Within a few months, the newly planted mutated life tree grew at an astonishing rate, its branches spreading out and its leaves flourishing, quickly reaching the size of the previous mutated life tree.

When a single unripe fruit emerges from the dense canopy, it's as if the entire tree's growth has been paused.

It no longer grows taller or expands its canopy; only the surging life force and wood element form a verdant halo within the canopy, undulating like breathing.

The thumb-sized blue fruit gradually grew larger under the influence of life force and wood elemental power.

Through her daily bouncing, the baby egg demonstrated the strength of its shell, thus breaking free from the constraints of the wooden cradle. Sylph's entire plantation became her playground.

At first, the increasingly plump egg baby just lazily leaned against the tree roots and dozed off, showing no interest in the fruit hanging above its head.

Until one early morning when the first rays of dawn appeared, Sylph placed her palm on the tree trunk, closed her eyes and listened for a long time before suddenly breaking into a surprised smile.

She carefully lifted the baby egg, gracefully ascended to the depths of the treetop, pointed to the plump green fruit, and softly said:

"Flora, this is your younger sister Tiana! If she grows up quickly, she might even go to the witch academy in the same year as you!"

Morning dew dripped from her hair, refracting into colorful spots on the surface of the fruit.

Flora inside the eggshell immediately stirred. She broke free from Sylph's embrace, rolled over to the branch where the fruit hung, and gently rubbed the still-green fruit with the warm eggshell:
"Little sister, Titi~"

When it sensed the faint pulse of life coming from inside the fruit, the baby egg excitedly bounced between the branches, making the whole tree rustle.

Every morning thereafter, you could see the tiny, white eggs stuck between the branches, stubbornly moving towards the fruit.

What made them both laugh and cry was that one day she discovered that Flora had somehow gotten a piece of living vine and wrapped it around herself, trying to "smuggle" the fruit from the branches into the padded wooden cradle.

After being stopped, the baby egg, as if in a huff, piled up a small mountain of dandelions at the base of the tree and buried itself inside as a nest.

After Sylph told her that her sister wasn't fully grown yet and couldn't leave the tree, Flora made her home under the tree.

Every day when Sylph came to check on the fruit's condition, she would also infuse Flora with some magic to speed up her hatching process.

A few months later, the fruit on the second mutated Tree of Life also turned pure white.

After Sylph picked it, the life force around the tree also disappeared.

Vasita emerged from the soil beside the tree: "Just now, all its roots died and became inactive."

"It seems that its massive root system is indeed for nourishing the fruit. Once the fruit ripens, the root system dies, and what grows back is a normal root system."

Moran used a tree language spell, and the mutated tree of life that had been responding to her just moments before was now completely unresponsive to her magic.

It has completely become a tree devoid of spirit and life force.

The egg that Sylph picked was full of spirituality and life force.

They used telepathy on the egg.

"Fufu! Fufu!"

Vasita asked curiously, "When Tiana called out 'Fou,' was it Sylph or Flora?"

"Sister! Sister!" Tiana struggled slightly. Flora, already high on the grass, was jumping higher than their waists: "Titi! Sister!"

As soon as Sylph gently placed Tiana next to Flora, the two round, white eggs eagerly pressed together.

Flora excitedly shook the eggshell and gently nudged her new "sister" with the tip. Tiana's eggshell immediately responded with a pale pink halo.

Before Sylph could even reach out to steady them, the two eggs rolled away, chasing each other.

Flora twirled happily ahead, while Tiana followed clumsily, swaying from side to side, leaving a winding trail on the soft grass before rolling into the nearby woods.

The witches quickly rode their brooms to follow and see.

Flora would sometimes deliberately slow down to let her sister catch up, and sometimes she would mischievously change direction suddenly, causing Tiana's eggshell to make a slight "thump-thump" sound, as if protesting her sister's prank.

Sunlight filters through the gaps in the leaves, casting dappled shadows on the rolling eggshell.

Two eggs rolled across the lawn full of daisies, startling a few blue-winged butterflies that were foraging for food. Finally, with a soft "smack," they both got stuck in a hollow in front of the bushes, their shells covered with glistening dew and tiny petals.

Flora playfully swayed from side to side, causing Tiana to sway gently along with her, leaving two small, round dents in the soft soil.

Moran and the others tried to read the thoughts of the two egg babies, but all they heard were babyish voices saying things like "Sister wants to stick," "Titi hurry up," and "Fufu spin around."

Vasita couldn't help but facepalm: "Now Flora has a playmate, and the rest of us have fallen out of favor."

Sylph's emerald eyes filled with grievance: "Tiana hasn't even called me 'Mom' yet!"

“I’ve never called her ‘Auntie’,” Lilith said. “I talk to Tiana every day!”

Just then, the two egg babies, who were having a blast playing, suddenly "plop" sank into the soft mud after the rain.

They writhed in panic, their snow-white shells covered in mud, looking like two glutinous rice balls coated in chocolate, sinking deeper and deeper into the shell.

"Mom!" "Auntie!" "Help!"

Her heartfelt words, choked with sobs, exploded out instantly, startling the witches in the sky, who immediately descended.

Vasita raised her hands, and the dark brown silt floated in the air as if lifted by an invisible hand, forming rolling mud bubbles.

Taking advantage of the moment, Sylph darted forward and swept her arms around the two mud-covered egg babies, leaving mud streaks on her skirt.

Moran snapped his fingers with lightning speed, and a flash of light from the Cleanse spell instantly restored the two eggs and Sylph to their pristine state, all the mud stains gone.

Lilith deliberately put on a stern face, bent her fingers, and tapped each of the two egg babies once: "Now you know how to call me Auntie?"

Flora's eggshell immediately turned red, and she squirmed restlessly in Sylph's arms: "Auntie Red is naughty!"

Seeing this, Tiana imitated her sister, her eggshell turning bright red: "Naughty!"

Lilith's expression froze instantly, her outstretched finger hanging in mid-air.

Vasita couldn't help but burst out laughing, and the floating mud bubbles all fell back down with a "plop, plop." (End of Chapter)
