Fu Xicheng cupped her face in his hands, his breathing heavy, as if he were trying to control the surging emotions in his heart.

His lips slowly approached, and with an almost domineering manner, he greedily explored every corner of her body.

Jiang Yuning was completely overwhelmed and her body went limp instantly. Her voice trembled slightly as she said, "Fu Xicheng, be gentle."

"Will going gently make you feel better?"

Fu Xicheng laughed heartily. He lay flat on the bed, turned his head and said, "Ningning, you can go back to Haicheng now. I'll come back to see you in a few days when my injuries have healed."

Jiang Yuning propped her head up with one hand and jokingly said, "You scumbag, you'll let me leave you after you've kissed me."

Fu Xicheng looked completely innocent: "???"

Jiang Yuning sat up in bed and took Fu Xicheng's hand. "Get some rest. If I find out you haven't been resting properly, see how I deal with you."

She knew her boyfriend was good at pretending; he appeared gentle and tender on the surface, but was actually a cunning wolf in sheep's clothing.

Fu Xicheng glanced at the time and said, "Book your flight now. For safety's sake, I'll have Qin Moyan take you to the airport."

Jiang Yuning went to find her phone. She opened the ticket booking app and was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a flight that left at midnight tonight, with only one ticket left. She quickly bought it.

After booking the plane tickets, she turned off her phone and tossed it onto the bed.

"Fu Xicheng, the flight is at around 1 a.m. tonight."

Fu Xicheng frowned. He didn't want Jiang Yuning to take a night flight, as her personal safety couldn't be guaranteed.

"Isn't there a daytime option? I'm worried about you taking the plane at night."

Just then, someone patted her on the shoulder from behind.

Jiang Yuning turned around and saw the person who had come. She looked surprised and said, "Brother Meng, you've come to Kyoto too?"

Meng Tingchuan thought he was seeing things, but as he got closer to her, he realized he wasn't mistaken; the person was indeed Jiang Yuning.

He smiled and said, "I came to Kyoto to discuss some business. I'm flying to Haicheng tonight. It seems we're on the same flight."

Jiang Yuning nodded. It was already this late, so their flights must be the same.

"What a coincidence."

Meng Tingchuan was also quite surprised, "It's quite a coincidence."

Qin Moyan quietly hid in the crowd, took out his phone, snapped a few photos, and sent them to Fu Xicheng.
