The result of a major power recognizing legitimacy is the complete failure of the information blockade formed by magicians and churches worldwide.

Moreover, the French government's attitude goes beyond simply recognizing the legitimacy of Jesus Christ; their stance on Jesus Christ can be described as "appeasement."

But Jesus Christ did not respond to their overtures, or even their act of returning the relics of Notre Dame to their rightful owners.

Just like when he was branded a fraud by the whole world, he showed no reaction whatsoever.

He didn't accept those things that he considered his own; he didn't know if he was Jesus Christ...

But he thought that even if the Holy Son were truly resurrected, he would never want to wear these things again.

I was tormented to death by these things because of the sins and suffering of humanity, and now you want me to wear them after I'm resurrected? That's utter nonsense, that's fucking insane!!

Even setting aside these nonsensical points, Jesus Christ would never have liked such mercenary things.

Even without mind reading, he could sense the ugliness, overflowing desires, and self-proclaimed clever schemes of those high-ranking officials and nobles. All of this disgusted him and made him want to destroy them!

However, his inner kindness and conscience restrained this thought—as a holy son, he should learn to forgive, to tolerate, and to give them a chance to correct their mistakes.

The Lord ignored all the invitations, and Jesus Christ walked through Paris in peace. He did not linger for a moment in the mansions of any dignitaries, nor did he offer any special treatment in any government office.

After rescuing everyone who needed help, he went directly to the homes of some of the people who had orchestrated those conspiracies and killed them.

This includes, but is not limited to, the heads of several political families, three of whom have Bonaparte surnames, and the three vice-presidents of the executive council, among other high-ranking and powerful figures.

They were all powerful figures who controlled French politics, and all of them were heavily guarded...

Furthermore, their plans all involve using others to ensure their own hands remain completely clean.

Just when they thought their actions were flawless and were preparing to feign a friendly encounter with this "holy son," Jesus Christ's actions were utterly pure—

I'll walk up to your door and kill you...

It's such a simple approach, yet it's precisely the most unbreakable. All that scheming and power plays is utterly meaningless in the face of such violence.

Jesus Christ didn't say much, but his followers revealed the good deeds of these conspirators for their Lord.

Of course, they had no evidence, but such things never need evidence.

When more than seven figures are willing to follow Jesus Christ, there is no need to consider any evidence or public opinion.

It was practically like a modern-day Crusade.

I say you are a sinner, and you are a sinner. I never need any reason. If I had to give a reason, it would be that I, Jesus Christ, could fucking kill you with one punch, and I, Jesus Christ, am that decisive saint!

Such an absolutely ruthless act, such decisiveness, is certainly not like the style of Jesus, who was nailed to the cross and never fought back until his death.

This directly dispelled the foolish ideas of those who secretly tried to morally blackmail and coerce this "reincarnation of the Holy Son"... because a person with such a decisive style would never be restrained by such a ridiculous threat!

With absolute power, absolute dictatorship, absolute miracles, and an absolute charm that draws people to follow, Jesus Christ makes all the rulers of the world tremble!

This includes the President of the United States, who, as president, was unable to do anything excessive to Jesus Christ.

Perhaps in most people's eyes, the United States is a country that is not religious and is open... but in reality, as a country where the president has to swear an oath according to the Bible before going to work... the United States, which follows Puritan rules, is actually the more conservative and strict one compared to Europe.

With the world's attention focused on Jesus Christ, and the other party having proven himself to be no fraud, the situation has become even more dire.

To publicly deny this "holy son" is tantamount to denying the legitimacy of one's own status as the supreme leader.

Although it was just a formality, he swore an oath in the Bible before moving into the White House.

Denying Jesus Christ, no matter how elaborate the accusations and slanders he may fabricate, will inevitably result in his being kicked out as soon as his term ends!

As for those financial groups, regardless of other races, Jewish financial groups would never turn against this holy son.

Even if he claimed to be Jesus Christ rather than the Messiah, the Jewish tycoons, who had deep ties with the church, knew perfectly well that there was no difference between the two.

They already had some members within their own ranks who were fanatically devoted to this holy son, and the result of rashly choosing to start a war was that their own ranks were torn apart first.

After the Beacon of Freedom chose to remain inactive, what choice did the giant red bear of the north make?

This winter was undoubtedly an extremely difficult one for the bear, marked by domestic political infighting, power struggles, the failure of ideals, economic collapse, and so on.

There's no need to discuss those irrelevant things. Undoubtedly, in the original history, this giant bear should have already disintegrated by now, halfway through December!

But he still exists.

This abnormal existence cast a shadow over the entire world.

Jesus Christ arrived at the Vatican...

After traversing France, Switzerland, and Croatia, this so-called holy son in the eyes of the world finally arrived at the country of the earthly theocratic representative whom he was "loyal" to.

The Papal States of Vatican City are more like a "district" within Rome than a country...

With 0.44 square kilometers of land and 618 permanent residents, in the eyes of most people, this is not a country at all... but merely a Catholic "great cathedral".

But this is indeed the core of the Holy Church, the foundation of the Roman Orthodox Church, and its status is equivalent to that of the Clock Tower and the Magician.

Even for the Roman Catholic Church, the "army" it can mobilize is not just the seemingly large population.

Just like these "knights" surrounding Jesus Christ at this very moment.

The Sovereign Order of Malta, the Sovereign Order of St. Pauli, the Sovereign Order of Santiago...

These renowned "knights" alone have recruited three thousand people here. Wielding heavy cannons and lances that have been blessed and sanctified through baptism and chanting, and wearing robes with blood-red cross tips, they are just like a modern-day Crusade.

At this moment, the Roman Catholic Church, which had already been attacked and its homeland invaded, no longer cared about the mysterious leak of rules. Pantheon X, filled with fear, only wanted to keep this "heretic" out of the Lord's Kingdom.

Faced with these knights, Jesus Christ continued to advance silently, even when the knight commanders denounced him as a heretic and raised their weapons.

But nowadays, Jesus Christ simply has no desire to have in-depth conversations with these things that distort and mislead faith.

"Step back!!"

Without hesitation, he unleashed his magnetic field power, which instantly captured the thoughts and souls of all the knights, like a vast net...

And those sacred objects that have been baptized and blessed are completely powerless in the face of his power!

Perhaps that shroud of Jesus' remains still useful, perhaps that fragment of the cross is still exerting its power... but Jesus Christ, wearing the crown of thorns, has completely disregarded the power of these sacred objects.

This is not just about the power of the magnetic field; it seems that he, now wearing the crown of thorns, has also acquired some of the "power" of these sacred objects that can be imbued with the miracles of suffering.

He didn't care; Jesus Christ, who constantly endured the suffering of the unfortunate, didn't care about these formalities.

He just wanted to set things right as soon as possible and resolve all the problems quickly!

The brutal and direct method forced these menacing knights to retreat and kneel on both sides.

No matter how humiliated and struggling they were, the fear and trembling in their hearts rendered them unable to move an inch.

Just like that, Jesus Christ stepped into St. Peter's Square. He frowned slightly, as if he had a vague feeling of displeasure.

Everything here gave him a strange sense of familiarity.

But he probably never came here. Whether he was really Jesus Christ or not, he shouldn't have had the opportunity to come to this place.

He chose to suppress his thoughts and silently moved forward, passing through the Sistine Chapel, the Vatican Museums, and the Palace of San Uffizi.

As he looked at these Baroque buildings, the strange and inexplicable sense of familiarity in his heart grew stronger, while at the same time he felt a series of stinging pains in his brain.

He didn't know the source of this feeling, but it must have been unpleasant, even more so than all the suffering he endured from the believers combined.

The priests and nuns stared at him with disbelief, some with hostility, others with anticipation, all eyes fixed on the man wearing the crown of thorns.

And the Holy Son eventually arrived at St. Peter's Basilica.

Gazing at the magnificent 45-meter-high hall, he walked through the corridor with the ease of someone who had been there countless times before, ignoring the royal guards who looked like they had seen a ghost.

His fingers gently traced the exquisite reliefs on the white marble pillars of the corridor, gazing at the 11 statues atop the vaulted ceiling, with Jesus Christ in the center. On either side stood a clock; the right clock displayed Greenwich Mean Time, and the left clock displayed Roman time.

He had never been here before, yet he knew everything about it.

A strange sense of familiarity, coupled with intense doubt, made this man, who had never shown any emotional change before, feel extremely uncomfortable. He took a deep breath and stepped into the church sanctuary.

His gaze no longer lingered on Michelangelo's magnificent domes and Bernini's bronze baldachin; he simply moved forward, through them, bathed in the golden light.

In the vast space of the temple, Jesus Christ, upon entering, received countless stares.

The cardinals, dressed in black and red robes, stared at him with eyes as blank as the dead, like flocks of crows.

On the papal throne, the Pope, dressed in white, holds his golden cross scepter and looks down upon Jesus Christ.

29. The Vatican Falls

What should your attitude be towards the god you always worship and believe in if he/she stands in front of you one day?

Especially when you have rejected him, slandered him, or even hurt him.

While reading the Bible stories, these spokespeople of God may have inwardly mocked Judas's shortsightedness, despised the Roman emperor's folly, and thought that if it were them, they would surely become apostles who could walk alongside the Lord and whose fame would endure forever.

However, when faced with reality and a conflict between interests and beliefs, the choices they make are no different from those of the people they despise.

Like Judas, they betrayed their Lord for personal gain.

Like Roman emperors, they attacked their own lord in order to assert their authority.

They are like those despicable Jewish priests, constantly distorting the Lord's deeds for their own benefit.

And they are undoubtedly more despicable than Judas and the Roman emperors, destined for hell... because they call themselves God's shepherds, yet they have committed such heinous acts; they call themselves God's earthly agents of grace, yet they are constantly creating false scriptures.

Looking at the silent man beneath him, the Tenth Protector slowly rose from his throne. In truth, at this point, he had no more trump cards left.

It is the Holy Church, the Roman Catholic Church, not some kind of luminous papacy like those in novels.

They can't summon angels, and they don't have a god backing them up—or rather, if they really had a god behind them, they wouldn't be so arrogant as they are now.

Not to mention, when the Holy Son is born, wouldn't they want him to die more than anyone else in the world?

At this moment, Pius X, who was leaning his scepter against his seat, seemed to have shed all his sacred aura.

As the secular leader of the church, he walked down the steps slowly, just like an ordinary old man.

He came before Jesus Christ, without kneeling or begging for forgiveness, but instead, in the tone of an old man, slowly and deeply asked…

"Are you... really the Holy Son?"

This is the question he has always really wanted to ask.

His interests, his stance, and his identity demanded that he deny the person before him was the true Holy Son… But what did the real Pius X, as a believer, think?

Does he really hope that the Holy Son will descend, or does he hope that he is just a fraud?

He didn't know the answer to this question, not even after he relinquished his position as Pope... Perhaps he had been bound by his duties and stance for far too long.

"I do not know."

Jesus Christ answered, calmly and simply addressing the Pope's question...

“It is only because my followers call me that that I do not remember who I am or where I come from… but since they call me that, I will call myself Jesus Christ.”

"Then why do you go and do good deeds?" the Pope couldn't help but ask curiously.

Does doing good deeds need a reason?

"Don't you need it?"

Do you need it?

Jesus Christ's calm and earnest answer might have been interpreted by the Pope as hypocrisy, a cover for some ulterior motive, if it had been someone else, but in the presence of the person before him…

Those followers who practically blocked Rome from entering the Vatican would tell him that those who were originally staunch believers in the Church but ultimately turned completely to Jesus Christ would tell him—

Their Lord went on his journey, doing good deeds without ever taking a penny or asking for any faith; he simply did good.

Like a righteous man of God, the embodiment of benevolence, his actions need no explanation of desire or reason.

Pius X stared blankly for a long time, then a bitter expression appeared on his face. They had failed; the Roman Orthodox Church—no, the entire Church of Christ—had failed utterly from the very beginning.

Whether physically or mentally, or even in the understanding of doctrine...

At the heart of the Vatican, which boasts 13 billion believers, the purpose of their Lord's guidance has long been forgotten: the coming of the Son, the parting of the sea by Moses…

When St. George slew the dragon, were they thinking about helping others or expanding the church's influence?

Without a doubt, it must be the former.

Because acts of sacrifice made for personal gain or purpose... in their doctrine, cannot be considered "dedication" at all.

If we use this standard to forcibly interpret their saints as acting with the purpose of enlightening the world, then wouldn't that mean that their saints have to go to hell to atone for their sins after death?

That would probably be the real joke of hell.

Pius X relinquished his scepter and his power. The existence of the Vatican Papacy ended there, or rather, his selection was no longer decided by cardinals and the various churches.

When the Son of God returns, the Pope will no longer be necessary... After all, they are merely agents of God's will on earth, while the Son of God represents God himself.
