Dedicate loyalty to the good empire

Chapter 55: Renewing the Past, Part 3
How to deal with a Space Marine?
Wrote about it in a weekly article on the Imperial Guard.
Due to the corruption of the Chaos Space Marines, their power has been greatly reduced.
Not to mention the lack of the Empire's powerful Forge World maintenance, the armor and weapons of the traitors have become seriously outdated.
Now you can easily disable them by simply shoving your bayonet into the joints of their corrupted armor, and then you can easily tear through their armor with a direct, close-range shot with a saber or laser.
And you don't need to worry about the useless bombs in the hands of those guys. They are completely different from the loyal precision bombs of the Empire. Their production level is extremely poor, and there is a high probability that they will explode.
Now, loyal soldiers, go and defeat those traitors!
Taylor's comment on this is also very simple.
Smash your head.
He took a deep breath as he looked at the beauty in his arms. He bet that this guy was very important to that Space Marine, otherwise he would not give up the front line.
This was an opportunity, one of the few times he could defeat her. He pointed his weapon at the woman, and she blushed and said, "It's so big and thick."
Taylor's expression changed, as if his laser pistol had become dirty.
He said sternly to the Space Marine, "Your little darling is with me. Let's get out of here, or I'll kill her."
The Space Marine laughed. "Hahahaha, a wizard, kill a wizard!"
"I really haven't heard such a joke in thousands of years. The last time it was my Primarch who told me that."
Taylor was a little embarrassed. He said, "I admit, I might not be able to kill her, but if I really shot her, with the Emperor's blessing, would her head explode?"
The lady emphasized now. "Ah, then, come in all, I'll take it all, everything you have."
Taylor cursed. "I, you, you shut up!"
Now his nemesis is going to increase. Before, there were only Miss Lightling and Mr. Tychus, but now there is going to be a cultist added.
The Space Marine said helplessly. "I'm not interested in hearing you two bickering. We're on the battlefield now. If she dies, I'll request another wizard."
"At the same time, I am convinced that your death will be a great advantage to my cause."
Taylor responded sensitively. "Then why didn't you shoot me now, instead of giving me a verbal warning? Has the Death Guard's brain finally rotted away?"
Chaos Space Marine Dragan raised his head slightly. He now had to admit that this mortal was quite troublesome, even though he looked very miserable, covered in mud, his thighs seemed to be shaking, and he was still holding that damn witch.
He never thought he would have such thoughts about a mortal, and it was clear that he was in more trouble than most.
Only, that damn wizard emphasized.
"Ah~ If I die, you will have a headache, Dragan."
"Being fought over by two men is really distressing. Should I choose a stinky fried dough stick that has been there for a thousand years or a giant that is on the rise?"
"Perhaps this man will become the Lord of the Sun in the future. As expected, I'd better abandon the dark side and join the light side and go to the Empire..."
For the first time, Dragan felt his rotten heart contracting at an extremely rapid rate, a miracle that even Nurgle could not achieve.
He gritted his teeth and said, "You damn bitch..."
Dragan looked at the adulterous couple helplessly.
"Come on, damn it, I'll crush you on the battlefield, not here."
"You've successfully hindered our attack once again, but how long can you hold out?"
"Taylor, right, mortal? I remember your name, and I want to tell you that you are the first mortal whose name I remember."
Taylor sighed.
What do you mean?
You have a crush on me? It’s enough to have only one crazy woman following you!
Watching his boys walk into the cave one by one, he let go of the woman because the two of them could not fit into the cave.
The lady said reluctantly, "Oh, Romeo, you won't take me with you?"
She gripped the muzzle of Taylor's gun tightly, her nails sliding randomly on it. Just looking at the posture and movement would make most men walk with a hunched back.
Then Taylor retaliated by pinching her plump thigh. "You've gained too much weight, Juliet!"
He pushed her away and immediately went into his own cave.
The lady said reluctantly, "I'll come to see you soon, and then I'll give you a surprise~"
But this tunnel is his only permanent home!
He fell to the ground and retorted, "That's not necessary!"
Now, the others looked at him with smirks.
"Boss, you didn't bring your girlfriend?"
An old soldier said without much eyesight.
Taylor yelled. "Shut your mouth and run now."
As he spoke, he blocked the entrance with mud, but soon a rotten iron pipe was inserted here.
Taylor fired a few times at the area with his gun, then quickly stepped back. Then a green poisonous mist swept over.
He wasn't surprised at all, and just sighed as he shouted, "Don't breathe! Don't touch, run!"
Taylor's survival skills were impeccable. His use of mud and several shots delayed the enemy for a moment, allowing the soldiers from Squad 15 to run far away.
It seems that the Death Guards realized that their methods probably could not kill Taylor, so they gave up using the precious poison gas here.
Seeing that the poisonous fog could no longer catch up with them, Taylor and his brothers returned to the Seventh and Outpost.
The situation here is actually not that good. Not to mention the few more bodies and the loss of the ammunition depot.
The cruelty of the battle could be felt just from the exhausted looks of the people and the poems being recited by the nearby combat nuns.
The Catachan lieutenant colonel immediately found Taylor, who was cleaning the dirt off his body and checking for any remaining poison gas. She sternly said, "What have you done?"
"Why did those traitor Space Marines who were so close to taking the outpost suddenly leave?"
Taylor gasped. "I found an old friend."
Then he looked at Letlina who was coming up behind him and told his two allies about this.
But Letlina's expression grew even more rigid, and she said seriously, "A ritual. Whatever she's doing, it's probably not something friendly to the Empire."
"Based on your description, this ceremony actually looks like a typical communication ceremony."
Taylor asked curiously. "How do you say that?"
As a nun, Letelina also dabbled in various mystical disciplines. She said, "This is the standard situation when a psychic communicates with another psychic."
"I didn't look closely at the placement of those things, but I can guess that they were probably rituals used for communication."
Taylor thought about it. "That means the relic they're looking for has its own will. It could be a sealed demon or a powerful Warp entity."
After he finished speaking, Letlina and Lieutenant Colonel Catachan looked at him strangely.
Taylor replied belatedly. "Well, I have a friend who works for the Inquisition. Do you believe it?"
