Chapter 59 Island Battle 2 (Please continue reading)

Upon hearing Angela's warning, the ring on Nar's hand flashed, and a magic book with a dark red cover appeared in his hand. Orange-red fire elemental energy quickly spread from Nar's body.

The Earth Bear Mountain Stone, which was originally lying on the ground, suddenly sprang up from the ground as if it had been stimulated by something.

The bear's eyes immediately turned to the depths of the jungle, as if some terrible enemy was lurking there.

The next moment, a series of loud noises from afar shattered the forest's tranquility.

At first it was very faint, but in just a few breaths, the sound grew clearer and louder as it approached from afar. Listening to the sound of trees breaking, Nais squinted, trying to see what the source of the sound was.

A loud "thud" was heard.

A row of thick, tall trees fell with a crash, raising a cloud of dust that blotted out the sky. As the smoke gradually dissipated, the mysterious creature that had caused such a huge commotion finally revealed its true form.

"old man……"

Nar stared intently at the colossal creature before him, his expression turning unusually grave. He slowly spoke to Angela behind him:
"We're in real trouble this time!"

I am now completely certain

Markucht must be here!

Angorra, seated in the center of the magic circle, slowly opened his eyes. When his gaze fell upon the colossal creature before him, his pupils contracted sharply, and a sense of horror welled up within him.

"Chimera?"

He gasped in shock and muttered incredulously to himself:

"Hiss~ How can it be so huge!"

The behemoth looked down at Angela and Nar from its high perch, and shook its enormous head violently, as a tidal wave of chaotic sounds surged into its mind.

This made Groma upset and anxious.

In a fit of rage, it suddenly opened its blood-red maw and viciously bit at the head of a monster that was difficult to identify.

With a chilling tearing sound, the entire beast's head was instantly ripped off its body.

In an instant, a crimson column of blood, like erupting magma, gushed out from the broken end, and the trees nearby were instantly rotted into a pile of mud by the blood.

Intense pain, like an electric current, coursed through the giant beast's entire body, instantly clearing Gromar's previously muddled consciousness.

The lion's head in the center of the behemoth turned slightly, casting its gaze upon the two figures before it. After a careful examination, it seemed to confirm something and spoke in a low, hoarse voice:

"you……

very good……

I'm so satisfied, what a wonderful soul~~

Standing to the side, Nar stared in astonishment at the bizarre and incredibly strange monster complex before him.

At the center of its body was a lion's head, next to which was what looked like a dragon's head, and behind it was a snake's head of unknown species; its whole body was shrouded in black smoke, and several long tails swayed and danced in the air.

Looking at the behemoth before him, Nar couldn't help but wonder to himself, just how many magical beasts had that damned Markucht fused together to create this monster?
"Old buddy, you'd better hold on."

Angella stared at the behemoth before her, frowning as she said, "I've made contact with the Tree of Life."

It is asking for help.

Makucht is already stripping away its very essence.

It's about to give up.

After saying that, he closed his eyes and increased the output of the revitalizing magic.

"This is bad."

Seeing that Angor was unable to move, Nais clicked his tongue and said to the Earth Bear guarding in front of him...

“Mountain Stone, you heard what Angella said too.”

Give me one minute.

Damn it, I should have called that guy Gade too.

The Earth Bear blinked its watermelon-sized eyes, and after hearing what Nar said, it actually made a very human gesture, nodding gently at Nar and its master.

Immediately afterwards, the Earth Bear slowly straightened its body, and its originally thick limbs appeared even more muscular under the impetus of magic.

Suddenly, the Earth Bear opened its blood-red maw and let out a deafening roar towards the sky!

With that roar, the Earth Bear's body began to expand rapidly at a visible speed. Its massive form, originally only a dozen meters tall, grew to over thirty meters in the blink of an eye. But compared to the hundred-meter-tall Gromar opposite it, the difference in size was still utterly despairing.

Despite the obvious difference in size between the two, the Earth Bear, having unleashed its bloodline power, showed no sign of backing down. Instead, it roared and charged towards the Chimera.

Meanwhile, the exoskeleton on the rapidly moving rocks was also growing rapidly, quickly spreading and covering its entire body. It gleamed with a metallic sheen under the sunlight, making the bear look like it was forged from steel.

Less than fifty meters away from Groma, the Earth Bear suddenly exerted force with its four limbs, soaring into the air like a small mountain. In mid-air, it tightened its body and slammed down on the giant beast's lion head!
Groma's lion head slowly rose, its scarlet eyes fixed on the giant bear descending from the sky, showing no intention of flinching.

In an instant, a deafening "thud" resounded as the Earth Bear's body slammed solidly into the Lion's head. The impact of the collision was like two incredibly hard blocks of iron colliding, sending sparks flying.

Affected by this powerful reaction force, the Earth Bear was directly thrown backward.
Despite being struck so violently by the rocks, the giant beast only swayed slightly, and the lion's head in the middle shook gently a few times before returning to normal.

Immediately afterwards, the dragon's head on the other side of the behemoth quickly turned towards the direction in which the Earth Bear had been sent flying, opened its blood-red maw, and a burst of black flames instantly spewed out, like a black fire dragon rushing straight at the Earth Bear.

Faced with this sudden attack, the Earth Bear displayed agility beyond its size, constantly rolling and twisting its body in the air, narrowly avoiding the deadly black flames spewed by the dragon's head.

Upon landing, the Earth Bear let out an angry roar at Groma and charged towards the giant beast once again without hesitation.

This time, the behemoth no longer ignored the Earth Bear's attacks as it had before.

The giant beast raised its sharp, knife-like tiger claws high and slammed them down on the charging earth bear with a fierce whoosh.

A muffled sound of "bang"

The earth bear, struck by the tiger's claws, flew towards the woods at incredible speed like a cannonball. Along its path, thick trees succumbed to the weight, snapping with a series of cracking sounds.
