What Buddhism says, that one can become a Buddha instantly by putting down the butcher knife, only means that after putting down the butcher knife, one's mind and nature will reach the realm of Buddha. It does not mean that the karmic debt owed in the past does not need to be repaid. What should be repaid still needs to be repaid.

As for the ancient novels, Zhunti owed Hongyun karma, so if he killed him, he would not have to pay it back. This is simply like the emperor using a golden hoe to farm. Whether the writer has actually read a Buddhist scripture is another matter.

"Master, please don't call me Buddha. Today I am fortunate to hear the true Dharma of Buddhism. The name of Fighting and Victory Buddha is really presumptuous." Fighting and Victory Buddha said ashamedly.

"I heard that Venerable Shenxiu will spread the true Dharma of Buddhism to the world. I wonder if the Venerable needs Dharma protectors. I am willing to follow the Venerable in practicing and take on the responsibility of protecting the Dharma." Fighting and Victory Buddha said.

"Thank you, Victory Buddha. If we want to spread the true Dharma of our Buddhist sect throughout the world, we cannot do without the help of Victory Buddha." Shenxiu said with his hands clasped together.

If he wanted to spread the true Buddhism, he would definitely have to fight against the Buddhist disciples in this world, including those in the Western Desert and the ancient Amitabha star field. Fighting Buddha would be a great help.

This is the true salvation. When sentient beings hear the great truth, they convert to Buddhism on their own initiative. This is their own choice, not forcibly brainwashing people with divine power and turning them into puppets.

Ji Shenxiu brought the Fighting Buddha, who should be called the Fighting Saint King at this time, to the Sutra Cave, took out the Three Treasures, and comprehended them one by one in the Immortal Mountain. After reading the scriptures, they would go down the mountain to spread the true Dharma of Buddhism.

The so-called Tripitaka does not refer to three Buddhist scriptures, but refers to the Sutra Collection, Vinaya Collection, and Abhidharma Collection. There are a total of three collections and twelve parts, more than 20,000 volumes, and the number of words reaches as many as 300 million.

There are only six great emperors and ancient kings left. The Supreme Xuanwu was originally a part of the Immortal Mountain. "Fellow Daoist, please be merciful and pass down the great Dao. You can be called the ancestor of Dao!" Emperor Baishu also bowed sincerely.

"Daozu is actually the founder of my teachings. This title is too great, and I am not worthy of it." Wang Zizai shook his head and rejected the title. Daozu is the respectful title given to Laozi by the world. Wang Zizai practices the Three Pure Ones Taoism. If he calls himself Daozu, wouldn't it be disrespectful to Daozu?

Every great emperor who has attained enlightenment has his own strengths. If one can comprehend their teachings, it will increase his knowledge and insight, allowing him to walk faster and more steadily.

Not to become an immortal, just to wait for your return in the world of mortals!

Obsession is not egocentrism, the two are not the same thing. What practitioners need to eliminate is egocentrism. To put it simply, it means that they should be able to look at themselves and everything in the outside world completely and objectively.

As for obsession, as long as there is something to seek, there will be obsession. For example, Wang Ziyi is practicing with all his heart and seeking transcendence, which is obsession. If he did not have this desire, he would not practice.

In some ancient novels, the so-called slaying of the three corpses to attain enlightenment and become a saint requires slaying good, evil, and obsession. Slaying good and evil can be explained, but slaying obsession is really hard to understand.

If one really practices to that level, the greatest obsession will be to become a saint. If one gets rid of this thought, what is the point of practicing?
