Chapter 242 Peter's Warning

Miles wanted to argue, but when he looked up at Peter, he gave up the idea. Miles bet that the expression under the mask must be very bad, and it would be better for him to admit his mistake first. However, the young boy in adolescence could not say a word no matter what.

When Peter saw Miles lower his head, he knew that he had admitted his mistake, but he couldn't speak out because of the young man's face. It was nothing, Peter had also been through that age and knew the little thoughts in the minds of young people. He would figure it out, it just took some time to calm down.

No one is born a hero. Young people always make mistakes, so they need older people to protect them and clean up their messes.

Speaking of wiping ass, Peter's expression softened. After escaping death before, his relationship with Mary Jane has gone a step further. They spend almost all time together except for work. Because of this, he is going to be a father.

"I'll tell them the news when everyone arrives." Peter made a secret decision in his mind, and his hands were busy tying up the unconscious rhino man with spider silk.

"Come and help." Peter called to Miles beside him. Letting him do the work could subtly dispel the awkward atmosphere.

'Am I taking care of the baby in advance?' Peter thought to himself with self-mockery. Thanks to Uncle Ben and Aunt May's teachings, Peter was always patient with everyone and everything.

You will definitely become a good father, Mary Jane always encouraged him like this after she found out she was pregnant. After all, there was the failed Man, so Mary Jane was always afraid that he would follow in the same footsteps.

And Peter certainly saw the worry in Mary Jane's eyes, so he always responded to Mary Jane with the most confident smile.

"Of course, because I'm your little tiger."

Such a romantic scene was seen by their elder Aunt Mei. Under the elder's mischievous smile, both of them blushed, but the sweetness in their hearts did not diminish at all.

Recalling the sweetness with a hint of embarrassment, Peter's mouth corners were grinning to the back of his head, fortunately the mask covered it.

In this way, Peter recalled his sweet life, and Miles pondered the identity of the new wanderer. Neither of them said a word. It was a long time before Peter reacted and broke the silence.

Peter came back to his senses and looked at Miles who was silent. After all, he had no telepathic ability and could not guess all of Miles' thoughts. He thought Miles was still in a bad mood, not knowing that he was actually thinking about serious matters.

However, Peter didn't know, so to make Miles happy, Peter said, "Spider-Boy. Spider-Boy?"

This is the code name Peter gave to Miles, which fits Miles's teenage identity, but unfortunately Miles doesn't like it.

"Um, what's the matter?" Peter called out twice before Miles reacted.

"There's a party at my house later, do you want to come?" Peter asked.

Miles was initially interested, but then he thought of the unidentified wanderer and was ready to refuse. He had to go back and ask Uncle Aaron to see if he had any clues. After all, the other party's boxing style was very similar to Uncle Aaron's. Maybe he had some clues?

"No Spider-Man, I have something else to do later..."

However, Peter's next words made him change his mind.

"Really? That's a shame." Peter sighed. "Today's party is different from the previous ones. It's a Spider-Man party." "Spider-Man party?" Miles' eyes widened as he realized what Peter meant.

When Peter saw Miles's expression, he knew that he understood what he meant. Without Miles asking any further questions, he nodded first, confirming his idea.

"Uh, I'd better go then," Miles said awkwardly.

Peter found it funny to see Miles's stiff look, but he didn't hold on to him and just let him go.

"Then follow me." Peter said as he shot out spider silk and swung out. Seeing this, Miles also shot out spider silk and hurriedly followed, fearing that he would be slow.

After notifying the police to arrest the man, Peter and Miles set out on their way home. Of course, in order to hide their identities, the two did not go home directly, but habitually took a detour and finally changed into casual clothes before returning home.

When they were almost at the door of his house, Peter stopped Miles and said to him, "Miles, there is something I want to tell you in advance."

"What's going on?" Miles asked.

"Well, you know, Gwen is Harpy's girlfriend." Peter said after a moment's deliberation. "So you know what I mean, don't get too close to her."

Miles was stunned at first, and finally said with a blush: "Mr. Peter, I'm not the kind of person you think."

"So what kind of person are you?" Peter looked at Miles's argument and finally didn't say it.

Think about how Miles tried hard to squeeze into Gwen's sight at the Spider Camp. Everyone saw it except Gwen who ignored him. This made the Shadow Spiders and the others have no good impression of Miles, except for those who didn't know the reason.

Originally, we didn't plan to bring Miles to this party. After all, we hadn't even told him about the communication bracelet. Unlike Yang Le, who couldn't find anyone, Miles had been staying in the camp the whole time, but he didn't even know about it. It shows how much he was disliked by Penny and the others.

But Peter, who has been with Miles for a long time, knows that Miles is a good boy, but when it comes to feelings... he is indeed a little confused. But he can always change, just like Thompson changed from a bad boy to a responsible man, right?
So Peter thought he should give Miles a chance and brought Miles to the party.

Looking at Miles arguing, Peter felt for some reason that there might be some trouble at today's party. His spider sense had started to work, just like the time when he was hiding in his room at school and releasing spider silk and was almost discovered by Aunt May.

To be honest, he had never been so scared even when he was surrounded by the Sinister Six. Peter almost died socially.

Horrible memories flashed through his mind, and Peter knew that he would not be able to sleep well tonight. He only hoped that today's party could help him forget these terrible memories.

With this thought in mind, Peter and Miles finally returned home. It was still the familiar little house, but it was much more lively today than usual.

Just as Peter was about to take out the key to open the door, it was opened first. Shadow Spider, who took off his mask and was still dressed in black, welcomed them.

"Welcome back, it seems you are very busy at work?" Shadow Spider joked. Before Ultimate Peter could respond, he saw Miles behind him.
