Chapter 456 Avengers VS American Avengers

When Tony Stark said that, Ms. Marvel paused for a moment, then realized: if the War Machine was empty and there was no one inside, then it meant that the person who was actually controlling the War Machine was suspicious.

Not only that, the super-adaptor also quickly replicated the new All-Different Armor’s weaponry and retaliated against Tony.

Tony then asked Carol, who had sent the super-adaptor flying with a single punch, "The data says that your only special attack method is releasing energy, is that true?"

"Um, what's wrong?"

"Very good, he's yours now."

Carol looked surprised, and Tony explained: "First, if you're on our side, it's six against five, and we have an extra person to protect the president. Second, the enemy has the ability to imitate; the stronger the opponent, the stronger the enemy they will create."

With a sufficient number of components, the all-new All-Different armor could transform itself into an anti-Hulk armor, or even an anti-Godzilla armor—if an enemy the size of Godzilla truly existed. Of course, the all-new All-Different armor hasn't reached its peak yet; the micro-storage technology can still be improved, and nanobots are under development. In this grueling arms race, Tony Stark seems to have finally found the ultimate evolutionary path for his armor, to deal with the most terrifying enemies.

Therefore, Tony cannot fight the super-adaptor. What if the super-adaptor learns the abilities of the new All-Different Armor?
Meanwhile, on the ground, the battle also began. Almost the instant Tony launched his attack, the American Avengers all took action. Thor immediately confronted Ares, and the two gods from different mythologies began to fight. Thor, puzzled, used Mjolnir to block Ares's battle axe and asked, "Why are you helping these people, Ares? This is clearly a conspiracy."

"This is a conspiracy, Thor! A conspiracy that will bring about a great war!" Ares grinned excitedly. "Why should I stand on their side? Because I'm helping the nation that wages the most wars in the world to start a new one! The God of War has no reason to stop the war!"

"Is this why you, as the God of War, have almost never won a single victory? Ares? You only pursue war, but never consider victory?"

"How dare you slander the God of War!"

Thor's question caused Ares's face to flush red, and then their battle shattered the surrounding glass. Thor then blasted Ares into the sky with his hammer—the sky being the battlefield of the gods, where they would settle their score.

Hulk faced off against Zack, or rather, the living lightning bolt. This ball of lightning had grown to be almost as big as Hulk. Both were products of gamma radiation, and they immediately began to fight.

Captain America and Black Panther are in a more troublesome situation. Black Hawk is manageable; although it's alien technology, it's just an armored vehicle. But Jack of Hearts is beyond their capabilities; he's simply not someone they can handle.

Fortunately, Ms. Marvel chose the same approach as Tony—if the stronger the enemy a super-adaptor is dealing with, the stronger he becomes, so it's best to hand the weakest person over to the super-adaptor. Since there are people present who are weaker than themselves, this good thing should naturally be reserved for them.

Moreover, the captain and his team were indeed somewhat outmatched in dealing with Jack of Hearts.
