He changed Tiwat

After that, his consciousness should have returned to his body—and Han Fulai would have been liberated from this "pure land" in the same way.
So he forcibly remained in this memory, delaying his return.
This place is his "Manas consciousness," his "ego-attachment," and the "root of his consciousness."
The doll in the "Borrowed Scenery Pavilion" that Han Fulai first saw was when he was at his "purest" and "weakest".
But after constantly experiencing his past, his obsession, or rather his ego, has become increasingly powerful—like a process of transforming from a "human" to a "superman."
Moreover, his soul consciousness can "evolve" even further... He was only one step away from taking that step anyway.
According to the "Doctor's" plan, he came to Inazuma's Evil Eye Factory to absorb the "evil spirits" in the factory. In reality, he was absorbing a huge amount of demonic remnants and devouring the divine essence left behind by the sea serpent god Orobas.
Orobas's deepest remaining emotion is resentment, and the most profound emotion in his past experiences is also resentment.
By resonating with the resentment of the remnants of Orobas here, he can complete the final step of his ascension from "demigod" to "demon god".
Although the "Doctor" said that he had arranged a collaborator for him in the Sumeru Cult Academy to collect the "individual unconsciousness" of all the people of Sumeru and complete the final soul sublimation... if Han Fulai is not defeated here, all the follow-up will cease to exist.
Even if it's a forced upgrade, even if he can't become a "perfect god," he will still overwhelm his opponent here.
As the "scattered soldier" raised his head, a huge purple wheel appeared behind his head—a Brahma wheel.
The wheel has two meanings: one is rotation, and the other is destruction. Through the rotation of the Four Noble Truths, it destroys and breaks down delusions, and can both destroy and bring peace.
The Brahma wheel began to turn, and all his past "dust" began to disappear in this "pure land".
Each individual from the past returns to a single consciousness, merging countless thoughts into one.
He will forget Yoshiyoshi Kaedehara, Nagahide Niwa, Nagamasa Mikoto, Katsuragi, and that child.
All troubles will disappear... just like his enemies.
The bodies of the "scattered soldiers" rose slowly into the air, as if seated on a lotus throne, with a solemn and dignified appearance.
Faced with the actions of the "scattered soldiers," Han Fulai made no move, simply standing there and watching quietly.
The Brahma wheel behind the "scattered soldier's" head spun faster and faster, and thunder began to rumble throughout the land.
Purple thunderclouds covered the sky above Han Fulai's head. Perhaps in the next instant, a bolt of lightning would strike and reduce him to ashes.
Han Fulai finally made a move.
They moved their mouths.
"I say... Yae no Kyouji, how long are you going to wait before you make a move?"
No one responded.
Han Fulai made another move.
He raised his hand and tapped the pocket on his left chest.
His soul form was the same as when he transmigrated, wearing the same plaid shirt and jeans. Just like when he transmigrated, he had no cell phone, wallet, keys, or anything else on him, but he had something he didn't have before—a protective charm.
The amulet was made by hand by Yae no Miko, the chief priest of Narukami Taisha Shrine.
A lazy voice rang out: "Little one, when you ask someone for a favor, you should use polite language."
Han Fulai twitched the corner of his mouth: "...Lord Gongsi?"
The goddess's voice was very dissatisfied: "You should say 'Oh my god, Onii-chan'."
"..."
Han Fulai twitched the corner of his mouth again.
Alright, considering you're already five hundred years old...
He called out softly, "Please help me... Yae-nee-nee."
"uh-huh."
A pink-clad figure suddenly appeared before him.
For a fleeting moment, he seemed to see a large, white, furry tail... and four tails at that.
The next instant, a bolt of purple lightning struck down.
The thunder was in the shape of a fox.
This is the cyclical fate of the world (Part 1)
This article is a research on the Teyvat worldview of "reincarnation", the Sumeru Buddhist philosophy, and the background story of the "scatterers".
The main point is to talk about things in the main text of this book that are limited to the perspective of the male protagonist, Xiao Han, and are not convenient to discuss, but which do exist in the Genshin Impact world view and are very helpful in understanding the plot of Inazuma and Sumeru.
I. The Cycle of Teyvat
First of all, I want everyone to know that the fact that the Teyvat world is in a "cycle" is not a new thing. Its foreshadowing was already implemented in the game as early as version 1.0, and every player has it in their inventory.
—Relic, the Four Elements Ritual Crown: "The One Who Worships Ice", "The One Who Worships Fire", "The One Who Worships Water", "The One Who Worships Thunder".
According to the text descriptions of the Crown of Respect artifacts, time begins with the civilization of the Ice Crown of Respect, "the breath gradually weakens, and the earth is frozen forever"; then comes the civilization of the Fire Crown of Respect, "the frozen land begins to thaw, and the fire is first lit"; then comes the civilization of the Water Crown of Respect, "the old fire is about to go out, and the sweet rain begins to fall"; and finally comes the cycle of the Thunder Crown of Respect, "the rivers and seas dry up, and the thunder begins to freeze".
It starts with "ice", ends with "thunder", and then returns to "ice".
The seven kingdoms are arranged according to elements, in the order of "Winter Ancient Civilization", "Nata Ancient Civilization", "Fontaine Ancient Civilization" and "Inazuma Ancient Civilization".
So why did Raiden really die? And why does Raiden's movies pursue "eternity"?
In fact, it's all related to this cycle of reincarnation. (We'll discuss this in the novel, so we won't reveal the mystery here.)
All you need to know here is that the fact that Teyvat is in a cycle of reincarnation is an initial setting that existed in version 1.0.
The writers of Genshin Impact hid all this information in peripheral details such as artifact texts, weapon texts, or character introductions, never mentioning it directly in the story. Therefore, until Sumeru introduced the "Birthday Festival of the Flower Goddess of Reincarnation," this setting was still considered a "hidden setting."
I personally started playing in version 2.3 in 2022, which was the Inazuma version. And I discovered this setting in the Inazuma version as well.
The screenwriter hid the reincarnation concept in the synopsis of this ridiculous movie:
[She severs the cluttered delusions of the mundane world, solely to reverse the entanglements of birth and death. She is neither truly understood nor deigned to be seen through… General, she is truly a contradictory person. —Fox Abode Palace.]
It was here that the screenwriter first introduced the concept of "reincarnation." Lei's film aims to "reverse the entanglement of birth and death in the cycle of reincarnation."
So the country girl isn't actually as simple as she seems, just being withdrawn. Although her political skills are just as terrible as her cooking, her motivations are quite noble... Like the "stragglers," they are essentially "wanting to be saviors but going astray."
In the description of the Thunder General Doll instance, the text describes the doll general as follows:
The doll that embodies the powers of the Thunder General, in the form it takes when confronting an enemy that threatens "eternity".
As an assistant to Lei's films in practicing "eternity," she has never questioned or feared anything, and has always given her all without any distractions.
She had heard that in the era of truth and shadow, shadow bore similar responsibilities to her and experienced many painful losses.
When the two shadows overlap, all she can see are the countless fine chisel marks left on her supposedly eternal will. Since fate is destined to be a cycle, let us declare war on it, as promised.
Although no related content appears in the plot, it is evident in the background settings of both Lei's movie and the Puppet General that they are fighting against "reincarnation".
Next is the Sumeru version. In addition to the title "The Flower Goddess's Birthday Festival of Reincarnation", the little grass god also made a wonderful analogy in the story, saying that "perhaps the whole of Teyvat is a long Flower Goddess's Birthday Festival".
Although Nasita here does not explicitly mention "reincarnation," it essentially conveys that meaning.
Then, in the famous long-running quest "The Forest Book," during the "Torch of the True Dharma" quest, the Lannaror also explained the existence of "reincarnation" to the traveler in the Lannaror language, and what they said was closer to the essence:
Lanaga: I don't know the language of Nala. "Memory," dead, frozen, many of Nala thought. "Memory" will be lost, many of Nala thought.
Lanagara: But it is actually alive, flowing, and will not disappear... It needs to be nourished.
Lanaga: There are "dreams" because there are "memories." "Memory" is nourished, therefore there is "life."
Note the phrase "'Memory' is nourished, therefore it has 'life'." This is the essence of life on the continent of Teyvat—it's all just memory information. (That's why Zhongli treats the Traveler as a backup hard drive in the legendary quest, telling her to remember everything.)
In the subsequent plot, in order to save Wuyu Yimo, who was corrupted by Wuluo Tuo, we witnessed these Lannaras sacrificing their memories.
For them, losing their memories is tantamount to "death".
Because the Lannaras are divine beings, they can accumulate memories again even after losing them, akin to rebirth. For humans, however, this is simply "wear and tear."
Where did those lost memories go?
The answer is ley lines and the World Tree.
The ley lines and the World Tree are an information network that preserves the memories of all souls.
This was foreshadowed in the description of the small prop, the "parametric qualitative change instrument":
Everything above and below ground is in a cycle; memories and elements constantly surge within the earth's veins; decaying sunset fruits return to the dust, and trees growing from the soil will one day bear shimmering fruit.
The Lanaro have lost their memories, but at the same time, their memories remain forever, preserved in the ley lines and the World Tree.
Therefore, the core of the "Forest Book" quest is this sentence—
"The forest remembers everything."
Daines Reeb's introductory text includes the line: "This is the cyclical fate of the world."
The story of the Ice Ritual Crown also mentions: "All prosperity, of course, comes to an end. But this does not mean there is no eternity. At the end of the cycle, the earth will once again welcome spring. Therefore, 'eternity' is cyclical."
Additionally, in the daily quests of Sumeru, there's a doctor named Zakaria in the "House of Health." If you talk to him, he'll say, "The 'Art of Healing' is the result of the sages intervening in the cycle of life's flourishing and decay under the guidance of the gods."
Therefore, the story of Genshin Impact is actually full of traces of "reincarnation", and this trace is already very obvious in the Sumeru storyline.
However, up to the Sumeru version, the story has not yet definitively proven that the entire Teyvat is in a cycle of reincarnation.
Where does the real evidence appear? In Fontaine version 4.2, the storyline mentions the ancient civilization of Remuria (i.e., ancient Rome) of Fontaine.
Remus, the founder of Remuria, was originally a god in the ancient Sumeru Desert and the master of a small city-state in an oasis.
But with the arrival of the Red King Ahmar and his conquering hooves sweeping across Mount Sumeru, Remus, like other ancient Sumeru demons, was defeated and lost his homeland. (This can be compared to the sea god Orobas; Remus was also a demon exiled in the same way.)
So Remus drifted to the other side of the sea, to Fontainebleau, then a wild and untamed land. Heartbroken, Remus jumped into the sea to commit suicide, but unexpectedly stumbled upon an ancient, forgotten city beneath the abyss, a city unrecorded in history. There, Remus saw an ancient, silvery-white tree, and the golden bees fluttering around it spoke prophetic words to the traveler from afar.
This was the first encounter between the Supreme Remus, who would later play the symphony, and the prophet Sybil.
The key figure is this "Prophet Sybil." In the Fontaine main storyline, "The Harmonious Narrative," when Cassiodorus (the cat, Mr. Us) mentions Sybil, he refers to her as "a survivor from the last cycle." Therefore, the ancient civilization submerged at the bottom of Fontaine is the civilization of the era of the "Water Worshippers," a sacred relic.
The story clearly states that the ancient civilization of Fontaine experienced cycles of destruction and resurgence, and the destruction of Remuria was also destined by this cycle.
Then comes the most substantial and direct evidence: the Narcissus Cross Society storyline in Fontaine.
René, the genius of the Narcissus Cross Society of Fontainebleau, the "Transcendent," wrote the following in his notebook:
[The rise and fall of nations, the extinction of civilizations followed by the emergence of new ones—this is what the book calls "Fortuna" (destiny)... Although it's quite crude, it seems to share many theoretical similarities with the computational model I derived and named "World Scale"...]
The Narcissistic Cross believes that people are constantly perfected through cycles of reincarnation. Previous cycles include Hyperion, Natalantia, Remuria, and the fourth cycle (Clauaria), which is currently halfway through.
Please note that this name was simply given by the Narcissistic Cross in conjunction with ancient texts, and that this evolution refers to the evolution of the soul, and is not intended to offend the research findings of the Church Council.
The human spirit has experienced the loss of Paradise, the victory over the dragon, original sin and baptism, and finally gained freedom from God.
Okay, the Narcissus Cross has directly pointed out that Teyvat is undergoing a cycle of reincarnation, and it is currently in the middle of the fourth cycle, corresponding to the order of the four crowns, which is the era of the "Thunder God"—so the Thunder movie is actually quite important, including the death of her sister, which is a result of the cycle.
Next, let's analyze the four cycles that Teyvat experiences.
II. Four Cycles
The text from the Narcissus Cross Society above contains the term "generation of reincarnation":
Hyperborea
Natlantean
Remuria
Khraun-Arya
These four terms correspond to the concept of "Root Races" in the "Theosophy" of our world.
According to the worldview theory created by Helena Blavatsky, the founder of Theosophy and a mystic—the Lady Helena from FGO—humans on the planet can be divided into seven "root races".
This "root race" does not refer to the races of "yellow" or "white" people, nor to any ethnic group, but rather to the "evolutionary stages" that humanity as a whole has experienced. The periods associated with these "root races" were later termed "epochs" by theosophists.
According to the evolutionary order in Theosophy, the first race was called "Polarians." At that time, the newly formed planet was still cooling down, and life forms were composed of pure ether matter.
As we discussed in our research article "Alchemy and Hermeticism in Genshin Impact," "Aether" was originally a substance conceived by the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle, listed alongside earth, water, fire, and wind as one of the five elements. It is also the source of the name "Ethernet" that we use today.
According to theosophy, humans were originally made of ether. Do you know what that means?
— Representing the travelers, Sora and Hikari's true identities are "Gekijin," "Primordial People" composed of ethereal matter.
Previous physicists, following Aristotle's theory, assumed that the ether was the medium in the propagation of light and named it "Luminiferous aether".
This is the origin of the names of the traveler siblings, Aether and Lumine.
This is why they can freely use elemental power and are even qualified to "ascend the throne" in place of the Heavenly Law.
As you may have noticed, the earrings change color depending on which element the Traveler switches to. In the game, the Anti-Original earrings are white.
