Chapter 6 Bullets Flying

Chapter 6 Bullets Flying

The metal corridor that once trapped Sun Jack was now completely twisted and deformed. The impact of the space station landing must have been huge, and there were even signs of burning in many places.

The various parts that were floating in the air before were scattered all over the ground, including the robots. They all looked badly damaged and scattered everywhere.

Rainwater continued to drip from the cracks, and water began to accumulate on the ground.

Sun Jack, who survived the disaster, took his robot Ta Pai and moved forward in the wreckage of the space station, planning to leave this place first to avoid the madman who was about to arrive.

However, their speed was obviously slow. A roar was heard above Sun Jack's head, and a spaceship broke through the rain and fog and headed towards this side.

The spaceship looked like an enlarged supercar without wheels, and it was covered with exaggerated graffiti. What shocked Sun Jack even more was that there was a rotten corpse with its arms open tied to the front of the spaceship.

Sun Jieke was not mistaken, it was a corpse! Maggots began to grow in the bullet holes on its face!

At this moment, Sun Jack had a new understanding of the so-called cyber madman mentioned by Tapai. No matter what, he absolutely did not want to be discovered by such a person.

"Hurry! Hide quickly!" Sun Jack and Ta Pai quickly hid behind a metal wreckage shelter.

After the spaceship carrying the corpse flew past quickly, another helicopter that looked very broken arrived.

When it was still more than ten meters from the ground, the helicopter door suddenly opened, and a man with a cockscomb head, a gun in both hands and skull tattoos all over his body jumped out.

He pulled the trigger in mid-air, shooting randomly in all directions, laughing wildly from his mouth full of gold teeth. "Hahaha! nunarjuaq tittinaqtillugu!!!"

As the distance got closer, Sun Jack suddenly discovered that his legs and feet were clearly silver, which obviously meant he had prosthetics.

With a dull "bang", the cockscomb-haired man fell heavily on the ruins of the space city, and then several people dressed similarly jumped out of the hovercraft.

There was a conversation coming from their side, but Sun Jack couldn't understand a word of it.

"What are they talking about?" Sun Jack asked Tapai in a low voice.

"Connect to the LAN, synchronize positioning, and send out all the drones! Something this big has fallen, there must be something good inside! Hurry up! Others are rushing over here, if you're slow you won't even get to drink the soup."

But before Ta Pai could finish translating, a cannonball came from nowhere with a thick smoke and flew up, directly blowing the spaceship into a fireball.

"Oh my god! He just started doing it without saying anything! He's really crazy!" Taking advantage of the sound of the explosion, Sun Jieke and Tapai quickly moved away from the explosion site.

The atmosphere in the entire space station wreckage had begun to become tense. As the explosions rang out, more and more people flew over, and the entire ruins almost turned into a battlefield.

"Boom~!" The explosion sounded again, and a huge fireball fell from the sky, almost brushing the scalps of the two men.

Surrounded by dangers, Sun Jieke was tense. Looking at the environment, he couldn't help but feel bitter. "Why am I so unlucky? I always run into trouble everywhere."

"Tapai, where are the weapons nearby?" Sun Jie Ke asked. If he didn't have any weapons at hand in this situation, he would be at the mercy of others.

The screen on Tapai's face flashed, and he walked towards the wreckage on the left. "Yes, this is the security room."

After rummaging through the wreckage for a while, Tapai pressed a gray metallic rifle into Sun Jack's hands.

"What is this?" Sun Jack weighed the heavy, cold weapon in his hand.

"Model: SOR-11:3 technical assault rifle, powered by electricity."

"How to use it?" Looking at the killing weapon in his hand, Sun Jack's breathing became rapid.

"Hold it steady with both hands, hold it here, then aim the gun at the enemy and pull the trigger. In this kind of street fighting environment, there is no time for you to aim. Whoever shoots first will have the advantage. This gun's crosshair fine-tuning is most suitable for novices."

Sun Jack tried to gesture a few times, and the heavy weapon in his hand made him feel a little more at ease. However, although he had a weapon, he still didn't want to encounter the need to use it.

"Let's go. How long will it take us to get out of this space station?" "According to my radar, and based on our current speed, we'll be out of the outermost area in about twenty minutes."

But before he could finish, Sun Jie Ke felt a heat in his left ear followed by a numbness with a whoosh.

"Enemy attack." Before Sun Jack could react, the blue display screen on Tapai's head turned red instantly, and he quickly pulled the trigger in the direction of the trajectory.

"Fuck!" Sun Jie Ke covered his ears and moved towards the shelter next to him. When he put his hands down again, his palms were already stained with blood.

The bullet had left a semicircle on the top of his left ear. If it had been a little off, his head would have been gone!
Sun Jack gnashed his teeth and carefully poked his head out of the cover to look at the enemy who had just attacked him.

These people were hiding behind the bunkers, shooting at Tappai. They looked like gang members, with many tattoos on their faces and hands, and they were cursing incomprehensible swear words.

The only common mark is the inverted cross brand on their necks.

What’s more special is that these people, like those who jumped off the hovercraft before, have more or less some metal prostheses on their bodies.

When he saw their bullets hitting Tapai and sending out sparks, Sun Jack immediately raised his gun, placed it on a tilted flame-retardant metal plate, and quickly fired back in that direction.

At the beginning, the recoil caused Sun Jieke's first few shots to fly into the sky, but what Tapai said before was right, this gun is indeed very suitable for novices. After a while, the opponent's head was hit and it flew back violently.

This was the first time Sun Jie Ke killed someone in this situation, so he didn't care about any psychological pressure. In this situation, either the other party would die or he would die, so he wished he could kill more people.

"Tapai! Find cover!" Sun Jack shouted to the robot beside him.

When Ta Pai, whose body was riddled with bullet holes, saw that Sun Jie Ke was temporarily safe, he quickly retreated to Sun Jie Ke's side.

"Boom!" Accompanied by a loud explosion, the two people behind the bunker were blown into a very embarrassed state.

"Their firepower is too strong, we are no match for them! Quickly find a chance to retreat!" The noisy environment forced Tapai to raise his voice.

"Nonsense! Of course I know that, but in this situation, how can we leave!" Sun Jack said as he fired a burst of bullets from his gun. If he put the gun away and turned around to run for his life, that would be a purely suicidal act.

But it was no use continuing to waste time, because the enemy saw that there were only two of them and had already started to split up and go around them.

Just as the anxious Sun Jack was desperately thinking about what to do, fierce gunfire was heard from the ruins on the left.

After hearing the gunshot, Sun Jieke immediately came up with an idea. "Tapai! Let's retreat over there and let them fight each other! We can take the opportunity to escape!"

"is this okay?"

"Didn't you say that their brains aren't working very well? Now is the time to test whether what you said is true or not! Besides, can you come up with a better solution now?"

As he spoke, Sun Jack began to step back while pulling the trigger.

After a few short minutes, the gunshots behind him were getting closer and closer, but Sun Jack could see figures in the ruins behind him with his peripheral vision, and the two sides still did not fight.

The two sides seemed to have a tacit understanding, you fight yours and I fight mine.

Ta Pai, looking a little embarrassed, leaned towards Sun Jie Ke and said, "I said this wouldn't work. They are crazy, but they are not stupid."

Sun Jieke nodded in agreement. "That's right, so we need a bait to make them shoot at each other."

After saying that, Sun Jie Ke looked at Ta Pai standing beside him and patted him on the shoulder with great respect.

A new picture quickly appeared on Tapai's monitor.
