Chapter 906: Return to Fangcun Mountain
Chu Tai's words made the National Master Wang Bodhisattva feel a little strange. He looked back at Chu Tai with a puzzled look. He couldn't understand what Chu Tai had experienced before, so naturally he couldn't respond.
"I used my own Dao Fruit to observe my own freedom from the perspective of all living beings. I accidentally saw how you see me, and then I began to understand what you mean by the tribulation."
When he said this, there were many auras intertwined on Chu Tai's body, and many concepts conflicted and overlapped with each other, but compared to the loss of control in the first time period, in the current time period, the many auras on Chu Tai's body were covered and protected by a force and were recovering and reorganizing rapidly.
Chu Tai looked towards the direction of heaven, and he saw endless light emanating from there, a light that encompassed all things, covering all changes, all operations, and all phenomena.
Moreover, this radiance is somewhat similar to his [Taiyi] Avenue, covering everything but without too much influence, simply covering it.
The difference is that Chu Tai's [Taiyi] Avenue will give all living beings more choices, while this light directly blocks some information, preventing all living beings from seeing certain things.
This move not only prevents sentient beings from being affected by similar influences to the Demonic Avenue, but also provides a basic point and intersection for the originally diverse perspectives of sentient beings, so that sentient beings' views of Chu Tai will not be like the first time period, because of the influence of countless thoughts, countless ideas, and countless opinions of sentient beings, creating something as horrible as the unspeakable.
It was as if Chu Tai, or all the living beings in this world, had always been watched from the perspective of Heaven. Under the influence of Heaven, the conflict between Heaven and man had been suppressed to the lowest level.
'So they think that my experience is probably not something they really know about me, but this light told them this concept.'
'But this also suppresses one's ego, making it more difficult to transcend.'
The Great Dao of Taiyi was projected into his pupils, performing hundreds of billions of changes and transforming into the phantoms of countless living beings, but in the end none of them could escape the range covered by the precious light.
The National Master Wang Bodhisattva had no idea what Chu Tai had realized, nor could he be sure what he had seen.
But when he saw Chu Tai looking up at the heavens and that there was nothing wrong with his aura, he didn't say much, but just clasped his hands together and congratulated him.
"It is a great blessing that the Emperor has gained some insights. I wonder where the Emperor plans to go next?"
"I am going to go to the southern area of Xiniu Hezhou to look for an old friend."
After Chu Tai finished speaking, he sat calmly on the lotus platform, cooperating with the Bodhisattva to purify the turbid air of the Dead Sea and save the spiritual light within it.
After daybreak, the turbid air in the Dead Sea began to rise, the Buddha's light around the National Master Wang Bodhisattva gradually dimmed, and the Buddha's light from all the Buddhas that came to bless him dissipated.
The Bodhisattva looked at the gradually withering lotus below, stood up and thanked Chu Tai, saying: "The number of people saved this time is far greater than in the past, all thanks to the Emperor. I would like to thank you here."
Chu Tai returned the gift, saying that both sides had gained what they needed. He also said that he would preach in Shali country in the next three days to help the people there suppress the influence of the foul air, and asked whether they needed his help in the future.
As he spoke, he stretched out his hand towards the withered lotus below. Thousands of lotus pods overlapped each other and turned into a lotus seed that fell into his hand.
As the vital energy circulated, many principles intertwined, and the power of the fruit fragment of [Bodhi Tree God] on the Donghuang Bell was partially disassembled by Chu Tai and integrated into it.
"My cultivation is limited. I have used up more than half of my magic power last night. I will have to recuperate for a month if I go back. The one who came here tonight should be Bodhisattva Mahasthamaprapta. If the Emperor is willing, I think Mahasthamaprapta will certainly welcome me."
"Oh, there is one more thing I would like to ask of you, Emperor."
Hearing this, Chu Tai immediately understood the other party's thoughts. He looked at the black-robed Taoist standing on the edge of the Dead Sea and looking inward, and said with a smile: "It's because of this guy."
"He has a shallow fate with me in this life, but we were master and disciple in the past. If the emperor can give him some pointers so that he can achieve enlightenment earlier in this life, I will be grateful." "He has a kind heart and ability. Even if there is no help, he still has a chance to achieve enlightenment in this life."
"Then I will borrow the emperor's good words."
Afterwards, the two exchanged a few more pleasantries, and then the National Master Wang Bodhisattva left with Yun Guang.
After Chu Tai returned to Shali, he was immediately surrounded by a young monk and a black-robed Taoist priest. When they were about to ask what happened, they were hit on the center of their eyebrows by two points of spiritual light emitted by Chu Tai when he raised his hand, and were "fixed" in place.
By the time they absorbed the information conveyed by Chutai, Chutai had already negotiated the process of preaching with the king of Shali.
The king bowed to express his gratitude and asked people to present gold and silver.
Chu Tai waved his hand, indicating that he did not need these things. Then he took out a seed from his sleeve and reached out to touch the land.
The ground of the palace sank, revealing an underground cavity with spots of filthy mud and water emerging from it.
Chu Tai threw the seeds down and they fell into the mud and water. The seeds took root and sprouted, growing into a giant mushroom as tall as a person. He shook it gently, and countless spores spurted out from its huge cap and landed all over the underground holes, and countless more mushrooms grew out.
The king's eyes widened when he saw this. Chu Tai said calmly, "If you want to get rid of the influence of turbid air as soon as possible, it's best if your daily diet also has some turbid air. This mushroom can absorb muddy water to grow, but it lacks turbid air. Instead of giving your blood, flesh and essence to the monster, you might as well leave more for the mushroom. At least it won't eat much."
"Thank you, Masato."
The king bowed again, and the Taoist priest who was watching all this did not say a word. The little monk showed a little joy on his face and chanted Buddhist scriptures in a low voice.
In the following days, Chu Tai received the best treatment and offerings.
When he goes out, the king leads the way; when he rests, the king serves him. When the people see him, they immediately kneel down and prostrate themselves on the ground.
Chu Tai was forced to stay in the palace. Apart from preaching the scriptures every day and going into the sea to rescue people at night, he did nothing else.
Most of the time, Chu Tai was teaching the black-robed Taoist and the little monk some methods of cultivation to help them cultivate supernatural powers.
Chu Tai discovered that this Taoist priest in black robe was proficient in folk methods and possessed the ability to suppress and stabilize. He could repair the mudflats on the border of the Dead Sea and prevent the people from digging pits to collect clean water, which might cause the Dead Sea to leak out.
In response to this, Chu Tai taught him some methods of combing the earth's veins, so that he could better consolidate the mudflats and expand the caves for cultivating mushrooms.
The little monk was the predecessor of the former Great Sage Huangfeng. At this moment, he had not yet mastered the practice of Samadhi Divine Wind and had just begun to see the mystery. Under Chu Tai's guidance, he learned a special magic method. At sunset, he coordinated with the sound of drums from the people in the city to stir the yellow sand, thereby retaining more clean water while minimizing the impact of the sound of boiling sea on the people, especially infants and young children.
The two of them were already very talented, and when Chu Tai was teaching them, he used the power of the third-grade Dao Fruit [Supreme Man] of Yun Zhongjun's system, and used the concepts of wisdom, research, and teaching contained therein to instill a large amount of information into their minds, helping them to learn and absorb quickly.
On the second day, their abilities improved significantly. On the third day, they received a lot of offerings. Some people in Shali even regarded them as the guardian gods of Chu Tai.
It was also on this day that after Chu Tai finished preaching, he tested the two's magical powers again to ensure that they had a preliminary understanding of the method he taught. Then he left the country of Shali and headed towards the southern territory of Xiniu Hezhou to find the Lingtai Fangcun Mountain and the Xieyue Sanxing Cave.
