Chapter 6 Property Panel

The Leaky Cauldron, Diagon Alley, London.

Ivy was licking a huge ice cream stick out of boredom. It was a mixture of strawberry and raspberry jams, and was sprinkled with crushed hazelnuts.

Since Ivy's name appeared in the admission book yesterday for some reason, he was allowed to join Hogwarts as a first-year student in the new school year. However, he originally wanted to live in Hogwarts, but Dumbledore said: "No preschool child should be allowed to live in Hogwarts before enrollment."

So he was driven to Diagon Alley without explanation. Before he was taken away by Snape, he saw the gamekeeper Hagrid who came hurriedly. To be honest, it was really difficult for a person of Hagrid's size to get through the oak door of the principal's office.

And when he saw the glittering Slytherin robes on Ivy, he banged his head against the door frame with a scream, which made a precarious sound. It was hard to tell whether to worry about Hagrid's head or the poor door frame of the headmaster's office.

Fortunately, Dumbledore just waved his finger and the wooden door was automatically fixed. Ivy was unable to know what the two people inside the door said. However, according to the original plot, Hagrid should have been sent to pick up Harry Potter from school and take out the Philosopher's Stone from Gringotts.

Even if Ivy knew all about this, there was no way she could ask Dumbledore to send her and Hagrid together. Ivy still felt a little regretful for missing the chance to meet the "Boy Who Lived". After all, he is a savior, and so am I. Maybe there are experiences that these saviors can exchange with each other.

Snape then took Ivy and teleported her to the Leaky Cauldron through the fireplace of Hogwarts. Snape originally wanted to apply for a student loan for Ivy, but when Ivy took out a handful of gold galleons from the Grimoire of Destruction, he left without looking back.

Only one sentence was left in the wind: "I believe that the former Slytherin fifth-year student will not cry because he is alone, nor will he cause any trouble that will prevent him from attending the opening party..."

After a friendly exchange with Tom, the owner of the Leaky Cauldron, he was able to obtain a room on the second floor of the pub as a hiding place before the start of Hogwarts.

When the busy day was finally coming to an end, Ivy stayed in the room of the Leaky Cauldron to check his body and the only magic prop he still had in his hand - the Grimoire of Destruction. The wand made entirely of goblin magic silver and used exclusively for ancient magic was still in Dumbledore's hands. He did not offer to return it to Ivy until Ivy left the headmaster's office. Fortunately, Ivy had never relied on the goblin magic silver wand. After all, he was a legendary master of dark magic who could chain the "Avada Kedavra Curse" through curses, so it was no big deal.

More than a hundred years ago, Ivy was a handsome and tall young wizard. With that face, I don't know how many young boys and girls he secretly captured. But at that time, he was obsessed with protecting magical animals from the Fire Ash Snake Party, so he didn't have much time to deal with emotional problems. Later, he was sealed in a crystal formed by ancient magic for more than a hundred years, so he had even less time to deal with these things.

However, after escaping from the ancient magic sealing crystal, Ivy's body underwent amazing changes. Not only did he not age, he even showed signs of reverse growth.

After comparing his height with the door frame, he found to his sorrow that he was less than 1.3 meters tall, the size of a child. Perhaps it was because of this that he was accepted into the Book of Admission.

However, as time goes by, he believes that sooner or later he will regain the height and body shape he had a hundred years ago.

If there was any good thing, it was that he seemed to have a deeper understanding of the power of ancient magic in his body. Not only could he use ancient magic to easily destroy his own wand when fighting against Dumbledore, but he could also use ancient magic to strengthen his "Grimoire of Destruction".

When he opened this familiar yet unfamiliar magic book again after more than a hundred years of absence, he knew very well that the cheat that the time traveler had been late for a hundred years had finally arrived.

The predecessor of "Grimoire of Destruction" is "A Field Guide for Wizards", which is a magic book that Ivy got from Professor Weasley when he entered the school as a transfer student more than a hundred years ago. It was originally just a notebook that could help him review magic knowledge at any time.

However, as Ivy's spellcasting ability gradually increased, "The Wizard's Field Guide" gained other functions. The first was a map, but this map could not display other people's names like the Marauder's Map, it could only display the location of the holder; then there was the storage function. Relying on the power of the Traceless Extension Spell, Ivy put all the medicinal herbs and magical creature materials he collected from the Forbidden Forest in it, including various potions he concocted himself, gold galleons obtained from robbery, and various fashionable clothes he collected.

Perhaps because it has been in close contact with ancient magic for more than a hundred years, "The Wizard's Field Guide" has transformed into a real magic book - that is, "The Grimoire of Destruction".

When Ivy opened its cover, he clearly saw his attribute panel.
