29. The Vatican Falls

What should your attitude be towards the god you always worship and believe in if he/she stands in front of you one day?

Especially when you have rejected him, slandered him, or even hurt him.

And they are undoubtedly more despicable than Judas and the Roman emperors, destined for hell... because they call themselves God's shepherds, yet they have committed such heinous acts; they call themselves God's earthly agents of grace, yet they are constantly creating false scriptures.

Looking at the silent man beneath him, the Tenth Protector slowly rose from his throne. In truth, at this point, he had no more trump cards left.

It is the Holy Church, the Roman Catholic Church, not some kind of luminous papacy like those in novels.
