Taking time off, having a bit of a nervous breakdown.

In the past two or three months, there have been a lot of trivial matters, a lot of pressure, the plot is stuck, and the efficiency is extremely low.

I can barely write 6,000 words every day from 9 am to 7 or 8 pm. I don’t eat dinner, and I have to eat lunch in time. This way, I still have to write until 8 or 9 pm, which is very stressful.

My mind is tense for a long time, and I cannot concentrate for a long time when writing a book. I am easily irritated by trivial things. I feel like there is something wrong with my psychology.

It may take two or three days, and the recovery time is uncertain.
