Not to mention that Niu Kui arranged the weasel, just Sun Wukong and Tang Sanzang have already arrived outside the Cihang Temple.

Looking at the Cihang Temple ahead, Sun Wukong spoke in secret to Tang Sanzang.

"Master, this Cihang Temple must be the dojo of Bodhisattva Cihang. The chance for me, Old Sun, to vent my anger has finally come."

Tang Sanzang sat on the white dragon horse and did not even look at Sun Wukong. Even the expression on his face did not change at all.

Little did he know, he was secretly sending a message to Sun Wukong, "How do you want to vent your anger? How do you need your master to cooperate with you?"

The master and the disciple were on their way, communicating with each other through secret language, discussing how to cause trouble for Bodhisattva Cihang.

Before he knew it, he had arrived at the gate of Cihang Temple. He told the monk guarding the gate his identity and his intention to stay overnight.

When they learned that a Buddhist pilgrim from the Tang Dynasty in the East wanted to stay at Cihang Monastery, the old abbot, Elder Jinchi, personally led a group of monks to welcome him.

When Elder Jin Chi saw that Tang Sanzang and his disciple were exhausted from the journey, he hurriedly stepped forward and saluted them with folded hands.

"Amitabha, I am Jin Chi, a humble monk, nice to meet the holy monk. I didn't know that the holy monk had come from so far away, so I am sorry for not welcoming you in person. I hope you will forgive me."

Tang Sanzang quickly returned the greeting and said, "You are too polite, Elder. I am traveling west and passing through here. I would like to ask for your lodging for one night. Please forgive me for disturbing you."

Elder Jin Chi smiled and said, "Saint monk, you are too kind. It is my honor to receive a pilgrim. Please follow me inside and take a rest."

After that, Elder Jin Chi led Tang Sanzang and his disciples into Cihang Temple, and ordered people to prepare vegetarian food to entertain Tang Sanzang and his disciples.

Tang Sanzang and Sun Wukong were not polite and immediately sat at the table, ready to eat. However, as soon as Sun Wukong picked up the chopsticks, he showed an unhappy look on his face.

"You old monk, if you want to entertain my master and I, why do you prepare these inedible meals to fool us?"

While speaking, Sun Wukong had already grabbed Elder Jin Chi's cassock and lifted it up.

This frightened all the monks in Cihang Temple, and they all came forward to beg Sun Wukong to release their old master.

Sun Wukong snorted coldly and threw the old temple master to the ground. Then he said, "Hurry up and bring some wine and meat, or don't blame me for demolishing your broken temple."

Hearing that Sun Wukong wanted to drink wine and eat meat, Elder Jin Chi could not help but say angrily: "How can a monk eat meat and drink wine?"

"It seems that you are not the holy monks of the Tang Dynasty in the East, but just swindling bandits. You want to take over my Cihang Temple."

"It's a pity that you underestimated my Cihang Zen Temple. I, Elder Jinchi, have wasted two hundred and seventy years and made many friends."

"It would be fine if you leave today. Otherwise, my friends will come and you may not be able to leave if you want to."

Sun Wukong naturally knew that the friend that Elder Jin Chi was talking about was the black bear demon, so he sneered and said.

"You dare to say that we are not real monks, then today I will let you see what the clearance disc issued by the Tang King is."

As he spoke, Sun Wukong took Tang Sanzang's package, opened it, took out the pass disc, and threw it to Elder Jinchi.

When Sun Wukong opened the package and took out the clearance disc, the Jinlan cassock naturally appeared in front of everyone.

This inevitably made Elder Jin Chi's eyes light up instantly. He no longer had the mood to look at the pass. His heart was completely focused on the Jinlan cassock. He pretended to take a look and then returned it to Tang Sanzang. He said, "So you two are really great monks of the Great Tang Dynasty. But if you are great monks of the Great Tang Dynasty, why do you drink alcohol and eat meat?"

Tang Sanzang sighed and said, "Of course I don't drink alcohol or eat meat, but I, as your disciple, do not abstain from the three non-vegetarian and five abominations."

In fact, at this moment, Elder Jin Chi was in no mood to care whether they ate meat or drank wine.

So he nodded at that time, "I see, then I will arrange for someone to prepare wine and meat, so that the holy monk and his disciples don't have to eat such simple meals."

"There is just one thing that the holy monk must explain to me. Otherwise, even if you report it to the Bodhisattva, I will not back down even a little bit."

Tang Sanzang said with a puzzled look on his face: "I don't know what the elder is talking about? Why should I give the elder an explanation?"

Elder Jin Chi said, "If the disciple of the holy monk hits me, I won't mind it. But if my cassock is damaged, the holy monk must compensate me."

After hearing this, Tang Sanzang went to see Elder Jinchi's cassock and found that it had indeed been torn by Sun Wukong.

Without hesitation, he took off his robes and offered them as compensation to Elder Jin Chi.

But Elder Jin Chi shook his head and said, "I am not qualified to wear the robes worn by the holy monk. Just use the one in the package as compensation to me."

After saying that, he reached out and took the Jinlan cassock and threw it to the disciple beside him.

Tang Sanzang naturally couldn't let Elder Jin Chi snatch the Jinlan cassock, so he stood up and took it back immediately.

But at this moment, a group of monks rushed in. Each monk held a different weapon in his hand.

At this point, Elder Jin Chi finally felt confident and said, "You damaged my cassock and I asked you to compensate me for it, but you refused. How can this be justified in the world?"

"I have already sent someone to inform my friends nearby. They will arrive soon. When they do, we will definitely send you, the master and disciple who are pretending to be the holy monk of the Tang Dynasty, to the authorities for investigation."

While he was talking, he did not forget to ask his apprentice to snatch Tang Sanzang's package. He even did not leave Tang Sanzang with the Nine-ring Tin Staff.

Finally, he locked Tang Sanzang and Sun Wukong in the room and ordered the monks in the temple to guard them, fearing that Sun Wukong and Tang Sanzang would run away.

Little did they know that at this moment, an intriguing smile had already appeared on the corners of Tang Sanzang and Sun Wukong's mouths.

"Master, I have never felt so aggrieved since I was born. This man is not a monk at all, he is simply a bandit."

"I will be rid of harm for the people in a little while. I hope that Master will not recite the spell to tighten the headband and affect my performance."

Tang Sanzang sighed and said, "This is the temple of Bodhisattva Cihang, and there are such evil monks. The reputation of our Buddhist sect has been ruined by them."

"They even dared to rob the robes and staffs bestowed by the Buddha so brazenly. I don't know how many ordinary people they have harmed."

"Keeping a monk like this around is useless except for bringing shame to my Buddhist sect. If I could lift a knife, I would have to kill him today."

While speaking, Tang Sanzang did not forget to wave his hands at Sun Wukong, indicating that Sun Wukong could do it boldly and he would never recite the spell to tighten the hoop. (End of this chapter)
