Chapter 33 Interview
Chen Fei was somewhat surprised: "What are you doing here, Miss Song?"

This industrial park belongs to Longteng Real Estate. This building is considered the king of the building. Although the top few floors have been rented out, they are still under renovation and no companies have moved in yet.

Song Youan slowly walked out of the elevator and pointed to the south-facing room: "I rented Mr. Chen's place."

Chen Fei was startled upon hearing this: "You... I rented this room to..."

Mr. Chi!

A subconscious human reaction prompted Chen Fei to look at Song You'an hesitantly and ask, "Miss Song, you and President Chi..."

“Friend,” Song Youan quickly clarified, “I asked him to find this place for me, and now it seems I have to pay you back the money I made from Mr. Chen.”

Chen Fei laughed: "The wool comes from the sheep's back. If I had known it was Miss Song who wanted to rent it, I wouldn't have given President Chi a discount."

"Mr. Chen is too stingy. Is he still holding a grudge against me for overcharging back then?"

Chen Fei initially offered eight million to buy the purple chrysanthemum, but she negotiated a deal for ten million.

“That’s no small sum. Can’t I hold a grudge for a while?” Chen Fei said.

After saying that, someone next to Chen Fei whispered, "Time is running out."

Song Youan then noticed the person next to him. It was a woman, but she was wearing sunglasses and a hat, so her face was not visible.

Chen Fei glanced down at his watch, then said to Song You'an, "Then Miss Song, please go ahead with your work. I need to take someone to catch their flight."

Song Youan originally wanted to ask Chen Fei if he had any good property recommendations, as she wanted to use her own money to buy a new house for her father in the city.

Seeing that he was short on time, he didn't speak, but nodded and said goodbye.

As the elevator doors closed and descended, Fang Che said urgently, "You'an, that person just now looked like Cheng Xianhe."

"Cheng Xianhe?"

Song Youan was startled and looked at Fang Che to confirm: "You mean the person standing next to Mr. Chen just now was Cheng Xianhe?"

Cheng Xianhe is one of the most sought-after actresses in the Chinese film industry. In the first half of the year, she won Best Actress awards at two A-list film festivals for her film and has countless endorsements from high-end luxury brands.

He has good looks, acting skills, and a body of work; his star power is second to none. Most importantly, he is still young and has unlimited potential and possibilities for the future.

She actually showed up with Mr. Chen...

Fang Che, a fan, belatedly realized what was happening and looked heartbroken: "It's over. Everyone says that many popular celebrities in the entertainment industry have a hidden tycoon or rich woman behind them. Cheng Xianhe and that guy just now..."

"Senior brother, stop it already. They might just be friends, or even boyfriend and girlfriend, which is perfectly normal." Song Youan whispered a reminder: "You're getting married soon, so don't worry about these things."

"Oh right, I'm getting married." Fang Che snapped back to reality in a second.

Yan Fei blinked, leaned over, and asked, "Who is Cheng Xianhe?"

His words drew surprised glances from both Song Youan and Fang Che.

"Hey bro, are you a foreigner?"

Song Youan was speechless for a moment, and finally asked, "Your phone is a smartphone, right? It can access the internet, right?"

Yan Fei nodded blankly.

Song Youan said, "Go to Baidu!"

After saying that, he pulled Fang Che into the studio: "Senior brother, come and take a look. This place is really reliable. Use your talent to decorate it well for me..." He treated Fang Che to a simple lunch and they talked about their initial decoration ideas.

At 2 p.m., Song Youan rushed to Lanting Club again.

Because they had already spoken to Chi Yu, Chi Yu had arranged everything properly, and those who arrived on time for the interview were invited into the coffee shop by the staff to wait.

Normally, without a Lanting membership card, these people would have to wait outside for Song Youan to arrive before they could enter.

These people naturally knew what kind of place the Lanting Club was, so they became even more curious about Song Youan.

"Hello everyone, I am Song Youan."

As soon as she entered the room, she greeted everyone. Seeing that everyone was looking at her, she said, "Thank you all for coming to the interview today. Since there are quite a few people, let's skip the small talk and get started."

"It's so beautiful, it looks quite different from the photos that have been dug up online."

"She looks good in that outfit today."

"I finally met him in person. To be honest, I don't care whether we meet or not. I'm just so curious about what he looks like in real life. I happened to be unemployed recently, so I came here."

"He seems to have a good personality. I didn't expect him to be so tough after encountering such disgusting things with QG."

These people couldn't help but whisper among themselves after seeing Song Youan in person.

Song Youan didn't care much. After walking to the innermost position, she took out the list and said, "Those whose names I call can come over."

She runs her own studio, so she was the only interviewer for the interview process.

The coffee shop was quiet. The waiting person and the interviewee looked at each other from opposite sides, and only the conversation between Song Youan and the interviewee could be vaguely heard.

Unlike the serious interview atmosphere of other companies, Song Youan asked very casual questions, asking whatever came to mind, and each person's questions were different.

The only consistent element was that Song Youan prepared some early, mid-term, and recent design works from the market, including those by masters and those by unknown designers, covering clothing, jewelry, architecture, and other areas.

Each person will be randomly given three designs. Song Youan will ask them to share their insights and thoughts on the designs they have, and finally choose their favorite design from the three.

Throughout the session, everyone spoke freely, and Song Youan did not interrupt anyone to influence them.

During this process, Song Youan was not only an interviewee but also a listener and learner. Several times, the ideas proposed by others were refreshing and thought-provoking.

She knew she wasn't the best designer; many of the people in the room were more capable and experienced than her.

And that's exactly the kind of person she needs.

At some point, the other interviewees also gathered around, and they began to listen attentively to what others had to say and think.

Gradually, people with different insights began to express their own views after the other person finished speaking. One, two, four, five people were able to delve into their own ideas about the same design from multiple different angles. The atmosphere was sometimes relaxed and harmonious, and sometimes heated and clashing, but in the end, everyone benefited greatly.

After a three-hour interview, Song Youan felt as if she had been baptized, and she felt that her artistic personality was now radiating a new and vibrant vitality.

But an interview is still an interview, and after the excitement subsided, she had to choose the best from among them.

After everyone left, Song Youan sat alone, flipping through their resumes and information again and again. Just then, a figure descended from above and slowly sat down in the seat opposite her.

“I’m sorry, the interview has already…” Song Youan looked up, but suddenly choked up halfway through her sentence.

The person opposite her stared at her expressionlessly. Song You'an frowned slightly and said coldly, "What are you doing here?"
