I caught a Pokémon

Although the Fighting-type Strength is effective against the Rock-type Onix, Shiba's Onix is no ordinary creature and cannot be judged by conventional standards.

First of all, judging from its appearance, this Onix is enormous, even larger than Xia You's Crystal Steelix. Under its right eye, there is a cross-shaped scar, which adds to its ferocious look.

In addition, its larger size naturally gives it greater strength; compared to its size, its strength only reaches its lower abdomen!

Therefore, it is a big mistake to think that you can easily defeat it just by having an attribute advantage.

Speaking of which, Shiba had captured this giant Onix a long time ago. Its first appearance dates back to when Ash challenged the Indigo League.

At that time, Ash and Misty came to Mt. Mia nearby in order to seek guidance from Shiba. They witnessed Shiba personally fighting against Onix and, with his agile skills, subdued Onix with his bare hands, eventually making Onix willingly surrender to Shiba.

After that, Onix stayed with Shiba as he caught Pokémon. Although it wasn't his main Pokémon, it was one of Shiba's most frequently used Pokémon for a long time, so it can be said to be very powerful.

Therefore, no one dares to underestimate a Pokémon like this.

Cai Dou was naturally unaware of these things, but judging from her opponent's physique and the fact that he was a trainer, she was clearly not being careless at all. Nevertheless, facing challenges head-on has always been her style!

No matter how strong the opponent is, she will not back down!

Under the watchful eyes of Xia You and Xiao Yao, as Machamp rapidly approached, the two Pokémon finally clashed.

It's clear that Bea's Strength has been trained quite well. Despite its relatively small size, its four arms unleash tremendous power and presence!

It skillfully unleashed a variety of powerful Fighting-type moves, launching them at Onix.

At the same time, Onix moved its massive body and rammed into Machamp.

Close combat is undoubtedly the most brutal of all fighting methods!

Perhaps due to their similar styles, both trainers chose to go head-to-head, without either trying to wear each other down. It could be said that from the very first move, they brought the battle into its most exciting phase.

Just as the powerful punches were about to hit Onix, Onix's impact arrived.

With no other option, the monstrous strength had to abandon its attack and jump aside to temporarily avoid the brunt of the attack.

However, Onix had clearly anticipated this move. After its head charged forward, its massive tail swept across, smashing the protruding rocks on the uneven ground and continuing to sweep towards Machamp with tremendous force.

In the blink of an eye, the monstrous strength immediately stretched out four hands to defend itself.

Despite the huge size difference between the two, with their equally immense strength, Machamp managed to withstand Onix's sweeping attack with a muffled groan!

This made Shiba look at Ayadou with new respect.

He knew all too well the power of his Onix, and since capturing it, he had never seen any Pokémon with the power to rival it. So how could he not be surprised to see a Machamp able to stop it?

Despite knowing that the visitors were hostile, he still raised Cai Dou's danger level by one level at this moment!

After blocking Onix's sweeping attack, Machamp suddenly exerted its strength. As it grabbed Onix's tail, it pulled hard, dragging Onix's huge body away from its original spot!

Although the giant onyx struggled, it was hampered by the lack of hands and feet, which rendered it powerless to resist effectively despite its strength. It could only watch helplessly as it was pulled closer and closer!

"What astonishing power!"

Upon seeing this, Xiaoyao couldn't help but exclaim in surprise. She never expected that her body, which didn't seem to have particularly high strength, actually contained such terrifying power!

It can even drag a giant onyx snake that is many times larger than it!

Is this a Fighting-type Pokémon?

It's amazing!

Although May was amazed by the strength of the giant snake, it was clear that Onix would not sit idly by in the face of this situation.

Suddenly, it coiled its body, its huge head opened its mouth wide, and turned to bite at the monster!

Forced by Onix's attack, Machamp had no choice but to abandon the opportunity it had just gained, leaping to the side to confront Onix head-on once again.

This was truly a closely contested battle.

From the beginning until now, the two Pokémon have fought several rounds, but neither has been able to gain any advantage.

However, this battle did not last long. Just when May thought that the two Pokémon would continue to fight evenly, the situation suddenly changed.

As predicted before the match, close-quarters combat will undoubtedly make this battle extremely intense.

The exchange just now was only a microcosm; in the next second, the pace of the battle suddenly accelerated again.

This time, the two Pokémon clashed head-on, neither of them dodging or backing down. They fought to the death, both of them injured and bleeding profusely!

Finally, after their final clash and the mutual damage they had endured, Onix's massive body collapsed with a thud.

"You won?"

Seeing this, Xiao Yao's eyes widened, and then she looked at Xia You in confusion.

"Brother Xia You, didn't Miss Cai Dou perform exceptionally well? She actually defeated Onix!"

Unexpectedly, Xia You sighed at this moment.

"It seems like we've won, but in reality we've already lost."

Hearing Xia You say that, Xiao Yao was immediately puzzled: "What does that mean?"

"Can't you see?" Xia You said softly, "Machonic is one of Bea's ace Pokémon, but even with some restraint, it took so much effort to defeat this Onix, which isn't even a main force for Shiba, and it even got itself badly injured. In this state, it's already too weak to fight anymore, and defeat is practically certain."

"This..." After Xia You's analysis, Xiao Yao also felt that this was not worthwhile, and hesitated, "Could it be that Miss Cai Dou and Mr. Shiba are such different?"

"That's not entirely true," Xia You said meaningfully. "Actually, these people from the Galar region also possess another fighting method. If they used that power, this battle wouldn't have taken so long; it would have ended much sooner."

Another way of fighting?

Xiaoyao's heart skipped a beat: "Then why doesn't she use it?"

Xia You smiled and said, "Because this kind of power is not allowed in non-Galar regions, and in other regions, there are actually no conditions to use it."

Hearing this, Haruka understood that Bea could only unleash her full power in the Galar region!

Is there something unusual about the Galar region?

Just as the two were talking, Bea and Shiba simultaneously recalled their Pokémon and sent out their second team.

As two blue lights flashed, their second Pokémon also made their appearance at the same moment.

First, let's look at Bea's Pokémon, which is Octopod, the same Pokémon she has used before. Shiba's second team is a Hitmonchan.

Both of these Pokémon are Fighting-type, so there is no real advantage or disadvantage between them, which goes without saying. However, in terms of their physical structure, one of them is like an octopus with eight tentacles and looks quite soft, while the other looks very strong and has the ability of a boxer. This makes the battle a contest of softness versus hardness, entanglement versus speed.

Xia You also glanced at Cai Dou's expression at that moment.

Her expression remained unchanged, but a hint of caution could be seen in her eyes.

really……

Sheba is putting too much pressure on her.

Adding to her performance just now, despite winning, Ace Strength's state clearly made her realize that her situation was not very good.

But no matter how the first game went, all our attention should now be focused on the second game!

Setting aside all distractions, Aya gave the order to attack once again.

However, compared to Octopus Warrior, Quick Fist was obviously faster. Before Octopus Warrior could even make a move, it had already taken a step and rushed towards Octopus Warrior!

As soon as the two Pokémon got close, the battle immediately began!

Quick-Punchman unleashed a barrage of lightning-fast punches at Octopus Martial Artist, who, not to be outdone, simultaneously swung his four tentacles, which served as arms, to block all of Quick-Punchman's attacks.

All I can say is that the punching speed that Fast Punchman was so proud of was completely rendered useless by these tentacles.

No matter how it attacked, using sonic punches, vacuum waves, and bullet punches in turn, it couldn't break through the Octopus Warrior's defense. In fact, it was caught off guard and attacked by several of the Octopus Warrior's other tentacles, and was forced to retreat several steps!

With their strengths roughly equal, this time, it truly encountered its natural enemy.

In the end, the Octopus Martial Artist even seized a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, using the binding technique to firmly fix Quick Fist Lang in place and strangle him relentlessly, actually managing to strangle Quick Fist Lang unconscious in one go!

Before the match, no one expected it to end like this.

The Octopus Martial Artist easily defeated the Fast-Punching Man!

It's still Shiba's Fast Punch Man!

This also means that in this battle where softness overcomes hardness, the Octopus Martial Artist ultimately emerged victorious.

However, while the quick victory in the second match was a pleasant surprise, Shiba immediately retaliated, showing these guys what the true strength of the Four Heavenly Kings was!

This time, Shiba also sent out a super-strong creature.

However, this Machamp is no ordinary Pokémon. It seems to be one of Shiba's main Pokémon. As soon as it entered the battle, it showed great strength and defeated three Pokémon in succession, including Octopod!

It can be said that he single-handedly tilted the scales of victory in Shiba's favor!

This caused Aya to frown deeply, while Haruka was also greatly shocked.

One against three...

And to achieve a 1v3 victory against three opponents in Cai Dou's lineup is just too amazing!

Although Machamp eventually seemed exhausted and unable to continue fighting due to Bea's Pokémon's tenacious counterattack, the fact that it could accomplish such a feat in battle shows that Machamp's strength is definitely at the main force level!

This immediately turned the situation on the field unfavorable for Cai Dou.

At this point, after being defeated by three Pokémon in succession, she only had Machamp in a precarious state and two Pokémon that had not yet appeared.

On the other hand, although Shiba's super strength is no longer enough to fight, it still has three more units that have not yet appeared. In terms of numbers, Shiba is undoubtedly in the lead.

The most important thing is morale!

And who knows what kind of powerful Pokémon will appear next in Shiba's lineup?

Chapter 913 Looking forward to seeing you again

The score is now 3-4.

As you can see, faced with this situation, Bea frowned slightly, feeling quite troubled, but still took out her fifth Poké Ball.

With a flash of blue light, her wrestling eagle appeared in the arena.

At the same time, Shiba withdrew his super strength and sent out a spinning boy—Hensou.

Since he had never dealt with Shiba before, he couldn't really comment on this War Dancer. However, Xia You had seen Cai Dou's wrestling hawkman more than once before, so he had a general understanding of its strength.

In short, among all of Bebe's lineups, this wrestling hawkman is not among the strongest; he is merely at a mid-level and his performance is not particularly consistent.

Sending out such a Pokémon, especially at such a critical moment, is undoubtedly very risky.

But as the battle began, Bea and her Hawthorn showed Xia You what the indomitable perseverance and spirit of Fighting-type Pokémon were!

It's clear that the Hitmonlee that it was fighting was also very strong, but with a tenacious fighting spirit, the Wrestling Hawkman performed exceptionally well, going head-to-head with Hitmonlee and fighting to the very last moment. With its body covered in wounds, it won the battle!

This is undoubtedly good news for Rainbow Bean!

This also makes it seem like the battle has returned to the same starting line.

However, this balance of power also harbors hidden dangers.

That is, although Bea still has three Pokémon left to use, both her Machamp and her Hawlucha are severely depleted of stamina and simply cannot withstand another high-intensity battle. They are truly exhausted.

On the other hand, although Shiba only has two Pokémon left that have not yet appeared, both of them have extremely high stamina and have the opportunity to create another famous scene of 'one defeating three'.

But no matter what, Ayaka's opponent was one of the Four Heavenly Kings, and to be able to fight Shiba like this, she has already performed very well.

And if you really fight to the very end, there is still a chance to win!

"You're really amazing." At this moment, after recalling the unconscious Hitmonlee, Shiba looked at Bea with admiration on his face. "I can say that you are the most powerful Fighting-type trainer I have ever met!"

This is the praise of the Four Heavenly Kings, something that ordinary people can't possibly receive!

Unfortunately, Cai Dou was not good with words when faced with his praise. She was cold on the outside but warm on the inside, so she naturally wouldn't reciprocate with a few words of praise like Xia You did. She just looked at Shiba calmly.

This made the atmosphere a bit awkward.

Fortunately, Shiba has lived to a ripe old age and is well-informed. He knows many trainers with very different personalities and doesn't mind these things. In fact, he himself is not the talkative type.

He simply continued, "For someone your age to already possess such strength in Pokémon is quite remarkable. Given time, you will naturally become even stronger, and surpassing me is only a matter of time."

It was clear that Shiba really thought highly of Aya and recognized her strength. But as the saying goes, sometimes personality really does determine everything. Faced with Shiba's praise, Aya's face remained unchanged, and she simply nodded slightly.

Even Shiba was starting to lose face.

Why are you being so cold when you're here to challenge yourself?

But for Ayaka, nodding to someone she's meeting for the first time is already a very friendly gesture!

Seeing this, Xia You coughed lightly and explained for her, "Besides being a Fighting-type trainer, Cai Dou is also a gym leader."

"The owner?"
