Jiang Wang quickly concealed his aura, pretending to be devout, not daring to be careless in the slightest.

Guanyin Bodhisattva raised her hand, and a gentle Buddhist power helped Tang Sanzang up, saying, "Master, there's no need for such formalities."

The journey to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures is both a spiritual practice and a tribulation.

Only by enduring eighty-one tribulations can one obtain the true scriptures and achieve enlightenment.

Her gaze fell on Jiang Wang, a hint of doubt flashing in her eyes before returning to calm. "This young benefactor must be Benefactor Tu Xiaonai, right?"

Jiang Wang was startled, not expecting that Guanyin Bodhisattva would recognize him.

He quickly stood up and respectfully said, "Disciple Tu Xiaonai greets Guanyin Bodhisattva."

Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled and said, "Young benefactor, you have a connection with Buddhism, but also with the demonic path. You will have to carefully navigate your future path."

She immediately recognized Jiang Wang's identity, her eyes carrying a hint of warning.

Jiang Wang felt a chill run down his spine, but on the surface he pretended to be puzzled and said, "Bodhisattva, this disciple does not understand your meaning."

This disciple only wishes to follow Master Xuanzang to the Western Paradise to obtain Buddhist scriptures and attain enlightenment.

Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled and said nothing more. She turned to Tang Sanzang and said, "Master, I have already chosen three disciples for you."

His eldest disciple was Sun Wukong, the Great Sage Equal to Heaven, who had been imprisoned under the Five Elements Mountain by the Buddha for five hundred years after causing havoc in the Heavenly Palace.

The second disciple was Zhu Bajie, the Marshal of the Heavenly Canopy. He was banished to the mortal world for violating heavenly rules and became a demon in Gao Village.

The third disciple was Sha Wujing, the Curtain-Raising General. He was banished to the mortal world and became a demon in the Flowing Sand River after accidentally breaking a glass lamp.

These three disciples, though of noble birth, had all committed transgressions. Enlightened by this humble nun, they volunteered to escort the Master on his journey to the Western Paradise to retrieve the scriptures, hoping to atone for their sins through meritorious service.

Upon hearing this, Tang Sanzang was overjoyed and quickly said, "Thank you for your trouble, Bodhisattva."

"This disciple will now go and find his three disciples, and we will set off on our journey to the West to retrieve the scriptures."

There's no need to rush.

Guanyin Bodhisattva said, "This humble nun has informed the three disciples of their whereabouts. They will come to seek refuge with the Dharma Master at the appropriate time."

The monk only needed to pack his belongings, head to the Five Elements Mountain, and meet Sun Wukong.

She paused, then said, "Little Miss Tu, if you wish to follow the monk to the Western Paradise to obtain the scriptures, this humble nun will not stop you."

But you must remember, the journey to the West is a path of spiritual cultivation; you must not harbor evil thoughts, otherwise you will surely be punished by heaven.

Jiang Wang nodded quickly and said, "This disciple will remember the Bodhisattva's teachings and will never dare to harbor any evil thoughts."

Guanyin Bodhisattva nodded and said, "Alright, this humble nun has other important matters to attend to, so I will not disturb the Dharma Master any longer."

"Take care, Venerable One, and have a safe journey."

After saying this, he transformed into a beam of Buddhist light and disappeared into the sky.

Looking in the direction where Guanyin Bodhisattva left, Jiang Wang secretly rejoiced—luckily, he had concealed his aura just now and Guanyin Bodhisattva had not seen through his disguise.

At the same time, a sense of vigilance arose in his heart—Guanyin Bodhisattva was indeed powerful, able to see through his identity. It seemed that he had to be more careful on the journey to the West and not easily reveal his purpose.

Tang Sanzang was filled with excitement. He turned to Jiang Wang and said, "Little Madam, let's make preparations. We'll set off tomorrow for Five Elements Mountain to meet my eldest disciple, Sun Wukong."

"it is good!"

Jiang Wang nodded, a smile of excitement on his face, but in his heart he was calculating—Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie, and Sha Wujing, these three are all top demon immortals in the Journey to the West world. If he could subdue them, his strength would surely increase greatly.

Moreover, Sun Wukong possesses the legacy of Patriarch Bodhi, Zhu Bajie has the cultivation of Marshal Tianpeng, and Sha Wujing has the skills of General Juanlian. These are all things he desires.

The following day, Tang Sanzang and Jiang Wang packed their belongings and prepared to set off.

The monks of Hongfu Temple came to see him off. Master Xuanchen and Master Xuanzhi repeatedly told Tang Sanzang to be careful on his journey and to send a message back as soon as possible if he encountered any danger.

Tang Sanzang agreed to all of them, and then left Hongfu Temple with Jiang Wang, heading towards the Five Elements Mountain.

Outside Chang'an, the sun shines brightly and a gentle breeze blows.

Tang Sanzang rode a white horse, with Jiang Wang sitting beside it, enjoying the scenery along the way.

Tang Sanzang would occasionally explain Buddhist teachings to Jiang Wang, who would pretend to listen attentively but secretly be constantly surveying the surrounding environment, guarding against any potential dangers.

After walking for about half a day, the two arrived at the foot of a mountain forest.

The mountains and forests are dense, with ancient trees reaching the sky, and a sinister atmosphere prevails, with the faint roars of beasts audible.

Tang Sanzang frowned and said, "Little lady, this mountain forest looks extremely dangerous. Let's take a detour."

Jiang Wang shook his head and said, "Master, there's no need to take a detour."

Although there are monsters in these mountains, I can protect the master.

Moreover, if we take a detour, it will waste a lot of time, and we might miss the opportunity to meet up with Sun Wukong.

He could sense a demonic power in the mountains and forests, its cultivation level at the late Golden Core stage, which was nothing to him.

Tang Sanzang hesitated for a moment, but finally nodded and said, "Alright, then let's be careful."

Jiang Wang is quite strong, and with him by my side, there shouldn't be too much danger.

The two rode white horses and slowly walked into the mountains and forests.

Not long after they entered the forest, a dark figure suddenly darted down from a tree and blocked their way.

The shadowy figure was a black bear demon, over ten feet tall, covered in black fur, wielding a spiked club, with fierce eyes and a sharp aura; it was a demon in the late stage of the Golden Core realm.

"Where did these monks and little kids come from, daring to trespass into my Black Wind Mountain!"

The black bear demon roared and raised his spiked club, smashing it down at Tang Sanzang, "Today, I'll treat you all as snacks and have a good time!"

Tang Sanzang turned pale with fright, quickly closed his eyes, and silently recited scriptures.

A cold smile flashed in Jiang Wang's eyes, and with a slight movement, he stood in front of Tang Sanzang.

He raised his hand and gently grasped the black bear spirit. An invisible force instantly enveloped the black bear spirit, immobilizing him in place.

"what!"

The black bear demon was terrified and struggled desperately, but the invisible force grew stronger and stronger, squeezing his bones until they creaked and groaned.

Makes a sound.

"You... what kind of monster are you! How dare you stop me!"

Jiang Wang said in an icy tone, "You wretched child, how dare you lay a hand on Master Xuanzang! Today I will teach you a lesson."

He raised his hand and flicked it lightly at the black bear spirit, sending out a wisp of chaotic energy that struck the black bear spirit's dantian.

The black bear spirit groaned, its dantian was instantly destroyed, its cultivation was completely lost, and its black fur began to fall off, turning it into an ordinary black bear.

"No! My cultivation!" The black bear demon let out a desperate wail, collapsing to the ground, his eyes filled with fear and resentment.

Tang Sanzang opened his eyes and was shocked by the scene before him.

He hadn't expected Jiang Wang to be so powerful, able to easily subdue this black bear demon.

"Little milk, you..."

Jiang Wang turned around, a naive smile on his face, and said, "Master, it's alright now."

That monster was too weak; I defeated it with a single punch.

He deliberately pretended to be relaxed, unwilling to reveal his true strength.

Although Tang Sanzang still had doubts, he did not ask any further questions. He simply put his hands together and said, "Amitabha."

Little one, you did a great job.

But we are Buddhist disciples, and we cannot commit murder unjustly. Let us spare his life.

"it is good."

Jiang Wang nodded and withdrew the power that had imprisoned the black bear spirit.

The black bear spirit quickly got up, glanced at Jiang Wang in horror, turned and ran, disappearing into the depths of the forest, never daring to return.

The two continued walking towards the Five Elements Mountain.

Along the way, they encountered several minor demons, which Jiang Wang easily dealt with one by one without breaking a sweat.

Tang Sanzang looked at Jiang Wang, his doubts growing deeper and deeper—this Tu Xiaonai's strength was simply too formidable, not at all like an ordinary child. Who exactly was he?

Before they knew it, evening had fallen.

As the sun sets, its afterglow bathes the mountains and forests, turning the leaves a golden hue.

Tang Sanzang said, "Little lady, it's getting late. Let's find a place to rest for the night and continue our journey tomorrow."

"it is good."

Jiang Wang nodded.

The two found a cave, and Tang Sanzang took out the dry rations he carried with him and ate with Jiang Wang.

After eating their dry rations, Tang Sanzang sat in meditation and chanted scriptures at the entrance of the cave, while Jiang Wang lay inside, closing his eyes to rest. However, his divine sense quietly spread out, exploring the surrounding environment and guarding against potential dangers that might occur at night.

In the dead of night, the mountains and forests were silent except for the chirping of insects.

Suddenly, a powerful demonic force emanated from afar, rapidly approaching the cave.

A glint flashed in Jiang Wang's eyes as he thought to himself, "Another monster has arrived, and it's much stronger than the black bear demon from before, having reached the early stage of the Nascent Soul realm."

He got up, quietly walked to the cave entrance, and looked in the direction from which the demonic energy was coming.

A dark figure was seen running rapidly towards the cave. The figure was a wolf demon, eight feet tall, covered in gray fur, holding a curved knife, with fierce eyes and a sharp aura.

The wolf demon ran to the cave entrance and saw Tang Sanzang meditating. A greedy glint flashed in its eyes, and it raised its curved blade to slash at Tang Sanzang.

"You wretched creature, please stop injuring Master!"

Jiang Wang roared and moved instantly.
"This is impossible!"

Tu Xiaonai chuckled and said, "Trying to throw my five elements out of balance? How naive!"

"My physical body has reached the level of a supreme innate treasure."

Not just the scales, everything inside my body—flesh, blood, bones, and muscles—is a supreme innate treasure.

"With your control over the water elemental laws, you've already invaded my body and will immediately have to step aside."

"Can I use the teleportation array now?"

"Ha, someone like you can become an elder of the Yixin Sect? You must have bought it with money."

Jiang Wang's face was full of contempt, perfectly portraying Tu Xiaonai's arrogant, domineering personality.

He stood with his hands behind his back, his body exuding a Daoist aura that carried a hint of arrogance befitting a young genius. When his gaze swept over the Fifth Elder, it was as if he were looking at an insignificant ornament.

"Alright, I'm too lazy to argue with you. Take me to the One Heart Sect. I need to go challenge the Secret Realm Tower immediately."

Jiang Wang exerted a little force with his feet, and the floor tiles instantly cracked with fine lines. "I am a genius of the One Heart Realm, and I will surely support a vast world for the One Heart Realm in the future."

You can't afford to waste my time.

The Fifth Elder lowered his head, remained silent, and clenched his hands tightly at his sides until his knuckles turned white.

His gaze shifted constantly in the shadows, sometimes as firm as a rock, sometimes as hesitant as if being submerged by the tide. His Adam's apple bobbed several times, clearly struggling with something that could affect the whole situation.

The surrounding air seemed to freeze because of the stalemate, even the wind stopped, leaving only the increasingly intense tension between the two.

A moment later, the Fifth Elder suddenly looked up, all hesitation on his face vanished, leaving only a resolute determination. Deep in his eyes surged an uncontrollable hatred, a hatred as scorching and turbulent as a dormant volcano erupting.

"You little bastard, you forced me to do this!"

Before he finished speaking, he suddenly opened his mouth, and a stream of light shot out from his mouth, turning into a palm-sized domino when it landed in his palm.

The dominoes were dark gold in color, with densely packed mysterious patterns engraved on their surface. A faint aura of saintly power flowed between the lines, and each line seemed to contain the power to tear apart heaven and earth, dazzling the eyes.

Jiang Wang frowned suddenly, his eyes instantly becoming serious, and most of his arrogant aura subsided.

He was all too familiar with the aura of these dominoes—during the previous battle between the celestial beings, Hongjun had used the same dominoes to ruthlessly kill him and Pangu.

The danger of that battle is still vivid in his mind. He barely survived thanks to the system's survival skills, while Pangu, with the power of Hongjun's attack, activated the Great Resurrection Technique within him, allowing him to be fully reborn.

He knew in his heart that these dominoes were no ordinary objects. They were made from the bones of saints at the fourth level of strength or above, and were engraved with one-time original Dao techniques with boundless power, which even ordinary saints could hardly withstand.

Normally, such treasures are talismans given by elders to younger generations for protection, and would never be used lightly unless in a life-or-death situation. Now that the Fifth Elder has actually used it against me, it is clear that he hates me to the extreme.

"How dare you humiliate this elder like this! Unforgivable!"

The Fifth Elder's voice was hoarse and venomous, and his spiritual power surged wildly, causing the surrounding spiritual energy to become chaotic. "I am an elder of the One Heart Sect. How could I be defeated by a mere righteous brat like you?"

He looked at Jiang Wang with the same eyes he would give a dead man, his tone full of disdain and ruthlessness.

"This is inscribed with the primordial Dao technique: the Great Severing Technique!"

The Fifth Elder slowly raised his hand, and the dominoes floated in his palm, their dark golden light growing ever brighter. "The Great Severing Technique cuts through everything, nothing is spared. Even a Chaos Spiritual Treasure-level physical body will be damaged."

"Even though it's only a one-time use, what does a primordial treasure-level physical body matter?"

He grinned maliciously, channeling his spiritual energy into the dominoes. "Today, I'll let you taste what it's like to be reduced to ashes!"

The next moment, all the patterns on the dominoes lit up, transforming into sharp blades of light that circled around them. Then, with a soft sound, they turned into bone dust, and countless blades of light converged into a golden streak several meters long, slashing down towards Jiang Wang with a piercing shriek that tore through space.
