"What's so bad about telling me? Since my delusional mind has been cut off, I will not be affected by it anymore!"

How can one live forever without eating Qi? Under the influence of their delusions, the gods and Buddhas hid it from the Jade Emperor, kept demons and common people in captivity, and refined elixirs.”

"Not long after the Jade Emperor woke up, he seemed to be caught in a situation of two hearts competing with each other, but he was different from the gods and Buddhas. Some gods and Buddhas compromised with their delusions and kept the people in captivity for immortality, while others tried their best to maintain their true hearts.

The Jade Emperor is sometimes influenced by his true mind and is very clear-headed; and sometimes influenced by his false mind and is swayed by desires.

In this situation, in order to avoid being held accountable by the Jade Emperor when he is awake, the gods and Buddhas use a more covert method to keep the common people in captivity.

They dare not act recklessly, but pretend to worship the gods and Buddhas to make the Jade Emperor think that the gods and Buddhas are maintaining the order of heaven and earth well. "
