Chapter 162: Wonderful Performance of the Three Religions and All Dharmas

"I have a copy of the Analects, the Book of Changes, and the Tao Te Ching, which point directly to the root of the great Dao. I am now passing them on to the public. You can first study the Analects, then the Book of Changes, and finally the Tao Te Ching. There are true methods of cultivation in each of them. If you have some enlightenment, you can transcend the mundane world, attain the Tao and become an immortal, and live forever. It is just a trivial matter."

"As the Tao Te Ching says: Heaven obtains Oneness to be clear; Earth obtains Oneness to be peaceful; Gods obtain Oneness to be spiritual; Valleys obtain Oneness to be full; All things obtain Oneness to be alive; Princes and kings obtain Oneness to make the world right. This sentence can be transformed into the method of keeping Oneness."

Wang Zizai really wants to spread the great Dao, save all sentient beings, and guide them to practice cultivation. If someone can truly become an immortal and transcend through this, it will also be a merit for him.

However, there are countless people who practice Taoism, but few who achieve enlightenment. This simply gives many people more choices. It is a miracle if only one person can achieve enlightenment in a thousand years.

"The method of guarding the One can be divided into the upper method and the lower method. These two methods are actually one method. The upper method is to guard the One, which is invisible and formless. In the chaos and darkness, a little light appears in a trance. This is the innate true One. It seems to be guarded but not guarded. Do not forget or help. It will turn red first, then white, and after a long time it will return to blue. You will naturally obtain the fruit of longevity. It is effective in various ways and mysterious. This is the upper level."

"However, if one does not understand the true meaning of the Tao, it is difficult to master this method. Therefore, there is a lower method. The lower method is to keep the One, to cultivate the True with the False. First, understand the image of the True One. The name is the True One, but it is actually an illusion. Imagine the image of the True One. The True One is nine inches and six points tall, with an emerald green jade belt around his waist, and wearing a colorful brocade robe."

While Wang Zi was lecturing, he casually pointed in the air, and the shape of Zhenyi appeared in the air. Everyone quickly took note of it in their hearts.

The method of keeping oneness is also a superior method of cultivating the Tao, no less than the great way of the golden elixir practiced by Wang Zizai. However, practicing these methods depends on one's mind and nature, and there cannot be even the slightest doubt in one's heart. It can only be practiced by those who do not understand the great way and original mind.

Those with bad character cannot even get started. Even if the supreme Dharma is placed before their eyes, it is just like a piece of waste paper. Those with good character, after practicing this Dharma, will naturally regard Wang Zizai as the ancestor.

In this way, Wang Zizai was naturally not afraid that someone would succeed in practicing and then turn against the Immortal Mountain.

The most important thing in spiritual practice is to cultivate the mind. The great way is equal. There is a way to save all, but people in the world are not aware of it.

On Earth before Wang Zizai traveled through time, there were people in Buddhism who did not understand Buddhist principles. They only chanted one Buddhist name throughout their lives: Amitabha, but they were able to achieve Buddhahood in the end.

Many people always think that Taoism and Buddhism are fake. Have you ever calmed down and practiced seriously? It is ridiculous to deny it without thinking.

For seven days and seven nights, Wang Zizai passed down the Great Dao and finished explaining the three Taoist and Confucian scriptures. Finally, he concluded: "If someone can understand the Great Dao and become one with the Dao, then even a mortal can become an immortal in one step."

As if to prove that what Wang Zizai said was true, Ji Shenxiu, who was listening nearby, suddenly exuded an aura of compassion, and the entire Immortal Mountain was filled with mercy.

Everyone was stunned. Before this, everyone had clearly felt that this young man was a mortal, a real mortal with flesh and blood, and not some master who was restraining his aura. But at this moment, he actually exuded a feeling as powerful as a diamond.

At the same time, the statue of Sakyamuni Buddha in Wang Zizai's purple mansion suddenly flew out, turned into a swastika mark, and landed on Ji Shenxiu's forehead, giving Ji Shenxiu a mark, and then disappeared.

"Yes, you finally understood Buddhism." Wang Zizai nodded with satisfaction.

The Buddhist practice method has a different order. Ji Shenxiu has been listening to Wang Zizai's lectures for seven days and seven nights. He has been able to draw inferences from one instance to another and suddenly gain enlightenment. He has actually gone from being a mortal to entering a state equivalent to the Taoist state of becoming a god.

Wang Ziben thought that he would be able to take this step only after Yan Qingci achieved the Divine Transformation, but he did not expect that he would actually be ahead of Yan Qingci.

He entered the Immortal Mountain at the age of ten until now, and he spent nearly half his life comprehending Buddhism in despair. He finally took this step, from a mortal who could not practice, to a great cultivator who had initially transcended life and death. "To enter Buddhism, one must have a Dharma name. Your name is Ji Shenxiu, so you can use Shenxiu as your name. I hope you can pass on the true Dharma of Buddhism in this world and become a Buddha as soon as possible." Wang Zizai said.

"That day, the Buddha asked me to pass on the Three Canons to someone who was destined to receive them. I placed them in the Jiachen section of the Sutra Cave. You can go and take them out later. I have fulfilled my promise to the Buddha."

"And the immortal tree that Qing Ci brought back should be yours. You can use it as a sacrifice to refine it into a treasure to protect you."

"Thank you for your guidance, Master. Namo Shakyamuni Buddha!" ​​Ji Shenxiu put his palms together and bowed in thanks.

It seems that when the Buddha gave Ji Shenxiu the prophecy, he passed on some common sense to him, which saved him a lot of trouble.

"Since we have the opportunity today, I will continue to talk to you about the true Dharma of Buddhism." Wang Zizai said. Everyone thought that the sermon would end here, but unexpectedly it continued.

In this world, both Buddhism and Taoism practice the secret realm method of cultivation, and the secret realm method is secretly consistent with the Taoist "Huangting Sutra" method of cultivation.

It can be said that they are only wearing a layer of Buddhist skin, but they do not have the true meaning of Buddhism at all. Some Buddhist disciples' behavior is almost like that of demons.

Wang Zizai started from the origins of Buddhism, how Sakyamuni Buddha felt the impermanence of birth, old age, sickness and death as a prince, how he escaped from the palace, how he practiced asceticism without results, how he became enlightened under the Bodhi tree and attained the supreme Bodhi, how he preached the Dharma in the world and how he passed away. He also talked about the Four Noble Truths and Three Dharma Seals of the Hinayana.

Some people from the Western Desert Buddhist sect wanted to refute, but were stopped by Fighting Buddha. Over the years, he had also found the Buddhist teachings left by Sakyamuni.

After my enlightenment, I compared it with the original Buddhist teachings of this world, and became more and more confused. Today, I want to hear what Wang Zizai, the immortal, has to say about Buddhism.

Ji Shenxiu didn't mind at all when Wang Zizai started lecturing on the Buddhist methods. The Buddhist practice methods were meant to be widely spread, and whether one could succeed really depended on one's actions and wishes.

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva has a great wish: He will not become a Buddha until hell is empty. This is his wish. He goes to hell to save all living beings. This is his practice. People who do not say what they mean will never succeed.

In fact, the Confucian doctrine of the unity of knowledge and action also means this. Many people regard spiritual practice as something profound, which is actually a misunderstanding.

After talking about the origins of Buddhism, Wang Zizai began to talk about the "Diamond Sutra". The full name of the "Diamond Sutra" is "The Diamond Sutra of Prajnaparamita".

Diamond is a metaphor. Diamond is the hardest stone in nature and has three meanings: firmness, brightness and sharpness. Some people also compare diamond to diamond heart.

Prajnaparamita is a Sanskrit word. Prajna means wisdom and Paramita means to reach the other shore.

The whole text is centered on the sentence "One should not dwell on anything and give rise to the mind", explaining the wisdom of "emptiness" and guiding all living beings to truly "sweep away appearances and break attachments" and "have no appearance and no dwelling".

All phenomena are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, and shadows; like lightning and dew. You should view them in this way! This sentence comes from the Diamond Sutra.
