Chapter 1268 The plan begins

Jackson was indeed a sensible child who was heartbreaking to witness.

Before Yang Le and the others could offer much advice, Jackson had already figured it out on his own, and his understanding was remarkably profound.

Knowing full well that his father was a terrible person, Jackson did not choose to run away, but instead chose to face the challenge head-on and confront his father, Black Manta.

This awareness is something many members of the Justice League lack; the saying "even an upright official finds it hard to settle family disputes" is not just a saying.

Aquaman was so proud he was almost in tears. He had boasted to Batman and others more than once that Jackson was the most outstanding of the younger generation.

This statement has stood the test of time; Jackson's performance truly lived up to Aquaman's boasting, and gradually the superheroes reached a consensus.

If nothing unexpected happens, Jackson should be the first member of the Young Justice League to become an official member of the Justice League.

Donna cannot be included because of her special circumstances, and William is not a member of the Young Justice League, so this statement is not wrong.

"Thank you for your efforts, Jackson." Batman patted Aquaman on the shoulder. "But remember, your safety is the most important thing. Never put yourself in danger."

“I will remember it.” Jackson nodded.

The adults then turned their attention to the other two children in the room, Tula and Gas.

“Now it’s your turn.” Batman walked up to the two men. “Tura and Gas, in order to make Jackson’s betrayal of the Justice League seem legitimate, we need one of you to fake your death.”

“However, I think the best candidate is Tula,” Yang Le interjected. “The three of you should all understand why. If Tula fakes his death, Jackson’s subsequent defection will be a natural consequence.”

"Could you tell me about your plans first?"

With Aquaman torn between Turalyon and Gas, Jedi gave them a breather and stepped forward to buy time.

“Alright, I’ll briefly explain the plan to you.” Yang Le nodded.

"First of all, Jackson once had feelings for Tula. We all know you've moved on without needing to explain, Jackson."

Yang Le waved his hand to signal Hai Shaoxia not to panic, but his words still made the three children present feel embarrassed. It was only because they were well-mannered that they did so; if it were Roy, he might have started to argue back.

"This is exactly what we need to leverage: jealousy and rivalry. It can be exaggerated or downplayed. What we need is to escalate this into a trigger point."

"After Tura fakes his death, Jackson, we need you to act like you're too heartbroken and take your anger out on Aquaman and Garth."

"You need to pretend to be the Sea King and assign tasks to Tura, showing your resentment towards Gas for not being able to protect her, and then have a private duel with Gas."

"The duel doesn't need to have a winner or loser. Aquaman will come and cause trouble along the way, and then Jackson, you will be imprisoned by Arthur for the crime of private fighting."

"Finally, we'll let you go, Jackson. Then you'll need to find Black Manta and deliver this message to him."

“You need to tell him that you are his son, and that it was Aquaman Arthur who realized this and raised you by his side, so that when you grow up, he would cause you and your father to kill each other without knowing it.”

"Damn it!" Aquaman's face turned ashen. "How could you come up with such a vicious plan? You're no less wicked than those supervillains." "But His Majesty wouldn't do such a thing," Young Hero Aquaman said with worry.

“Of course Arthur wouldn’t,” Yang Le explained. “We just need to make Black Manta think that way.”

"There is an old Chinese saying, 'To judge a gentleman by the standards of a petty person.' I don't need to elaborate on what Black Manta has done in the past. After confirming your true identity, he couldn't help but overthink things because he has a guilty conscience."

“Once he sees it in person, he will definitely believe what you said is true. Black Manta believes that this is the point where he beats Aquaman, so he will never let Aquaman retaliate.”

Yang Le's words made everyone present fall into deep thought. Upon careful consideration, it was indeed highly likely that the black manta ray would do the aforementioned thing.

All of this is not because of anything else, but because of his heart, which had long since turned completely black.

“I understand,” Jackson nodded.

Now the question has returned to Tura and Gas, and everyone present is waiting for the two to make a choice.

“I understand,” Tula stepped forward. “I’ll join.”

“Me too.” Gass nodded in agreement. “We also want to do our part for our country and for the world, especially since our mission is far less dangerous than one-thousandth of Jackson’s.”

With that, all the actors needed for this mission were assembled. The group gathered again to discuss the details, and then dispersed as if nothing had happened.

The operation was scheduled for three days later, a day that was originally planned to be Jackson's vacation with the Young Justice League, when he would return to Atlantis. That day was the perfect time to carry out the operation.

The mission has two key elements: Jackson and Tula.

Jackson goes without saying; he was key to the normal mission. Tula was equally key, after all, she was the reason for his betrayal, and once she faked her death, she absolutely could not be discovered by anyone.

Once Tula's faked death is discovered, Jackson, who is lurking in the Illuminati, will immediately be in danger.

Yang Le also took care of the fate of Tula, who had faked her death, deciding on Cybertron, where the interior decoration was still underway.

The cunning and resourceful Little Warriors considered other Homo sapiens on Earth when they first built Cybertron, so there are areas in Cybertron suitable for the Atlanteans and Amazons to live in.

No matter how careful you are on Earth, there is always a chance of being discovered. So Yang Le suggested that they simply send Tula into space and set up some interference magic. Those guys from the Illuminati would definitely not be able to find her.

This idea was unanimously approved by everyone, as it was the best way to ensure the safety of the two children.

Time flew by, and three days later it was already time to get to the next day.

Jackson, who had been mentally prepared, went about his morning exercise at the Young Justice League base as usual, and even Robin and the others who were often with him did not notice anything unusual.

After finishing his daily essential exercise, Jackson said goodbye to everyone. Today was his day off to go home, so none of the Junior Justice League kids suspected anything.
