Being a knight is not easy

Chapter 350 Trouble

Chapter 350 Trouble

Alina knew that once Robin made up his mind, it was hard to change it, but she still tried her best to stop him.

She recalled the time she had spent with Robin, and those beautiful memories made it impossible for her to accept the danger Robin might face.

"You've already achieved so much, why would you risk your life?"

Clearly, she was unaware that Robin was able to kill other superhumans and steal their power.

Fengling, on the other hand, looked impatient. Her eyes sparkled with excitement, and she leaned forward slightly, as if she were ready to set off at any moment.

“Robin, this is a golden opportunity! There are so many extraordinary beings in Middle-earth. If we successfully hunt them down, we can obtain a large number of Power Fruits!” Wind Chime said, waving her arms excitedly. She had always longed for great power, and she felt that Robin's plan was full of endless possibilities. “Let's go together, we're sure to return with a full load.”

Robin looked at the two of them, feeling both helpless and touched.

He knew that Elina was acting out of love and concern for him, while Wind Chime was driven by the lure of power. He took a deep breath, looked at Elina, and said, "Elina, I know you're worried about me, but I must go. I still have hidden power in Middle-earth, which can determine the outcome at crucial moments."

Upon hearing Robin's words, Alina's eyes welled up with tears. She knew she couldn't change Robin's decision, but she couldn't help saying, "If you insist on going, you must take me with you."

Wind Chime smiled nonchalantly: "Alina, stop being so fussy. Robin is so powerful, he'll definitely be fine."

Robin said helplessly, "Middle-earth may be very dangerous, and I don't want you to take the risk with me."

When Fengling heard that Robin might not take her along either, she immediately became anxious.

Her face flushed red, her eyes widened, and her initial excitement was instantly replaced by anxiety and anger.

"No, if you don't take me with you, you won't be able to go anywhere. If you dare to sneak off, I'll kill myself." Wind Chime threatened directly. Her voice was sharp and resolute, and she blocked Robin's path without giving an inch.

Alina was also stunned by Fengling's change of heart. She had initially thought Fengling was just acting on impulse, but she hadn't expected her to be so resolute.

Alina looked at the wind chimes with a complex mix of emotions, including surprise and a hint of dissatisfaction.

Although she cared about Robin's safety, she wouldn't use such an extreme method to demand anything of him. She bit her lip, hesitated for a moment, and then said to Robin, "Robin, Wind Chime acted too impulsively, but she was worried about you. Could you reconsider? Do you really have to take me with you?"

Robin frowned; he hadn't expected Wind Chime to pressure him in this way. He looked at Wind Chime and said seriously, "Wind Chime, you're being ridiculous. Middle-earth isn't as simple as you think. This isn't a game; one wrong move and you'll lose your life."

Wind Chime, however, remained defiant, refusing to back down: "I don't care. I know the dangers involved, but I also have my own abilities. You always treat me like a weakling who needs protection, but I also want to become stronger. I'm willing to face danger with you."

Robin was caught in a dilemma; he didn't want Wind Chime to be in danger, but he was also worried that she might do something foolish.

Alina watched silently from the side, unsure how to comfort the two of them.

The atmosphere became extremely tense, as if the air itself was thick with the smell of gunpowder.

"I really can't stand you anymore. If you want to come along, fine, but you have to follow my arrangements." Robin could only reluctantly agree in the end.

Fengling is stubborn, and once she makes up her mind, it's hard to change it. Besides, if we really leave her here alone, given her temper, she might actually do something foolish.

Although he was still worried about Fengling's safety, it seemed that he had no choice but to keep her by his side so he could take care of her at any time. Fengling was overjoyed. She jumped up and said excitedly, "That's great, Robin! Don't worry, I will definitely listen to you."

Then, she looked at Alina with displeasure and asked, "Are you going or not?" Her tone was impatient, and she was a hundred times unwilling for Alina to go with her.

In Fengling's view, Alina's existence would affect her and Robin's world.

She wanted more opportunities to spend time alone with Robin during this adventure to deepen their relationship, while Alina felt like an unwanted addition.

Alina paused for a moment, then nodded in agreement.

She knew she might not be as strong as Wind Chime, but she didn't want Robin to face danger alone. She also worried that if she didn't go with her, Wind Chime might impulsively cause trouble for Robin.

Although she could sense that the wind chimes were not welcoming to her, she didn't care.

Her only concern was Robin's safety; as long as she could stay by Robin's side and protect him, nothing else mattered.

Robin looked at the two of them and sighed helplessly: "Since we're going anyway, we need to prepare properly. The situation in Middle-earth is complex and unpredictable, so we should bring as much useful stuff as possible."

So the three of them began preparing for their adventure to Middle-earth.

Robin carefully compiled a list of the necessary items, including various weapons, medicines, rations, and magical items.

Meanwhile, Wind Chime excitedly discussed how to deal with the extraordinary beings of Middle-earth. She waved her arms, simulating a battle scene, her face beaming with anticipation.

Alina packed her things silently, her movements gentle and meticulous, a hint of worry in her eyes, but she also made a silent resolution in her heart to protect Robin.

Before heading to Middle-earth, Robin decided to visit Silva and his companions, who had escorted them back to the Westerlands.

Since returning to the West, the two sides have not met except for helping each other with a few small matters.

During this time, Robin was busy developing his own power, while Silva also had his own affairs to attend to.

After all, the two sides are on opposing sides, so caution is paramount.

Amidst the escalating war between Middle-earth and the Westerlands, the relationship between the different factions is delicate and complex.

Despite the friendship between him and Silva, the forces behind them each had their own goals and interests.

Every interaction can be interpreted differently by others, and a slight misstep could lead to unnecessary trouble.

Robin put on his cloak, took his sword, and headed out towards the city where Silva was hiding.

The streets were bustling with people, and the sounds of vendors calling out their wares filled the air.

The location where Silva was hiding wasn't revealed to Robin by them, but rather discovered by Robin's men.
