Chapter 1149 Mr. Splinter
Although the 03 version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has become a blurry memory for Yang Le, many things that seemed novel at the time have become memorable.

Take the underground people, for example. It's funny to say that Yang Le, who was quite young at the time, watched the gatherings related to the underground people as if they were horror movies, just like when he watched the episodes about the mummy in Ultraman.

Later, when Yang Le revisited the story as he grew older, he realized that the underground people's technology wasn't anything special, since almost all of their technology originated from those crystals.

Crystals are energy and the core of the underground people's technology. Without them, the underground people's technology would become nothing but a pile of scrap metal.

Therefore, compared to the junk and broken metal of the underground people, Yang Le was more interested in those crystals.

These crystals can perform different functions through specific machines; they can generate force fields, manipulate elements, simply release energy, and so on.

These crystals can be described as all-purpose, as if there's nothing they can't do, it's just that users haven't discovered how to use them yet.

Yang Le was very curious about these crystals. He had been thinking about them since he was on Hahab. If he couldn't be teleported back to Earth in the DC Universe, he would definitely study these crystals.

Yang Le had originally planned to ask Donatello, but seeing the four tortoises sharpening their knives, he knew now was not the time to bring it up.

Leonardo drew his katana, checked the sharpness of the twin blades, and then turned to his brothers.

"Alright guys, now that we're back, it's time to go rescue Mr. Splinter."

The turtles were actually very tired, but Splinter was like a father to them, and this feeling constantly motivated them to save him.

Before the remaining three could agree, they heard a noise coming from their front door, which immediately attracted everyone's attention.

Generally speaking, the only people who know the location of their current home, besides those currently inside, are April, Casey Jones, and Splinter.

However, April and Casey should still be in the alley outside that alien building, which is the answer Donatello came to after confirming the time as soon as he returned to Earth.

Less than ten hours have passed since they left Earth. As they had agreed beforehand, April and her companion were to wait outside the building for 24 hours. If they did not come out after that time...

Then April and her partner would report the problem in the building to the police and wipe out the aliens inside—a truly revolutionary solution.

It's not time yet, so April and the other two will definitely not leave their posts. Meanwhile, Mr. Splinter is still soaking in a large jar, waiting for them to rescue him before they leave.

Therefore, whoever opens the door now is definitely not a good person.

The four turtles arrived at their answer almost simultaneously. They exchanged glances and vanished without a trace almost instantly. Even Damian had to admire their invisibility skills.

The four turtles were already skilled in ninjutsu, and this was their home, which they knew best. They were able to find good hiding places immediately and occupied four of the best ambush positions, waiting for the moment the door opened.

The hexagonal stone door slowly opened, and a dark figure walked in unhurriedly. Just as the figure was about to step into the light, the four divine turtles moved. They moved almost simultaneously. More than ten years of sharing joys and sorrows had enabled them to understand each other's intentions even without words. Moreover, they were all taught by the same master, so they naturally knew when to attack each other.

However, the shadowy figure seemed to understand them better. Upon hearing the sharp sound of wind being cut, the shadowy figure immediately took a step back, causing Michelangelo, who was the fastest, to miss. Before he could launch another attack, he was kicked away by the shadowy figure.

Michelangelo's kick caused him to collide with Donatello, who was rushing over, and the two unfortunate men immediately fell to the ground.

Then came the even more ferocious Raphael, whose twin forks fell from the sky like fangs, tearing at his prey like a lion. However, the shadowy figure seemed to have known Raphael's intentions beforehand, and a wooden stick was placed horizontally in the air, wedging itself in the middle of the Ronin's forks.

Seeing this, Raphael was about to pull back his double forks, but the shadowy figure took the initiative and swept his body horizontally, completely shattering the former's unstable lower body. Then, he kicked him out of the shadows, allowing him to join his two brothers.

The last to arrive was the cautious Leonardo DiCaprio. Just as he was about to launch his attack, he saw Michelangelo's tragic state, which forced him to change his strategy and maneuver behind the shadowy figure.

This put him in the shadowy figure's blind spot, but it also caused him to miss the combined attack with his two remaining brothers. After Raphael was defeated, he was left all alone.

But this did not frighten Leonardo. He picked up his twin swords and slashed as he went, seemingly fierce but actually hiding a deadly move.

But just like before, the shadowy figure saw through his thoughts, ignoring the aggressive twin blades, and thrust the wooden stick in his hand out like a venomous snake, striking Leonardo's toes directly.

That hurt terribly. Even Yang Le, who had become an evolved human, couldn't help but frown. If he had to choose, he would rather be stabbed than have his toe smashed.

Now Leonardo's footing was also unstable, and he followed in Raphael's footsteps to reunite with his three brothers.

Seeing the four turtles getting their comeuppance, Cassandra and Damian, thinking that they were still companions, were about to step forward to help, but were stopped by Yang Le, who had sharp eyes.

Amidst the puzzled looks of the two, the dark figure slowly entered their field of vision; it turned out to be a large rat.

"Michelangelo was too reckless. You should have coordinated with the speed of your brothers. Donatello's field of vision was too narrow, which is why you couldn't dodge Michelangelo when he was sent flying backward."

“Raphael is too slow to change his moves and too straightforward. He only focuses on the weapon in his hand. Leonardo’s lower body is almost defenseless. You still have a lot of training to do, but before that, the first thing you need to learn is to see clearly who the person in front of you is.”

Splinter tapped the ground lightly with his cane, which brought the four stunned turtles back to their senses.

“Mr. Splinter!” ×4.

Four voices rang out simultaneously, and the turtles scrambled to their feet and rushed toward their teacher. This time, Splinter didn't attack; instead, he opened his arms to welcome his children.
