Jiang Yuning's eyes sparkled, and she planted a kiss on Fu Xicheng's cheek. "Here's a sweet kiss for you. Are you satisfied now?"

"I just finished washing up and was about to start making breakfast when you arrived. Tell me, did you come right at the last minute?"

"Ah, Ningning understands me so well."

Fu Xicheng placed the breakfast on the table as if presenting a treasure.

He watched quietly as Jiang Yuning enjoyed the breakfast he had made, his gaze filled with an indescribable tenderness and focus.

Just as she was about to finish her breakfast, Fu Xicheng suddenly remembered something and spoke abruptly.

"I'll drive you to work today, and we'll stop by your design department to see Gu Xinghe. She cried so miserably yesterday, I'm quite puzzled. Did I really bully her?"

Jiang Yuning looked up in surprise, her eyes wide with astonishment. "Are you really going to the design department to find her? I thought you were just joking."

Jiang Yuning nodded. She didn't know what Fu Xicheng would say to Gu Xinghe in the design department later.

She simply said, "I originally wanted to stand up for my boyfriend, but now it seems I don't need to step in."

Fu Xicheng has always been very good at judging people, and Gu Xinghe is definitely not someone to be trifled with.

“Ningning, your intimidation is not strong enough. Even if you go to Gu Xinghe this time, she might cause trouble again next time.”

Fu Xicheng personally drove Jiang Yuning to work.

Upon arriving at the underground parking lot, Jiang Yuning unexpectedly ran into Meng Shuyu.

"Yu Ning, Mr. Fu actually brought you to work in person."

To be honest, Jiang Yuning didn't know what to do either, but Fu Xicheng was going to the design department today, so he must have already come up with a solution.

"Fu Xicheng wants to go see Gu Xinghe in person, but I don't know how he will resolve the issue."

Meng Shuyu nodded frantically. Mr. Fu seemed like a reliable man. He would definitely resolve the matter immediately once he took action.

She waved to Jiang Yuning and then walked towards the elevator.

Fu Xicheng parked his car and stood quietly by it, waiting.

Seeing Meng Shuyu leave, he put one hand in his pocket and strode towards Jiang Yuning.

"Ningning, let's go."

Soon, Jiang Yuning and Fu Xicheng arrived at the design department.

Gu Xinghe arrived earlier than usual today. Her eyes were a little red and swollen, and several colleagues were around her, gently comforting her.

Upon seeing Jiang Yuning enter the design department, everyone slowly dispersed.

Jiang Yuning walked to her desk and casually placed her bag on it.

Gu Xinghe had tears in her eyes. She lowered her head and didn't say anything, continuing to play the role of a pitiful victim.
