I'm working on Marvel's Spider-Man in American comics.
Chapter 632 Can they escape?!
Chapter 632 Can they escape?!
Malekith doesn't look like the Avengers in the MCU style. He's very different from the Dark Elf in Thor: The Dark World. His body has a clear dividing line: his right half is blue-purple, while his left half is completely black, so black that you can't even see his facial features.
He was wearing an ancient medieval-style cloak, under which he was most likely wearing protective gear such as cotton armor and chainmail. However, the cloak looked very strange. His right half was black, just like his left half of his body, but the left half was bright red. In the middle was the Wild Hunt clan's symbol—the side with red armor was black, and the side with black armor had a white sun.
After seeing Malesky, Peter scratched the back of his head in a somewhat helpless manner.
"Um, can I ask you a question? I know you're a dark elf, but is it because you're a dark elf because you have a left and a right side? For example, the drow in D&D have blue-purple skin, but you're half pure black..."
"I never expected there to be such a clown in a tight suit in the central courtyard, and with such a foul mouth."
Malekith looked at the two men in front of him with a slightly tense expression. They were supposed to be here to kill Thor, so why was there an extra guy?
"I'm sorry, my brother really isn't good at choosing friends."
Loki, who was controlling the man-absorbing creature, laughed heartily, but Thor remained completely unfazed in the face of the villains from the Nine Realms who had come specifically to deal with him: "You think you can defeat me by controlling a villain? Loki? I defeated the Destroyer, let alone your new puppet."
Loki laughed, his laughter as he absorbed people so wildly that Malekith seemed to be infected by it, joining in the laughter. Peter, somewhat bewildered, watched the two and whispered to Thor, "I thought the King of the Wild Hunt would be some kind of... well... regal guy."
"The Nine Realms are so vast, there must be all sorts of wonders, I suppose."
Thor didn't quite understand either, but he didn't care about Loki at all. After Loki finished laughing, he shook his head helplessly: "You're such an idiot, my brother. Of course I know that someone whose entire body can turn into Uru metal is no match for you, but you're wrong. This mortal's power is far more than that."
"He can absorb multiple substances simultaneously and utilize them all at once—and that's not all. The substances he can absorb are far more than just physical matter; they also include energy and even magic!"
A surge of immense energy erupted from the absorber's body, the intense heat almost unbearable for Thor. He asked incredulously, "Surtur's magic? Loki, are you really going to destroy all of Asgard?"
"It's not my Asgard anyway, so what does it matter if it's destroyed?"
The intense heat of the flames combined with the Uru metal's appearance made the Absorber look terrifying. Thor immediately stood in front of Peter and unleashed a Bifrost beam. He had already obtained enough information, so he figured he might as well go back and have a good talk with his father and then carefully discuss countermeasures.
Besides, he wasn't the only one there; Thor felt somewhat constrained having his teammates around.
But this time, Thor was surprised to find something interfering with the operation of the Rainbow Bridge. A black storm swept across the bridge, making it impassable. This was Malekith's magic, the power of the Wild Hunt.
But how can there only be one escape route?
Peter immediately opened the portal, and Thor grabbed Peter, intending to rush in. At this moment, Enchantress cast a spell again and sealed Spider-Man's portal.
"The Sorcerer Supreme could spot us at any moment, we need to act fast!" "Think of a plan, Spider-Man! The enemy probably won't give you time to hold out until the Sorcerer Supreme arrives!"
Thor yelled at Peter, but Peter keenly noticed that Thor hadn't mentioned him at all. He sighed helplessly and started thinking of a solution. After making tearing the rift in reality his last remaining option, Peter finally focused his attention on the Rainbow Bridge beam of light that hadn't yet dissipated.
"I don't think I need to tell you what to do anymore. You see, Asgard has never removed the Rainbow Bridge."
Peter looked at Thor and asked a profound question: "You're the god of thunder, buddy, can't you just use your storm to disperse the storm on the other side?"
Thor glanced hesitantly at the sky. Peter knew what he was thinking, so he shrugged and said, "I'll buy you some time. We're all counting on you, buddy."
"Generally speaking, I say this to other people."
Thor was still hesitant. He wasn't sure if Spider-Man could handle these enemies, which he himself would have to fight hard against, on his own. But Peter was quite indifferent. Few of the enemies he had fought along the way were easy to deal with. In fact, he was used to playing various high-level games.
"Isn't he just the King of the Wild Hunt, a Loki-controlled absorber, an Asgardian witch, and an Asgardian berserker? Do you think I'm afraid of him!"
Thor paused for a moment upon hearing this, then grinned, revealing his bright white teeth: "Alright, Spider-Man, I entrust my back to you. The Son of Odin will dispel this black storm and bring lightning and thunder!"
Thor, who was fighting the Absorber, sent his opponent flying with a single blow, giving Peter some tactical space. Then, he raised Mjolnir, gathering the rolling dark clouds. Peter stood in front of Thor, opened the claws on the back of his nanotech armor, and took a deep breath as he looked at the enemies before him, none of whom were human.
Buying time! That's great! I love buying time!
"Alright, alright, I know you've never heard of me, but that's okay. You just need to know one thing."
As Peter spoke, he cast a Vishanti shield spell, enveloping himself in a magical shield: "I'd be happy to hang each of you upside down from a lamppost in Times Square, put up a coin-operated ticket, and have everyone come and hit you as punching bags. Of course, I'd have to check how durable you are as punching bags first."
Looking at the four people in front of him, Peter narrowed his eyes and scanned them: "Alright, who wants to be the punching bag first?"
The Absorber has absorbed the Cosmic Cube, Thor's power, chaos magic, and other bizarre things...
So the reason he's trash is because he's not smart enough and doesn't know how to use it.
The remaining updates will be posted at night.
