Buddha has no desires and no demands.

The fight is even more intense than that of the immortals in heaven.
Because for the Buddhas, except for a very small number of transcendent ones, that is, enlightened ones who can truly achieve that form is emptiness and emptiness is form, most of the Buddhas in Lingshan have not reached this state.
Therefore, in order to maintain their golden bodies, they still need a large number of believers!
What Buddhas fight for is not face!
Be a believer!
The more believers there are, the more audience the Buddha's ideas have.
Different Buddhas have different ideas!
If the ideas of ancient Buddhas and present Buddhas are the same, why do we need to differentiate between ancient Buddhas, present Buddhas and future Buddhas?
Wouldn’t it be nice to be from the same family and last forever?

Bodhisattvas can make suggestions on Buddha's affairs, but cannot make decisions.
When it comes to matters that concern the reputation of Lingshan, the Bodhisattva cannot take the initiative to speak.
Because Bodhisattvas, in essence, are not "residents of Lingshan".
Most of the Bodhisattvas in Lingshan have their own temples. They will only go to Lingshan to await orders when Lingshan summons them. At other times, they live in their respective temples.
For example, the Guanyin of the South China Sea.
For example, Puxian in Mount Emei
These Bodhisattvas all live in the temples outside Lingshan.
The Bodhisattva who truly has a temple in Lingshan is the future Buddha who is known as the Buddha.
However, although this group is essentially Bodhisattvas, they possess the status of Buddhas.
Different statuses naturally lead to different voices.
The future Buddha will have much more say than ordinary Bodhisattvas.
"Buddha, why should we bow our heads to the Thunder Minister? What have we done wrong?" A Buddha from the Future Buddha lineage pressed the issue.
There was also an ancient Buddha who said, "Buddha, please give an explanation to the Buddhas of Lingshan."
Vairocana Tathagata’s expression became even more gloomy.
The questions raised by the ancient Buddha and the future Buddha to him were obvious "status issues".
The leader of Lingshan has been the living Buddha since the destruction of the primitive world!
If nothing unexpected happens, Lingshan will still be dominated by the living Buddha for a long time to come.
Especially the current Vairocana Tathagata.
His decree is the collective will of Lingshan.
Unfortunately, this time, Vairocana Tathagata's decree made the Buddhas very dissatisfied.
Lingshan can bow to heaven!
But bowing your head does not mean allowing yourself to be humiliated by the heavens.
Zhao Gongming's previous actions were a blatant humiliation.
Even the weakest force in the six realms will never bow to Zhao Gongming!
Because this doesn’t make sense!
Did Lingshan do anything?
Nothing was done.
Just let the demons go!
The key point is that the demon clan has nothing to do with Lingshan. Our Lingshan Buddha does have some little thoughts in his mind, but those are just little thoughts hidden in his heart and have never been shown openly.
Is there any opposition to Heaven in Lingshan? No.
Isn't there something about the Heaven in Lingshan? No.
So what was Zhao Gongming's reason for attacking Lingshan?
He relied on a trumped-up claim.
No matter what the gods in heaven think, the Buddhas in Lingshan just feel aggrieved.
The sources of this grievance came from Zhao Gongming and the other was because of Vairocana Tathagata.
Facing the aggressive Buddhas, Mahavairocana suddenly thought of a Bodhisattva who was not in Lingshan. That Bodhisattva was called Ksitigarbha.
Compared with the aggressive Buddhas at Lingshan, the image of Ksitigarbha in the heart of Vairocana Tathagata is being infinitely elevated.
The reason is that unlike the ancient Buddha and future Buddha who stayed in Lingshan to compete for dominance, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is not in these two factions! Not only is he not in either faction, he is also spontaneously walking a completely new path, completely independent of Lingshan's path.
That is to make great aspirations, use the great aspirations as the foundation, and make plans for the future.
As the saying goes, I will not become a Buddha until hell is empty. This is not empty talk!
Because when Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva made his great aspiration, he made his vow based on "now"!
What this means now is that when he makes a great aspiration, he does not borrow merit from heaven, but must first practice his own behavior in order to gain merit.
That is to say, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva cannot become a saint by borrowing boundless merits like the two saints in Western religions.
Only when the day comes that hell is truly empty can he become a Buddha.
Vairocana Tathagata likes such honest Bodhisattvas who do not fight or compete and create their own way forward.
Look at those Buddhas who stayed in Lingshan. Not only are they divided into several factions, but they are also fighting for this and that.
Especially the Future Buddha series, which is the most hateful.
I don’t know how many eons are left before that catastrophe, but now I’m just thinking about taking charge of Lingshan and seeing what you can do.
Vairocana Tathagata was too lazy to pay any attention to the aggressive Buddhas.
He now only wanted to know why his teacher Tongtian Taoist came when Zhao Gongming attracted thousands of thunders to pass through!
Was it to support Zhao Gongming? Or was there another reason?
"Quiet!" Facing the Buddhas who were almost forcing him to admit his mistakes, Vairocana Tathagata's voice was as heavy as a huge bell. Just one word was enough to oppress the Buddhas so much that they dared not say a word.
"Buddha is also wrong. This is my fault and I should be punished."
Vairocana Tathagata's voice was calm.
When the Buddhas saw this, they felt uneasy.
For example, since the time he attained enlightenment, he has called himself a Buddha and rarely called himself "I".
Generally speaking, if something forces Tathagata to call himself "myself", it means that this matter is really important in Tathagata's heart.
When was the last time that Tathagata called himself "I"? The Buddhas have almost forgotten.
The Buddhas who had been so aggressive just now suddenly seemed to not know what to do and they all calmed down.
It was as if they were not the ones who had just forced Tathagata to admit his mistake.
The ancient Buddha Dipankara appeared at some point. He sat on the lotus platform with a compassionate look on his face: "My Buddha cannot be like this."
Buddhas always compromise!
When Mahavairocana refused to admit his mistake, they refused to comply.
But when Mahavairocana decided to admit his mistake and behaved a little strangely, they suddenly felt that Tathagata was not wrong.
It seems that it doesn't matter whether you admit it or not.
The ancient Buddha Dipankara looked around at all the Buddhas with a compassionate look on his face. He smiled slightly and said, "What did I do wrong? Why do all the Buddhas want me to admit my mistakes? Is there any reason for that?"
As one of the earliest ancient Buddhas in Buddhism, Dipankara has a very high status in Buddhism.
Although Vairocana Tathagata had different ideas from the ancient Buddhas, he still maintained respect towards Dipankara.
In addition to the extremely high status of Dipankara, there is another point that, from a certain perspective, his relationship with Dipankara is closer than his relationship with other Buddhas.
After all, they all came from Lingshan of the two Xuanmen sects, with similar innate qualities, and occasionally they would feel a sense of mutual appreciation.
This also appears in the Bodhisattvas Samantabhadra and Manjushri.
It’s just that the status of Samantabhadra and Manjushri is far behind that of Tathagata and Dipankara, and they don’t interact much on a daily basis. On the contrary, their relationship is not as good as that of Tathagata and Dipankara.
As for the Long-eared Dingguang Immortal, to be honest, Tathagata looks down on this guy!
He, Dipankara, Samantabhadra and Manjusri all had their reasons for joining Lingshan.
But this reason did not prompt them to apostatize during the great catastrophe, nor did they apostatize when their respective sects encountered great disasters.
Duobao entered Lingshan when Laozi converted a Hu into a Buddha.
At that time, Laozi, as the great master, took over the leadership of Duobao on behalf of the imprisoned Tongtian Sect Master and asked Duobao to go to Lingshan to become the Buddha. He had no way of refusing.
Randeng was the deputy leader of the Chan sect. When he first joined the Chan sect, he also joined as a retainer.
After all, he has a high status and strong power. He can go wherever he wants and no one can control him. Even Yuanshi Tianzun can only try to keep him, but cannot force him to stay in the Chan Sect.
Samantabhadra and Manjushri also went through the same mental journey.
Only Chang'er Dingguangxian rebelled on the battlefield, and the one he rebelled against was Tongtian Jiaozhu who was in league with the Four Saints.
Who would want to be friends with such a person?
In the past, Duobao and Chang'er Dingguangxian could be considered good fellow Taoists, but now they can only be described as acquaintances who see each other every day.
Faced with the questioning from the ancient Buddha Dipankara, all the Buddhas seemed relieved at once and began to excuse Tathagata.
"The Heavenly Court is so powerful, they can do anything! We should really take a step back, what the Buddha did was right."
"It should be so. The Buddha is not wrong."
"Zhao Gongming was already very crazy during the Conferred God Tribulation. I didn't expect that after so many years, he still hasn't changed at all."
"Yes, yes, there is nothing wrong in taking a step back."
"Buddha, there is nothing wrong with this matter, but Lingshan has also been wronged, and he needs to go to the Heavenly Palace to seek an explanation."

At this moment, the Buddha's mistake seemed like a trivial matter.
They finally began to care about Lingshan's reputation.

Vairocana Tathagata looked at these Buddhas who had changed their attitudes, and surprisingly, there was no emotional fluctuation in his heart.
From the moment Laozi converted a barbarian to a Buddha, he knew his mission.
Buddha is originally the Tao.
Go to the Heavenly Palace to ask for the face of Lingshan?
Whoever wants to go can go, but I, Tathagata, will not go.
If I go there and see the teacher, how should I behave?

These figures are similar to him. They did not originally belong to Lingshan. They all came to Lingshan after Laozi transformed himself into a Buddhist.
But wherever his eyes went, these figures all lowered their heads, as if immersed in some kind of avenue.
Humph, Tathagata knew what they were thinking. No one wanted to see their former teacher.
Then you can only click on the unlucky guy.
"Where is the Dingguang Joyful Buddha?"
The voice of Tathagata resounded throughout Lingshan.
The Happy Buddha of Dingguang, who was hiding in the shadows of the other Buddhas, felt a pang in his heart.
He doesn't want to show up at all!
Whether it was because he had sensed the return of Master Tongtian, or because Zhao Gongming had come riding on thousands of thunders to "show off his power", he did not want to show up.
Buddhism is very special.
This point is very clear to Buddha Dingguang Joyful Buddha.
After he apostatized from Christianity, he was led to the Western Church.
At that time, Western religion was still Western religion, not Buddhism.

From a certain perspective, what Chang'er Dingguangxian joined at the beginning was not Buddhism, but Western religion before it converted to Buddhism.
The reason why he is now the Buddha of Delight and Joy is that after transforming the barbarians into Buddhas, Vairocana Tathagata ascended to the position of the World Honored One Tathagata and transformed all the Western religions into Buddhas. It was also during this process that he was named the Buddha of Delight and Joy.
Although he became Dingguang Happy Buddha, Dingguangxian did not have any sense of belonging to the current Buddhism.
If he had not been afraid of being hunted down and blocked by former disciples of Jiejiao after leaving Buddhism, he would have left long ago.
"I am a Buddha... I am a poor monk... I am a poor monk..."
Dingguang Happy Buddha didn't know what to say to refuse this task.
