatisfaction when his requests were rejected.]

[5. The plague doctor once stated that it did not need to eat, but enjoyed food, and believed that food helped its brain function properly.]

[6. The use of "humors" here, and the mention of humoral balance below, indicates that epidemic medicine, to some extent, still follows the "four humors theory" proposed by the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates. Imbalances in these four humors—cholera, sanguinea, phlegm, and black bile—are the source of various diseases.]

[7. The plague doctor added the following statement to his account: "This is certainly basic knowledge for a competent physician. I assumed you would have learned this during your education!" This makes us wonder if the plague doctor's knowledge is overly ancient.]

[8. It is worth noting that the plague doctor's log was not written in any known language, and attempts by linguists and codebreakers to decipher it have all failed.]

When they saw this, many people were dumbfounded, and many had the same thought: Is this doctor crazy?

Strange: "First of all, based on the intelligence we have, I can conclude that its medical knowledge is completely stuck in ancient times. It has only come into contact with humoral theory. Its medical logic cannot be described by modern medicine at all! It's complete nonsense!"

Chopper: "The humoral theory? I thought nobody knew about it anymore. It's valuable knowledge, but it doesn't represent everything."

Degel: "This plague doctor keeps talking about plague, but only he knows about it and doesn't know how to describe it. He only knows how to do strange experiments. He's a complete madman."

Orochimaru: "A madman? Maybe it's just walking in a higher realm that you can't see."

Chapter 208 The Plague Doctor Appears, Disgusting Celestial Dragons!

Jiraiya: "Higher realm? Are you trying to drag your C-virus into this again?!"

Orochimaru: "There's no point in talking to someone as short-sighted as you. If this plague doctor were on my side, I'd really like to have a good talk with her; maybe we'd get along very well."

Tsunade: "Are you referring to human experimentation? You're all out of your minds!"

Saint Seiya: The Lost Universe, Hades City.

"What do you think of this doctor who treats the epidemic? I think her actions are definitely not as simple as just being crazy."

Aaron said calmly, resting his chin on his hand.

"My lord, in my eyes, he's just a human with special abilities, nothing special."

Radamanthys answered while kneeling on one knee.

The other Specters shared the same idea.

"I don't think so. Maybe this plague doctor has really sensed something and is saving humanity in his own way. How interesting."

Hypnos looked amused, seemingly eager to see this plague doctor.

"What could mere humans possibly perceive? Could it be divine punishment?"

Thanatos, on the other hand, didn't seem to care.

"It's not impossible. Transforming humans into other creatures to avoid divine punishment is indeed a very interesting measure."

Hypnos, on the contrary, found Thanatos's explanation somewhat plausible and revealed a strange smile.

Dragon Ball Universe.

"Uncle Piccolo, what do you think that plague doctor is trying to do?"

Son Gohan asked curiously.

"We don't have time for that right now; they're far more terrifying than Vegeta!"

Piccolo anxiously looked up at the sky.

At this moment, Goku and Vegeta are engaged in a fierce battle!

The two Super Saiyans appeared to be evenly matched, and the scene was incredibly impressive.

Each punch and kick from them is enough to cause devastating damage to the Earth. The aftershocks of each attack create fierce winds that can turn into natural disasters!

Now, a large amount of lightning is gathering around them, and no living thing can easily get close!

"How terrifying! Is this the legendary Super Saiyan? Goku's ki is clearly starting to weaken, but Vegeta shows no signs of weakening at all."

"Klin said, trembling."

"If this continues, Sun Wukong will collapse from exhaustion first!"

Tianjin Rice called out anxiously.

"Don't worry, Uncle Yamcha went to get Senzu Beans!"

Son Gohan quickly said.

"That's just buying time; we need to find a solution."

Piccolo furrowed his brow in anxiety, unable to think of a good solution for the time being.

"The universe where the plague doctor is predicted to appear is the One Piece universe, in a certain kingdom."

Sengoku: "They actually appeared in our universe!"

Akainu: "That's great! This Plague Doctor looks like he'll be easy to contain!"

Kizaru: "Don't get too excited yet. We don't even know which kingdom it is or how far away it is."

The screen then displays the location of the kingdom where the plague healer is located.

When everyone saw the kingdom clearly, they all showed strange expressions, because there were many people kneeling on both sides of the streets of that kingdom.

A group of people was walking past in the middle.

One of them was particularly strange; he had a round bubble on his head, was extremely obese, and was sitting on the neck of a tall person.

That person was crawling like a dog, with iron handcuffs on his neck and hands!

"A Celestial Dragon! He's actually there!"

Upon witnessing this scene, the Warring States period's expression instantly turned grim.

The same applies to other admirals.
