Chapter 1145
"I only agreed because you have the military strength to deal with Spassimmosen."
Casimos looked worried. Clearly, he didn't really believe that Yang Le could do it. He was actually gambling that Yang Le could take down Salam before any of the other factions could react.
Yang Le wouldn't say that he could definitely do such a thing, as that would be tantamount to planting a flag for himself. Besides, he really didn't think there was anything or anyone on Teselan Island that could stop him.
Taserlandon isn't Apokolips, and Salam isn't Darkseid. How can I avoid his attacks?
Ignoring Casimos, Yang Le turned and handed a controller, no bigger than half the size of a palm, to Donatello.
"This thing can control the Taserlandon control system on your bodies. When the time is right, you can remove the shackles from yourselves and Casimos's bodies."
This controller was recently crafted by a shapeshifter and has undergone some enhancements; it can even open many access gates in Tesserland.
"Once I deal with Prime Minister Tesserlandon, this place will definitely be in chaos. At that time, you can take the opportunity to find a spaceship to escape. Dr. Fucitold and my companions are still on Hahabby. Once you get there, you can use this to contact them."
As Yang Le spoke, he took out another Justice League communicator that he had kept as a spare. Don't be fooled by the fact that the Turtles' bodies are smooth and you can't see their ears; they actually do have ears and don't use some strange organ to receive sounds.
"And what about Yang?" Raphael asked with concern. Just the fact that Yang Le had stepped forward to save him was enough to win over this simple-minded turtle.
When Raphael realized that Yang Le's escape plan didn't include him, he naturally had to ask a question.
"I'm fine. I have plenty of ways to escape after I deal with Salam." Yang Le waved his hand to reassure everyone. "I just need to change my appearance, and the Taserlandons won't recognize me. It will definitely be easier for me to leave than for you guys who are still on the prisoner list."
“That’s settled then,” Leonardo interjected. “Before we came, I noticed a cluster of asteroids not far from Tesserlandon. We’ll wait for you there, and if you haven’t shown up in more than two hours, we’ll come looking for you.”
Yang Le wanted to refuse, but Michelangelo beat him to it.
"Oh, family always never abandons you. You're starting to resemble a teacher more and more, Leo."
With Yang Le's repeated assistance, these simple-minded turtles have come to regard him as family, just like Casey Jones and April.
It is precisely for this reason that, no matter how strong and reliable Yang Le is, the turtles are unwilling to abandon him and run away alone, as this does not conform to their teachings.
All I can say is that Splinter was a good teacher. He instilled in the Turtles values that many human parents might not be able to achieve.
"Okay, two hours." Yang Le pretended not to care, but was actually hiding his inner emotion. The more straightforward the nature of the turtles, the more touching they were.
"What used to be a regular mission has now become a timed challenge, but you still can't get me. Watch me solve it in an hour and show you."
Waving goodbye to the turtles, Yang Le walked out of the prisoner gladiators' lounge. "I'm ready. Whoever I'm going to see, lead the way."
Because of the fusion with the Divine Tyrannosaurus, Yang Le's height as a Teserlandonian has increased slightly. He is now about half a head taller than a normal Teserlandonian. If he were to use the Divine Tyrannosaurus's abilities, he would be even taller.
However, a simple reminder wouldn't scare the elite guards. They were the most elite soldiers selected from various units, having fought their way through mountains of corpses and seas of blood. What kind of scene hadn't they seen? How could they be intimidated by a big guy?
Although Yang Le's ability to kill a Spiesmosen single-handedly was indeed impressive, it was still nothing compared to their heavily armed elite squad.
Yang Le could sense the arrogance emanating from the elite team members. This arrogance stemmed from their own experiences, which was understandable, since Yang Le also looked down on them.
It wasn't that Yang Le was arrogant; based on his observations over this period, he believed that as long as the Taserlandons didn't use the weapons of mass destruction carried on their warships, the defeated Tyrannosaurus Rex would be enough to deal with them.
Don't underestimate the Tyrannosaurus Rex after it suffers a setback. In its normal state, a single punch can weigh more than two tons, not to mention when it grows to its gigantic size. Not only does its strength gradually increase, but its defense also rises steadily. Ordinary firearms are useless against it, and even missiles cannot cause it any damage.
In the original work, there are many instances of the Divine Tyrannosaurus's defensive capabilities: it can withstand missile explosions head-on, ignore beam gun fire, pass through energy fields with its bare body without any protection, and even survive in outer space.
Frankly speaking, these performances are really over the top for a creature. In terms of defense alone, the Divine Tyrannosaurus Rex is indeed among the best in Omnitrix.
The weapons the elite guards were carrying were really insufficient; Yang Le could easily take them down one by one while enduring the attacks.
Yang Le and the guards disliked each other, so they ignored each other and boarded the spacecraft to the main planet of Tesserland in a quiet atmosphere.
As mentioned earlier, the Tesserland Federation is a nation built on several conical warships, and the flagship is naturally the largest of these conical warships.
The flagship was positioned in the very center of the Tesserlandon fleet, and the other warships appeared to be orbiting it like satellites.
Yang Le had to admit that Tesserlandon's way of life was indeed a good one. They might only be missing Dr. Fucitold's space teleportation technology to become the ultimate form of cosmic nomads.
After entering the main ship from the side, the elite guards led Yang Le onto a strangely shaped aircraft, which he guessed was probably similar to the car on the Tesserland.
The aircraft is painted primarily in red, and looks like a triceratops. Combined with its luxurious interior, only one person in the entire Tesserland could pull off such a grand spectacle.
Sure enough, the aircraft stopped about ten minutes later. As soon as Yang Le stepped off the aircraft, he saw a red triceratops wearing a white robe.
Because of his experience with the shapeshifter, he had read a lot of information about Tesserland and immediately recognized the red-skinned Triceratops in front of him as the current Prime Minister of Tesserland—Salam.
