Chapter 332 Strange Uncle Velasco

Velasco finally got what he wanted—half of it.

His X-Men collection finally includes his first Magik, although the Magik's abilities haven't awakened yet.

The twelve-year-old girl sat in fear in this hellish place filled with the corpses of her own adult counterparts. Many of these Ilianas had bled to death, their skin turning pale. Some were being devoured by various maggots on the border of hell, while many more were nothing but bones, leaving only their skeletons and long hair.

This is a deathly hell.

“Iliana Rasputin, you have exceptional potential.”

Young Illana looked at her brother, Colossus, and the other X-Men, who seemed to freeze in mid-air, maintaining their attack postures.

She didn't know what had happened to her brother and the others; as far as Iliana knew, her brother and the other uncles were the greatest heroes in the world.

And now they are like a relief sculpture, completely still.

“Your soul is delicious, little girl, but luckily, I’m not hungry right now. And I’m willing to give you a chance to save your family.”

Velasco chuckled and ruffled the little girl's hair, telling her a way to save herself: "Give me half of your soul, and I can let you leave. There are some scum in this world who rebel against me; you can try seeking their help."

"Or, you can choose to give up, and your family and friends will become those monsters."

Facing Iliana, Velasco stepped aside, revealing the endless corrupted X-Men behind him. Iliana saw many different versions of Colossus, who had been transformed into monsters.

"Have you made your choice, poor Iliana?"

This little girl, only twelve years old, is surrounded by countless remains of herself, and behind her are countless brothers who have turned into demons and are devouring the limbs of other humans.

Velasco watched with a mixture of satisfaction and boredom as the little girl turned and ran away.

She always makes the same choice, without exception.

"Then, according to the agreement, your soul belongs to me."

Velasco grinned as he watched Iliana leave, then reached out his hand and watched her kneel on the ground as she fled. Then, he tore the illusory spirit of a blonde little girl from Iliana's body.

Iliana gritted her teeth and got up. For some reason, blood seeped from her eyes. She felt like she had forgotten something and felt dizzy. She stood up unsteadily and quickly ran away.

Velasco looked at this scene he had seen countless times and uttered the same sentiment he had uttered countless times before.

"Once again, poor Iliana chose to fight back, arrogantly believing that she could save her family, without considering that in the entire multiverse, no Iliana has ever succeeded."

The Immortal emerged from the shadows, looking at Velasco with great displeasure. The man truly lived up to his reputation as a demon, easily betraying his plans. Indeed, the Immortal had opened a breach for Velasco, allowing him to bring someone from Universe 616. Such a candidate was actually few and far between, as those capable of opening a passage between the Hell's Frontier and Earth 616 were extremely limited.

The Sorcerer Supreme is even less of a consideration. Strange, a rookie sorcerer who's only been a wizard for a few years, wielded an axe and sent Dormammu back to the Dark Dimension. Velascoh would have to consider the vast difference between himself and Dormammu. Although he's not the weakest of the dimensional lords, he's certainly not among the most powerful.

The so-called dimensional demon is a powerful magician who merges his spirit with a masterless dimension. By following the four paths of magic, he transforms the dimension into his own inner self, thus gaining near-infinite energy and a status beyond that of mortals.

However, this doesn't mean their combat power suddenly skyrocketed. Characters like Sithon and Oshutu were originally Old Gods, but Velasco was merely a mortal mage transformed by Sithon; their combat strength was incomparable. If they left their base at the edge of Hell, Strange would probably chop him to pieces with an axe.

That's why the Immortals believe Velasco needs Iliana Rasputin, the future Magik. It's also a twist of fate; the Magik of Universe 616 will eventually replace Velasco and become the new lord of Limbo.

But the X-Men's attempt to defy this predetermined fate is why the Immortals chose to intervene.

However, Velasco played a trick. Although he himself could not enter Earth-616, he could selectively widen the rift torn open by the Immortals and send his henchmen over, hoping to bring Spider-Man from Earth-616 over.

I have Spider-Man who can travel the world at will, why would I need Magik? Haven't you seen how many Magiks from different universes I've killed, and how many times I've played this game of letting the tiger return to the mountain?

I'm tired of it all.

"You'd better hurry, the Avengers and the Sorcerer Supreme won't give you much time."

“The Sorcerer Supreme of Earth 616 is indeed a problem, but not enough to defeat me.” Velasco said the most cowardly words in the most arrogant tone: “Anyway, I’m not leaving the frontier. As long as I don’t leave my dimension, the Sorcerer Supreme will be no match for me if he comes to the frontier.”

He reached out his hand and condensed the half of his soul in his hand into a blood-red gem. This was the Bloodstone, one of the sources of power for dark magic, and the key to unlocking the path to dimension 616.

"The void in her soul will gradually be filled by the dark magic of the border of hell, thus becoming a pitiful child whose soul is filled with darkness, tsk tsk tsk."

Then, he glanced at the Immortal.

"As for the time issue, there's no need to worry about it. The flow of time in the Hell's Border is different from other places. Even if only a few minutes have passed outside, several years may have passed here. Don't worry, I've played the game of Hunting Mysteries countless times and have never failed."

The Immortal simply stared coldly at Velasco. He had frozen the X-Men's time, awaiting the Avengers' arrival, but now it seemed perhaps he needed to change his plans.

It's not just the Avengers and X-Men who want to change their predetermined fate; even Velasco intends to alter his destiny.

The Immortal took a deep breath. If the Avengers came, he might have to help them out for the sake of his predetermined fate.

Meanwhile, Iliana, who had been on the run for an unknown amount of time, discovered that more and more demons were beginning to hunt her down.

But soon, a longsword flew over and pierced the demon that was about to pounce on Iliana, saving her.

Iliana saw an incredible person.

It was an aged Iliana Rasputin with arms like a demon's.

"Come on, Secret Guest."

The other party said.

"Whatever you plan to do, first and foremost, you have to survive."
