In Buddhism, the most respected person is Sakyamuni Buddha, also known as Tathagata Buddha, who is the most respected and ancestor of all Buddhas.

Under the 'Tathagata Buddha', there are the Buddhas of the past, the Buddhas of the future, the Medicine Buddha, the Five Directions Buddhas and so on, all of whom are called the World Honored One.

The Vairocana Buddha is one of the Five Buddhas, the 'Central Vairocana Buddha'. The Vajrayana sect of Buddhism also calls him the 'Vairocana Buddha'.

Tian Peng Zhenjun smiled and said, "Not necessarily. The Eight Great Bodhisattvas are still in your hands. Could it be that you forgot?"

When Zhuang Yan heard this, he laughed and said, "I have not forgotten it, but who knows that I will not do anything to the Eight Great Bodhisattvas? Vairocana Tathagata is a Buddha, so he should not have thought of this, right?"

Tian Peng Zhenjun nodded and said, "That's the truth."

At this time, a spiritual official came out from the Tongming Hall, bowed to Zhuang Yan and Tianpeng Zhenjun, and said, "Your Majesty Lingtai Zhenjun and Tianpeng Zhenjun, His Majesty summons you two to the hall to see him."

Zhuang Yan and Tian Peng Zhenjun immediately became serious and solemn, quickly tidied their appearance, and then walked side by side into the Tongming Hall.

In the Tongming Palace, I saw the clear sky, the jade-like light, the sun and the moon hanging in the sky, and the stars shining brightly.

The Jade Emperor sits high above it, majestic and powerful, with a round light behind his head, emitting billions of mysterious lights, illuminating the three realms.

Under the Jade Emperor, sit the Four Imperial Emperors: 'Ziwei Emperor of the North Pole', 'Tianhuang Emperor of the Upper Palace of Gouchen', 'Yuqing Zhenwang Emperor of the South Pole' and 'Houtu Huangdizhi, the Emperor of Heaven and Earth'.

Next below the Four Great Emperors are the Divine Sky Jade Palace’s Chief Emperor and Assistant Emperor, as well as the Divine Thunder Jade Palace’s Chief Emperor and Assistant Emperor.

The Vairocana Buddha has a solemn appearance, wears a cassock, and stands among the emperors in the heavenly court.

Then came the gods, both great and small, who accompanied the emperor. They were arranged in the order of their rank on the immortal ranks. It was grand and majestic.

Zhuang Yan and Tian Peng Zhenjun entered the Tong Ming Palace, walked quickly to the palace and bowed, saying: "Your servant Zhuang Yan (Tian Peng) pays homage to His Majesty the Jade Emperor, the Great Heavenly Venerable, the Mysterious Sky High God." The Jade Emperor spoke and granted him the order, "Stand up."

"Thank you, Your Majesty." Zhuang Yan and Tian Peng Zhenjun thanked in unison and then stood up straight.

At this time, Zhuang Yan began to report: "Your Majesty, your servant Zhuang Yan reports that the 'Demon Suppression Department' under my command has arrested Yuan Ao, the main criminal in the case of 'robbing and killing the immortal official', and sent the accomplice Hun Huangjun to the Thunder Department for trial. I hereby report this to your Majesty."

The Jade Emperor nodded, then smiled and said, "You two dear ministers may join the ranks of immortals."

"Yes." Zhuang Yan and Tian Peng Zhenjun bowed and then flew to the immortal class and stood still.

Then the Jade Emperor asked Tian Peng Zhen Jun directly: "Tian Peng Zhen Jun, you are the chief god of the Thunder Department. I want to ask you a question."

Upon hearing this, Tian Peng Zhenjun quickly stepped out with a jade tablet in hand and said, "I am extremely terrified. May I ask your Majesty for help?"

The Jade Emperor smiled and said, "Just now, the Great Sun Tathagata Buddha said that one of the demon generals, Yuan Ao or Hun Huang Jun, should be taken back to Lingshan without being interrogated by the Thunder Department to trace their origins and find out who was behind them killing the righteous gods and immortal officials under the pretext of disasters. As a righteous god of the Thunder Department, what do you think?"

Upon hearing this, Tian Peng Zhenjun said decisively: "Your Majesty, this is not feasible."

The Jade Emperor asked, "Why not?"

Tian Peng Zhenjun said: "My Thunder Department assists Your Majesty in implementing the Heavenly Principles and administering the Heavenly Laws. All those who violate the Heavenly Laws in the Three Realms and Six Paths are under the jurisdiction of my Thunder Department. How can criminals who violate the Heavenly Principles be taken away directly without being judged by the Thunder Department? Once this precedent is set, it will inevitably break the Heavenly Principles and Jade Laws, and the consequences will be disastrous."

The Jade Emperor heard this and said, "So this is indeed not feasible."

Mahavairocana Buddha immediately said, "Your Majesty, I promise that in three days, I will send the people I have taken away back to the Thunder Department intact, and it will not affect the Thunder Department's subsequent judgment. I will not interfere with the Thunder Department's trial of criminals. I can guarantee this with my Buddhahood."

When the Jade Emperor heard this, he immediately murmured and said, "In that case, it is not impossible to make special arrangements for special matters."

Then the Jade Emperor asked Tian Peng Zhen Jun: "Tian Peng Zhen Jun, what do you think of what Mahavairocana Buddha said?"

Tian Peng Zhenjun said: "Your Majesty, I can't say anything about this matter, but I insist on my own opinion. No matter Yuan Ao or Hun Huang Jun, now that they have been transferred to the Thunder Department by the Demon Subduing Hall, they cannot be taken elsewhere before the Thunder Department has tried their crimes and sentenced them. This will undermine the majesty of the Heavenly Law."

The Jade Emperor immediately said to the Tathagata helplessly: "This puts me in a very difficult position."

Vairocana Tathagata was also somewhat helpless. He knew what the Jade Emperor was thinking. This was clearly an excuse from the Jade Emperor. He was afraid that he did not want to hand Yuan Ao and Hunhuang Jun over to Buddhism.

At least it cannot be handed over to Buddhism before the two are judged by the Ministry of Thunder. However, it is not easy for the Jade Emperor to refuse directly as it would offend the Buddha, so he can only let Tianpeng Zhenjun refuse.

Vairocana Buddha changed his strategy and started moral kidnapping. For a ruler like the Jade Emperor who ruled the three realms, forceful methods would definitely not work, and moral kidnapping was indeed the most effective method.

Sure enough, as soon as Vairocana Buddha spoke, the Jade Emperor could no longer practice Tai Chi.
