I'll also work hard to conquer the dungeon today.
Chapter 171, Section 111, Chapter 16: The Amnesiac Corridor
Chapter 171 1.11 16 The Hall of Amnesia
The door was flung open with a bang.
Dressed in a magnificent white and purple suit, Sher stood at the doorway, holding a cane, and coldly glanced at the study, which was now almost a ruin. Her long, misty white hair was simply braided and hung down her back, and her exquisite face wore an icy expression, as cold and bone-chilling as an ancient, unyielding snow-capped mountain.
His pale gold eyes instantly transformed into vertical pupils, like a snake's, fixedly staring at Jill with a palpable killing intent in them. A cold voice slowly spoke, "What are you doing?"
Even though he spoke extremely slowly and in a very gentle tone, it was as sharp and authoritative as the wind and snow on a snowy day.
Jill hung her head low, looking like a primary school student being scolded by her teacher for doing something wrong. She was listless and said in a low voice, "I'm sorry, sir, I accidentally got led astray again..."
Mu Yegui lay on the floor, trying to reach under the bookshelf to grab the silver-rimmed glasses. But her arms were too short, and the bookshelf was too wide. Her delicate, beautiful face was pressed against the carpet, the soft fur gently tickling the tip of her nose.
Her long, misty gray hair was scattered around her, and a few strands of hair slightly obscured her eyes due to her posture.
With his vision obscured by his hair, Mu Yegui couldn't see what was under the bookshelf no matter what he tried, and for some reason, he felt an inexplicable sense of unease. His cool, round silver eyes turned into vertical pupils, and he braced himself against the bookshelf with one hand, casually flipping it over.
A loud bang was heard, accompanied by dust. Mu Yegui picked up the silver glasses from the ground and slowly turned to look at the two people at the door.
Their eyes met, and Sher was slightly taken aback.
"..." Shel suddenly fell silent, his expression no longer as cold as usual.
Mu Yegui looked at him and spoke a few words. The latter was stunned for a moment, then his expression softened, and he said in a tone that was both familiar and helpless, "Okay."
She nodded to Sher and walked toward the door. As she passed Sher, she placed the silver-rimmed glasses she had found into his palm and whispered, "It's time to get a new pair."
Walking down the ornately decorated corridor, the cold, silver vertical pupils gazed at the surrounding scenery before slowly transforming back into round pupils.
Mu Yegui touched his throat, trying to say something but found that he still couldn't make a sound.
All five fragments are now complete; the last one is with Jealousy.
Mu Yegui paused slightly, reached out and grasped the doorknob, turning it slightly to open the tightly closed door.
The first thing that catches the eye is a dark blue short dress hanging on a mannequin. The irregular hem of the dress shimmers with light gauze like starlight, and upon closer inspection, it seems to be embroidered with black butterflies, as if they could take flight in the sea of stars at any moment.
A man dressed in formal attire was standing in front of a mannequin, carefully adjusting the suit in front of him. His silver-streaked hair was slightly moving, and only his extremely handsome profile could be vaguely seen.
Hearing the door open, the man slightly raised his eyes to look at her.
That slightly arrogant and unrestrained expression suited the man perfectly. His dark blue suit was very formal, making him look more serious than usual.
"You've come at the perfect time. Try this dress on." He looked coldly at Mu Yegui at the door, his tone slightly commanding.
Mu Yegui walked to his side and looked at the suit, her expression a little confused, but she still obediently changed into it.
After putting it on, I discovered that a large section of my back was exposed, and there was even a black butterfly trying to take flight, which was both sexy and alluring.
Jealousy glanced at it from head to toe, raised an eyebrow slightly, and a rare gentleness appeared on her face as she praised, "It's alright, but it's missing something."
He casually took out a piece of black gauze, folded it a few times, and a black butterfly with outstretched wings appeared in his hand. He then used a special clip to secure it, and slowly walked to Mu Yegui, bending down to tie it around her neck as a choker. Mu Yegui's skin was extremely fair, almost pale, and paired with her dark blue and black gauze dress, her fair skin was subtly revealed. Although she appeared very quiet and well-behaved, the dress added a unique and special charm to her.
His fingers, adorned with gold gemstones, were long and exquisitely beautiful. He took out a jewelry box from the cabinet and selected a dark blue gemstone as a hair tie. His dark orange eyes glanced at Mu Yegui, and he said coldly, "Come here."
They were incredibly rude when we first met, and they still are now.
They even set up a dead end in the dungeon and used her...
Mu Yegui looked at the jealous man holding a comb, waiting for her to come over, her cool silver eyes filled with a hint of confusion.
I'm a little confused about what this person is trying to do...
Despite her thoughts, she obediently sat down in the chair in front of Jealousy, letting him comb her hair.
Her long, misty gray hair was loosely braided into a three-strand braid and then coiled at the back of her head, adorned with a dark blue gemstone hair tie. A few wispy strands of hair playfully brushed against her cheek, moving slightly with each turn of her head. A delicate black ear clip adorned her fair ear.
Jealousy took the earrings that matched the dress out of the box and asked, "Do you need me to help you put them on, or will you do it yourself?"
Mu Yegui looked down at it and shook her head slightly; she wouldn't wear such a thing.
Jealousy clicked her tongue and said disdainfully, "Come closer."
She shifted her position, moved her seat slightly, and then, with a hint of jealousy, bent down and picked up one of the earrings, putting it on Mu Yegui. Mu Yegui didn't have pierced ears, so it was specially made into a clip-on style.
After putting on the earrings, Mu Yegui moved her head slightly, seemingly a little unaccustomed to wearing jewelry.
"Don't move, you'll shake it off." Jealousy stood up, glanced at the time, and frowned sharply.
She turned around, took out a pair of black high heels, and asked, "It's time to put on your shoes."
Mu Yegui took a step back, shook her head, and said she absolutely did not want to wear shoes. Although she did not know why, she hated wearing shoes from the bottom of her heart, as it would be very uncomfortable.
"You've got some nerve, daring to ask me to put your shoes on for you." The dark orange eyes glanced coldly at Mu Yegui, a jealous sneer escaping her lips.
Jealousy picked up the shoe, bent slightly, and knelt on one knee in front of Mu Yegui, holding the black high heel in both hands. The cold expression on his handsome face under his silver hair softened slightly.
He grabbed Mu Yegui's ankle and forcibly lifted her up to put the shoes on her.
If we ignore the fact that both of them look unwilling, it might be a very beautiful scene.
"Will wearing shoes kill you?! Will every time you put on shoes, it'll kill you?!" Jealousy gritted her teeth, unable to bear it any longer.
The Hall of Amnesia is the main storyline.
If a chapter is missing, I'll make up for it on Saturday. I'm one chapter short here, and it just so happens to fall on Wednesday, which is unfortunate.
