Surprisingly, Black people also launched what appeared to be a fairly organized reciprocal retaliation!
As a result, both sides used all kinds of weapons, from firearms to bombs, and casualties occurred every day.

“No, that won’t happen.” The Attorney General said confidently. “As far as I know, the military has expressed a desire to give them more tools for ‘demolition,’ apparently to learn urban warfare tactics from it…”

"Huh?" President Harding stopped and looked at his Attorney General in disbelief. "Learning tactics from the mafia? Is the military serious?"

Doherty sighed. "Yes, Mr. President, our army is a little... rubbish!"

President Harding was speechless.

"It seems we have no choice but to continue relying on the gangs," President Harding remarked.

"Yes, Mr. President! Our country has always been inseparable from gangs."

President Harding continued his rant, "Sometimes I even wonder if we're not a country at all, but a giant gang masquerading as one!"
