As the sound channel closed, the Infinite Ones could only utter the words that the Eternals had previously chanted together. In a burst of dazzling white light, a shadow once again split into five.

As the white light faded, the five people from Eternity reappeared in Yang Le's field of vision. White smoke from their bodies, generated by the heat, was still rising from their bodies, and their half-squatting posture made Yang Le's vision terminate.

"At first, I thought the enemy was using Earth's firearms, but I never expected them to be from Apokolips..."

Luna Rider Mark looked grave. He turned to Viking and said, "Captain, I think it's necessary to inform the Father about this. Apokolips must be plotting something new again."

When asked by Vikin, Yang Le did not answer immediately, but instead lowered his head to think.

Unlike the new primordial planet, the Justice League was aware of Apokolips. According to information Yang Le had previously seen in the Justice League's database, Apokolips had actually launched two invasions of Earth.

Although both attacks ultimately failed on Apokolips, Earth paid a considerable price.

It is precisely for this reason that the United Nations agreed to make the Justice League a legitimate international organization, granting them numerous privileges, including transnational law enforcement powers. However, Darkseid himself did not personally participate in either of the two Apokolips invasions; instead, members of the Dark Elite Council were sent.

One was Steppenwolf, and the other was Kalibak. Both of them were actually considered military commanders in the Dark Elite. Although Steppenwolf was the military commander of Apokolips, his command style was to let the Parademons swarm in and then he would hack and slash.

However, when facing a renewable resource like Parademons, a sheer numbers of troops is the best tactic. So it's no wonder Steppenwolf's command was so poor; if Yang Le were in charge, he would have done the same.

After a brief moment of thought, Yang Le summarized the information he knew and then posted it to the Eternals.

“I see.” Viking suddenly realized. “So this time it’s Apokolips attacking Earth again.”

Yang Le felt that Viking's guess was wrong, because it did not fit Darkseid's style of doing things. This dark king of the Fourth World would not look down on those peasants. Cooperating with them would be too low-class.

If Darkseid really wanted to use these people, he would have brainwashed them from the start, because he doesn't need disobedient subordinates.

Yang Le found no evidence of brainwashing or mind control in these people, either during the battle or after the examination.

This group of people are acting entirely on their own whims.

It's possible that someone from the Dark Elite wants to use these people to achieve some conditions, but it's unlikely to be an invasion orchestrated by Darkseid.

The people in Eternity discussed for a while but couldn't come to any conclusion. In the end, they decided to first send all the technology from the Fourth World back to the New Origin Star.
