"I'm exhausted, my shoulders hurt so much. Why did they have to cram all the action scenes together?" Liu Qianqian sighed loudly as she sat down in a chair after filming wrapped.

However, Yang Mi, who was scribbling and drawing on the small table next to her, had no intention of paying any attention to her.

Liu Qianqian waited and waited, then finally couldn't help but cough: "I think he's deliberately making things difficult for me!"

Unfortunately, Yang Mi still didn't react, as if the test paper in front of her was very important, so Liu Qianqian took a deep breath.

However, before she could even open her mouth and utter a single word, Yang Mi spoke up: "I bet the next thing she'll say is: 'Mi'er, don't you love me anymore?'"

"Huh...huh?" Liu Qianqian's tongue was tied, and she didn't know how to respond for a moment.

"What the hell are you talking about?" Yang Mi rolled her eyes at her. "With your personality, you can tell what kind of shit you're going to poop just by sticking your butt up."

"How could you swear!" Liu Qianqian glared angrily.

"Did I swear?" Yang Mi squinted at her.

After thinking for a few seconds, Liu Qianqian decided to change the subject: "How did I do on this test?"

"It's alright, I'd say around 75. I'm not a teacher, so I'm sure I missed some points," Yang Mi replied.

"Only 75 points?" Liu Qianqian complained.

"That's already pretty good, okay? The difficulty has doubled compared to before," Yang Mi snorted. "Like I said, I'm not a teacher, so there are bound to be things I missed, who knows..."

She leaned close to her and gave a cold smile: "Where did you get a 'click' and lose five points, dropping your score to 60?"

"Isn't deducting five points a 70-point score?" Liu Qianqian complained softly.

"You're quite smug, aren't you?" Yang Mi's eyelids twitched.

"No, no!" Liu Qianqian quickly waved her hand.

Yang Mi's tone softened considerably: "You've made great progress. If you keep it up, even if you don't score above 500, you can still hope to be the top scorer. After all, there are still two years left."

“That’s right,” Liu Qianqian chuckled, “When I was on break recently, I did five practice tests every night!”

"Five sets?" Yang Mi scoffed. "When I have free time, I do 20 sets every night during simulations!"

"You're kidding!" Liu Qianqian exclaimed, her eyes wide. "How could you possibly make 20 sets?!"

"Didn't you repeat the simulation?" Yang Mi asked, frowning.

Then the two girls stared at each other.

"I think... even in a simulation..." Liu Qianqian said cautiously, "we should balance work and rest!"

After saying that, she automatically shrank her neck, but Yang Mi, unusually, did not criticize her, but just shrugged: "Anyway, as long as there is progress, that's fine."

Liu Qianqian stuck out her tongue, looked around to make sure no one was paying attention to her, and then, with lightning speed, leaned in front of Yang Mi and kissed her cheek.

"What are you doing!" Yang Mi exclaimed in surprise, quickly wiping her face with the back of her hand. "You've got my face covered in saliva!"

"Really? Let me see." Liu Qianqian grinned and leaned closer again, only to be slapped back down.

"Behave yourself!" Yang Mi made no attempt to hide her disdain. "You're childish to death."

"Relax," Liu Qianqian chuckled nonchalantly, "I'm only like this in front of you; I'm quite reserved in front of others."

"As if your words are helpful." Yang Mi snorted, then frowned and looked her over carefully. "Is something on your mind?"

"Hmm..." Liu Qianqian hesitated for a moment, but decided to tell the truth, "It does feel a bit... bad."

"What happened?" Yang Mi immediately asked.

"Not yet..." Liu Qianqian sighed and gestured with her chin towards the film set not far away, where Xu Jiuyang, dressed as Li Xiaoyao, was acting with Sun Li, dressed as Lin Qing'er.

"What happened to him..." Yang Mi stopped after saying only four words and sighed. Knowing that man's behavior, it was obvious what he had done.

"You care about this a lot?" she asked.

"Of course I care!" Liu Qianqian's expression turned indignant. "Sun Li plays my mother in this TV series!"

Yang Mi twitched her lips, but still patiently corrected, "She is Zhao Ling'er's mother, not yours."

"I know, but..." Liu Qianqian was still fuming.

"I think if you go out and run 3 kilometers now, you won't have so many thoughts about it when you come back," Yang Mi said, shaking her head.

She had only said it casually, but to her surprise, Liu Qianqian asked very seriously, "Really?"

“…It’s fake,” Yang Mi sighed, covering her forehead. “Even if you wanted to go out and run away now, it’s impossible. Let’s do a few questions instead.”

As she spoke, she flipped the exercise book out.

Liu Qianqian pouted, and even though she sat down next to her, she couldn't help but say, "I also saw Jin Qiaoqiao and the others coming out of Sun Li's room together."

"Don't make random simulations," Yang Mi interjected. "I remember Auntie saying that Sun Li was recommended by Jin Qiaoqiao and the others. Instead of wasting your time thinking about these things, why don't you think about how to..."

She stopped, looked at Liu Qianqian as if remembering something, and suddenly asked, "I remember you told me that your skills are related to acting, right?"

"Ah...yes." Liu Qianqian nodded, then suddenly fell silent.

Yang Mi didn't say anything more, she just stared at her.

Despite feeling somewhat uneasy, Liu Qianqian tried her best to remain calm.

“You still need to do some acting practice yourself, don’t… don’t always rely on skills to act.” Yang Mi suddenly lowered her gaze and continued to flip through the exercise book.

"I...I know..." Liu Qianqian hurriedly brushed the hair from her forehead.

"Alright, let's look at this problem." Yang Mi began to teach.

Liu Qianqian quickly focused on listening, temporarily putting aside her unease and worries.

Meanwhile, after finishing today's filming and returning to his hotel room, Sun Li finally breathed a sigh of relief. There was a knock on the door, and then Jin Qiaoqiao, Jiang Qinqin, and Chen Zihan came in one after another.

"How is it, Xiaoli? You've tasted it now, how does it feel?" Jin Qiaoqiao asked with a grin.

"Sister Qiaoqiao, don't say that..." Sun Li said with a forced smile, his expression slightly bitter.

"Yes or no, that's what we agreed on before. You need to give us honest feedback," Jiang Qinqin said, sitting down next to her, half-reassuring and half-reminding.

Sun Li pursed his lips, glanced timidly at Jin Qiaoqiao, then at Jiang Qinqin, and nodded with a blush on his face.

“That’s right,” Jin Qiaoqiao said with satisfaction. “We won’t ask you to do anything specific next, but there are some things you need to keep in mind.”

"Sister Qiaoqiao means..." Sun Li's face turned slightly pale as he realized what she meant.

"What are you afraid of? It's not like I'm asking you to murder your husband," Jin Qiaoqiao snorted lightly. "I'm just asking you to add a little something extra."

“I…I…” Sun Li was very conflicted.

Then Jiang Qinqin took her hand: "Xiao Li, this is your pledge of loyalty. We already did it back then, so there's no reason for you not to use it, right?"

“I…I know, Sister Qinqin, I just…” Sun Li pursed his lips awkwardly.

Jiang Qinqin and Jin Qiaoqiao exchanged a glance and nodded in tacit agreement. The latter then took out a well-wrapped gold capsule from her small bag and placed it in Sun Li's hand.

"Sister Qiaoqiao, this is..." Although Sun Li looked puzzled, the surprise and longing in his eyes were undeniable.

“We’ve been together these past few days, but tonight you can enjoy it all by yourself,” Jin Qiaoqiao said with a smile.
