Following the direction of his finger, a corner of a building could be vaguely seen peeking out from deep within the bamboo forest.

The two turned around and saw two people walking quickly towards them. The one holding the flashlight was none other than Gu Haitao!

Gu Haitao was clearly seeing this building for the first time; seeing the door wide open, he eagerly called out:
"Xiaoyu! Xiaoyu! It's Haitao! Are you inside?"

No one responded inside.

Bai Jing frowned: "Stop shouting! It's so annoying!"

Seeing her walk straight in, I vaguely felt something was wrong, but after a slight hesitation, I followed her in anyway.

As soon as Gu Haitao entered the room, he exclaimed in surprise, "What's that?"

As the electric light shone, a figure appeared, swaying and disappearing beneath the stairs on one side.

"Xiaoyu!" Gu Haitao rushed over.

Shining her flashlight in the direction the figure had disappeared, she suddenly let out a hysterical scream: "Ah...a ghost!"
