Chapter 64 Samadhi True Fire
"Indeed, the Purple Cloud Divine Skill focuses on cultivating one's inner energy and controlling one's temperament, harmonizing Yin and Yang," Han Yun thought to himself.

Once the Purple Cloud Divine Skill was fully mastered, a purple cloud of energy appeared above the inner core in the dantian, supporting the golden inner core.

Han Yun did not stop, but instead turned to comprehend the Nine Yang Divine Skill.

Han Yun's alchemy skills were already incredibly solid. Compared to internal energy, his innate Qi was more like a source, much like the difference between the beginning and the primordial state.

The primordial state is formless and without substance, consisting only of primordial energy, a more primitive state of the universe than chaos. This primordial energy is the fundamental element that constitutes all things in the universe.

Internal energy, on the other hand, is tangible but intangible, and can be seen with the naked eye.

Therefore, Han Yun could simulate the internal energy attributes generated after practicing these martial arts methods using his innate Qi, and it was even more advanced than internal energy because its essence was still innate Qi.

Following the Nine Yang Heart Method, Han Yun guided the primordial Qi to circulate throughout his limbs and bones.

At first, there was nothing unusual, but as the Qi of Nine Yang gradually thickened, he suddenly felt a heat rising in his body, like a charcoal fire burning. Although it was not intense, it seemed to be spreading.

"Is this the sign of Yin Fire?"

Han Yun remained calm and used the Purple Cloud Qi as a guide, which, like a clear spring, nourished his meridians and neutralized the heat.

The purple glow is warm and gentle, while the nine yangs are blazing. The two complement and encourage each other, making the primordial qi even more refined.

As the Nine Yang Qi grew stronger, the feeling of heat intensified. Fine beads of sweat appeared on Han Yun's forehead, and his body felt like it was in a steamer.

Just as Han Yun was about to mobilize more Purple Cloud Qi to suppress it, suddenly, the golden flame in Han Yun's dantian flickered slightly and burned even more intensely on its own.

This elixir fire is essentially the fire of the heart, and can also be called the fire of superior ignorance.

Just as a single hair can affect the whole body, it is to be expected that the heart fire would become more vigorous under the influence of the Nine Yang Qi.

Han Yun didn't think much of it and tried to suppress his inner fire, but before he could do anything, he saw a few faint blue sparks appearing in his kidneys.

Upon contact with the Qi of Nine Yangs, it was as if adding fuel to the fire, making it even more vigorous.

"This is... the Essence Fire of the Middle Realm?"

Han Yun was somewhat stunned; he had accidentally ignited the Zhongmei Fire.

The inner elixir spun continuously, forming a vortex of Qi. The inner fire, drawn by the inner elixir, also flowed into the dantian. At this moment, the golden heart fire left the inner elixir and transformed back into the original red form of the heart fire.

Two flames, one blue and one red, swirled continuously around the inner core.

In this rotation, the primordial Qi intertwined, giving birth to a third tiny flame, a milky-white lower-level Qi fire.

From this point on, the true fire of essence, energy, and spirit gathers together!

Then the three flames automatically merged, transforming into a colorless, ethereal flame that continued to burn the inner core in Han Yun's dantian, but the flame grew stronger and stronger.

Finally, the fire completely enveloped Han Yun's entire body. This burning cleansed Han Yun of his messy, bloody, and murderous aura, burned away the dregs in his soul, and burned away the "filth and burdens" that were originally on Han Yun's body.

This allows Han Yun to return to his true self!

When the mind is pure, the body is free from defilement, and life is at peace, one cultivates a pure and undefiled body! The essence, energy, and spirit are refined into samadhi, and the essence is nurtured; this is the fire of tempering the body and refining the true nature.

Unlike the Samadhi True Fire of the Zhuge family, which is a life-giving fire ignited according to the law using the spirit of the upper elixir, the qi of the middle elixir, and the essence of the lower elixir as energy, this fire is primarily based on the spirit, with qi and essence as secondary. One must see one's true nature and maintain self-control to burn the spirits and souls of all things in the world.

For example, a truly moving work of art, after being burned, will not be noticeably changed to the average person, but will seem to lose its appeal.

Han Yun's Samadhi True Fire is born from the Qi Sea of the heart, kidneys, and bladder respectively. It gathers into fire and disperses into Qi. It rises and falls in a cycle, following the way of the universe. It is born from the inner elixir and can burn away all things, both tangible and intangible.

At this moment, under the influence of the Samadhi True Fire, Han Yun felt clear and transparent inside and out. The original heat had disappeared, replaced by an incomparably cool feeling.

Han Yun slightly opened his eyes, and saw that his eyes were warm and gentle, his spirit was calm and composed, and there was no longer any sense of life threatening to spill out.

At the same time, as Han Yun thought about it, a large amount of life essence poured into Han Yun's body, and under the tempering of the Samadhi True Fire, it transformed into Han Yun's resources.

He closed his eyes, concentrated, and circulated his energy throughout his body.

The primordial Qi circulated in his meridians, becoming even purer after being tempered by the Samadhi True Fire. Gradually, Han Yun felt as if his physical body and soul had merged into one.

And how similar is this process to Sun Wukong entering Laozi's Eight Trigrams Furnace?
In Journey to the West, Laozi once said: "That monkey ate the peaches of immortality, drank the imperial wine, and stole the elixir of immortality. He ate all five of my elixir pots, some raw and some cooked, and used the Samadhi Fire to forge them into one piece, so that he became a body of steel and could not be harmed."

This means that Sun Wukong used his innate essence to internalize the elixir, forging it into a single piece, thus forming his indestructible body.

The Samadhi True Fire originated from Taoist internal alchemy cultivation, and the two are closely related.

Heaven and earth are the cauldron, the sun and moon are water and fire, yin and yang are the mechanism of transformation, lead, mercury, silver, sand and soil are the five elements, temperament is the dragon and tiger, and thoughts are the true seeds. Refining thoughts with the mind is the process of controlling the fire.

Ceasing thoughts is nourishing the fire, containing light is consolidating the foundation, subduing inner demons is the battle in the field, body, mind, and intention are the three essentials, the Heavenly Heart is the mysterious gateway, and returning emotions to one's true nature is the completion of the elixir.

This is called the superior way to prolong life, and it can lead to immortality.

The external elixir used in the inner alchemy was originally nurtured in the alchemy furnace of Qingxu Mountain for thousands of years, supplemented by the Five Elements and Three Elixir Formation, just like the five internal organs and three palaces of the human body, which were refined by absorbing the essence of heaven and earth.

Ultimately, it can be said that heaven and earth are the furnace, and creation is the craftsman. Yin and Yang are the charcoal, and all things are the copper.

Then, Ge Zu helped Han Yun ignite his inner fire, which transformed into an inner elixir, perfectly aligning with the principles of alchemy.

However, above this alchemy method, there is another method, the path to becoming a superior celestial immortal. If one cultivates and achieves this, one can attain perfect physical and spiritual harmony and unite with the Dao.

One must use the Great Void as the cauldron, the Great Ultimate as the furnace, purity as the foundation of the elixir, non-action as the elixir field, life and nature as lead and mercury, and concentration and wisdom as water and fire.

The desire to suppress anger is like the interaction of water and fire; the unity of temperament is like the combination of metal and wood; cleansing the mind and purifying thoughts is like bathing; preserving sincerity and settling the mind is like solidifying and consolidating; precepts, concentration, and wisdom are the three essentials; the center is the mysterious gateway; understanding the mind is like fulfilling the promise; seeing one's true nature is like solidifying.

The three elements are unified to form the sacred embryo; life and nature are integrated to form the elixir; having a body outside the body is the transformation; breaking through the void is the attainment of Buddhahood.

After obtaining the elixir, Han Yun became a "traveler." After experiencing the events involving Japanese pirates in the Ming Dynasty, he indulged his temper and acted rashly with anger. Later, under the guidance of Wang Yangming, he realized his true nature, saw his original self, and broke through the illusions.

Then, by chance, he mastered the Samadhi Fire, which burned and refined him, making him pure and immaculate, subduing many internal and external demons. He then used the essence of his life as an external medicine, adding lead and mercury, and forging his life into a unified body!
This way.

It can be described as: the Primordial Chaos and the Taiyi!
