Chapter 54 Gap
In the Forbidden Forest, Foley fired the Killing Curse at Dumbledore, and a green light rushed towards Dumbledore.

Dumbledore stood still. He waved his hand and a broken piece of tree flew directly towards the Killing Curse, blocking the curse.

Foley attacked almost frantically, his wand firing spells continuously, but these spells did not cause much trouble to Dumbledore.

Dumbledore didn't even move, he waved his wand gracefully to block all of Foley's attacks.

If it was Foley who was playing tricks on Ada before, then now the situation is completely reversed, Foley has become the one being played tricks. But Dumbledore did not play tricks on Foley, he is not the kind of person who would do such a thing, it is just that the gap between the two is too big.

Foley was still standing on the ground, while Dumbledore had already reached the atmosphere. The difference was so huge that it made all of Foley's attacks seem powerless.

This situation was difficult for Foley, who had a high opinion of himself, to accept. He had always been called a genius and was appreciated by Voldemort to join the Death Eaters.

But before he could officially join, Voldemort fell.

Foley kept blaming himself, thinking that he joined too late and was unable to help Voldemort. He believed that if Voldemort had treated him as a confidant and trained him personally earlier, everything would have been different.

Foley gasped, feeling wave after wave of weakness. He knew that he was no match for Dumbledore, but he had never thought that the gap between him and Dumbledore would be so big.

But now that he had fought with Dumbledore, he finally realized how naive all his plans were. He was like a child in front of Dumbledore.

Of course, he had only fought with Dumbledore. If it was McGonagall or Snape who stayed today, he would probably have the same sigh.

Dumbledore started to fight back. He, as an old man, needed to rest early instead of standing in the Forbidden Forest. He turned his wand slightly, and a bright white light rushed towards Foley.

Surrounded by the white light, Fu Li waved his wand violently, but no matter what he did, the white light still surrounded him. There was something like a whip in the white light, hitting Fu Li again and again, and Fu Li howled angrily.

The dazzling white light illuminated a large area of the forbidden forest. When the light faded, Fuli reappeared. He was kneeling on the ground, and vines that appeared from nowhere bound him tightly in place. He couldn't struggle at all. The more he struggled, the tighter the vines bound him.

Exhausted, Foley shouted, "Are you going to kill me? Dumbledore!"

Dumbledore looked at Foley who was tied up tightly, with some regret in his eyes. From the perspective of magic alone, Foley was indeed a very good wizard, and his fighting ability was very good even in wartime.

It's just that Fuli took the wrong path and chose a road of no return. If he was willing to take the right path, he should be able to achieve higher achievements, instead of sinking into the black magic and becoming an executioner who can only use the killing curse.

"No, I won't do that. You have to pay for what you have done." Dumbledore said, "Daniel Bell, and Ada, you are responsible for these two attacks."

"Responsible? Send me to Azkaban?" Foley said with a smile, "They will welcome me like a hero."

Dumbledore said, "Perhaps, but I think the Dementors would be more welcoming to you. Although I don't like those creatures, they are the masters of Azkaban."

"I will watch over you in Azkaban, and when the day comes that you are killed by your master, I will definitely celebrate!" Foley cursed viciously.

"Even if I die, there will still be people who will continue to resist Voldemort, and there will be people who will defeat him." Dumbledore thought for a moment before speaking this sentence, "There is never a shortage of heroes in this world. They will always appear when they are needed."

"I have no intention of arguing with you about this. You will see that day coming. Darkness will never cover the light," Dumbledore continued.

He raised his wand and cast a stunning spell at Foley, who was tied up tightly and passed out immediately.

Ada lay on the stretcher staring blankly at the dazzling white light. She didn't want to leave. She wanted to see Dumbledore teach Welfare a lesson with her own eyes. She also wanted to see what Dumbledore's battle was like and learn how the greatest wizards fought.

Ada wanted to recover, but she couldn't. She could only lie on the stretcher. Her life was threatened, her mind was in a state of high tension, and she was constantly casting spells. All these pressures made Ada a little depressed. She couldn't stand up at all, and even the color of her hair turned dull.

Professor McGonagall, who was always considerate, suddenly became unconscientious. She didn't understand what Ada meant at all and thought that Ada was in pain, so she not only didn't stop but instead quickened her pace.

The three people and a stretcher quickly walked out of the Forbidden Forest. Outside the Forbidden Forest, they met the fully armed Hagrid and the twins who were spinning in circles. When the twins saw the three people, they ran over directly. During the time that Ada was in danger, the twins had been suffering. If they had not been tripped by Filch, maybe Ada would have had someone to talk to, and would not have run to the dungeon alone, and would not have been kidnapped by the vicious Filch.

Worry and self-blame had been tormenting the twins' hearts. If Hagrid had not forcibly hugged the twins, the two brothers would have followed Dumbledore and the others into the Forbidden Forest.

"Aida, are you okay?" The two people expressed their concern for Aida loudly. The moment they saw that Aida was still alive, they were finally relieved.

"Keep your voice down, Mr. Weasley." Professor McGonagall said with an unhappy look on her face, "She needs to rest now."

The twins nodded repeatedly, but the two brothers did not leave. Instead, they stayed beside the stretcher, holding Ada's hands tightly, fearing that they would lose her again.

"I'm fine. I'm sorry to have made you worry." Ada said softly. She looked at the twins with a smile, indicating that the two brothers didn't need to worry anymore.

Seeing Ada's smile, the twins blamed themselves even more. Fred said, "We will stand in front of you next time. No, there won't be a next time. You won't be in danger anymore."

George also said: "You will never be alone again. We will protect you."

"We won't let anyone bully you again unless we die." The twins said together.

"We won't die, we will all live well." Ada smiled again, even though this smile consumed a lot of her energy.

Snape looked at the three people comforting each other, and seemed to recall some bad memories. He interrupted the warm moment of the three people by speaking. He was very suitable to play the role of a troublemaker or atmosphere destroyer.

He said, "Weasley, you better stop talking to her. I don't mind giving Drizzt another bottle of mute potion."

The twins and Ada, who felt "threatened", stopped talking. The twins were afraid of disturbing Ada's rest, and Ada really had no strength and energy left.

"Professor, how is it?" Hagrid came over and asked in a low voice. But even if he lowered his voice, his words were still loud.

Professor McGonagall replied, "Nothing, Ada needs to rest now. You just wait here for Dumbledore, he will be out soon."

"Okay, Professor," said Hagrid. He gently touched Ada's head and left the team, returning to the edge of the Forbidden Forest.

The group of six quickly returned to the castle. They took Ada to the school infirmary and handed her over to the care of Madam Pomfrey. The moment Ada touched the bed, she fell into a deep sleep.

The twins wanted to stay and guard her, but Professor McGonagall forcefully drove them out and forcibly took them both back to the common room.

It was just as Professor McGonagall said. Not long after McGonagall and the others left, a figure walked out from the edge of the Forbidden Forest.

"Who is it?" Hagrid raised his giant crossbow and aimed at the figure.

"It's me, Hagrid."

"Professor Dumbledore!" Hagrid heard Dumbledore's voice and recognized his figure.

Behind Dumbledore was Foley, who was tied up tightly and floating in the air. Hagrid lifted the unconscious Foley onto his shoulders and asked, "What do we do now?"

"Professor McGonagall should have written to Minister Fudge, and when he arrives, we will hand over the welfare to him," said Dumbledore.

"Is he going to be sent to Azkaban?" Even a strong man like Hagrid couldn't help trembling when he said the name of Azkaban prison.

"Maybe. It all depends on how Fudge wants to handle it. The Ministry of Magic hasn't caught a Death Eater in a long time."
