"Calm down!"
"Let me calm down!"
"Wait!"
Don't kick that spot!
The boy suddenly opened his eyes and let out a painful cry of helplessness.
After a long while, the aloof girl with long, dark hair knelt down and returned to her original position, her flat chest heaving violently as she stared fiercely at the boy beneath her.
"Little cutie, are you calm now?" Cheng Fei looked at her with his hands raised in surrender as he lay flat on his back.
The girl's physical attributes were pitifully low. No matter how she attacked with her frail, thin legs and small feet, as long as it wasn't aimed at vital points, she could remain completely unfazed.
Shen Xi calmed her breathing, her stubborn lips tightly closed, her hands gripping his shoulders slowly and forcefully, her beautiful yet cold face thoughtful.
Then, the girl suddenly lay down as if it were a routine meeting, wrapped her arms around the boy's neck and buried her face in his chest. Her slender body relaxed, making their bodies fit together, as if a light, ink-black blanket was covering him.
"What does this mean? Has your personality switched?" Cheng Fei asked in surprise.
"Tell me your attribute values." Shen Xi punched his shoulder, not looking up, her voice muffled.
"I won't talk to you unless you accept the conditions. I'm a very principled person, unless you call me husband directly." The young man said seriously.
"..." The girl's voice was as soft as a mosquito's buzz.
"Teacher Shen, the volume is too low, I can't hear you."
"I accept!" The girl punched him again, raising her voice, her tone very unhappy. "I knew he'd ask for this sooner or later. This rebellious Cheng Feiyu, this audacious trash, this hopeless rat..."
As he spoke, his pace gradually quickened.
"Teacher Shen, stop for a moment. I've already scolded you once." Cheng Fei quickly patted her on the back.
The girl shut her mouth and fell silent.
"So if I was mentally prepared, why did I go through all this trouble..." the boy muttered to himself.
"What did you say?" the girl asked coldly.
"It's nothing, shall we just say that?" The boy coughed lightly.
The girl paused for a second, then said, "On the premise that you keep your promise. If you dare to take this opportunity to do something disgusting to me, you know the consequences yourself."
"I will absolutely not forgive you, don't worry, I won't." The boy said with a completely open and honest expression.
"Also, there will absolutely never be a second time like this. This time you're just barely accepting it. Don't even think about what will happen in the future. If you dare to make such disgusting demands again, you might as well die." The girl gripped his shoulders tighter, her rounded nails digging into his flesh.
"As expected of Her Majesty the Empress, she never gives an inch." Cheng Fei nodded seriously, then paused, "Now I'll tell you my attribute values. I'll only say it once; with your intelligence, you should be able to remember it clearly, right?"
"Speak," Shen Xi said, her face buried in her hands.
"Intelligence, Charisma, and Agility are all nine points, Strength and Endurance are eight, Perception is six, and Luck is three. That's all." The boy hugged the girl in his arms tighter and gently stroked her back.
The girl propped herself up and looked up to meet his gaze, a look of shock on her face. "How could he be so tall?!"
"Anyway, that's the truth." Cheng Fei casually brushed aside her falling hair.
Shen Xi stared intently at the boy, her brows furrowed and her eyes darting around anxiously.
Cheng Fei met her gaze, wondering what she would deduce from it.
The girl suddenly punched the boy's shoulder hard, her voice cold and displeased, "So this is the real reason why you're so powerful in the corridor, and you were spouting nonsense to me before!"
The boy didn't react for a moment, "Huh?"
"You said the character would become stronger if they didn't die, how are you going to argue now?" Shen Xi stared intently at him.
Cheng Fei sighed helplessly, "Although it's kind of cute that I made you feel like you were tricked, these two things don't seem to contradict each other, do they?"
The girl's eyes narrowed, and she lowered her head, lost in thought, muttering to herself, "Could it be that not dying increases attributes? No, the attributes on my and that fox spirit's stats haven't changed at all..."
The boy gazed silently at that delicate and beautiful face, feeling that he couldn't find a single flaw from any angle.
"Cheng Fei." The girl suddenly looked up at him.
"what?"
"Answer me, what were your attribute values before we first met?" The girl's sharp gaze seemed to see right through him.
The boy remained calm. "Is there even a need to ask?"
“Answer my question directly.” The girl gripped his shoulders, leaned down, and looked him in the eye.
Cheng Fei gazed into those pure, dark eyes, thought for a moment, and said softly, "Shen Xi, kiss me now and I'll tell you."
As she finished speaking, the girl's lips curled into a victorious smile. "No need. Not wanting to answer is an answer in itself."
The boy sighed and looked up at the ceiling. "Little cutie, you can keep doing whatever you want just because I like you."
Shen Xi stared at him expressionlessly, paused for a second, then stubbornly leaned forward to meet his gaze, pressing her forehead against his so that their faces were completely touching. In a tone that revealed neither joy nor anger, she said, "Trash, so I will reward you."
The boy caught a whiff of her pleasant, faint fragrance and glanced sideways. "I think your Protoss Queen is quite despicable, isn't she?"
The girl maintained her gaze into his eyes, thought for a moment, and continued, "If you hadn't had such high attribute values to begin with, everything would make sense."
"What makes sense?" Cheng Fei asked curiously.
"Your attributes are all stolen from others. Your intelligence and charm are stolen from me, and your agility is stolen from Ye Shuang..." The girl's face was full of confidence.
"Here we go again, my narcissistic little darling," the boy sighed.
The girl ignored him and continued her analysis, "But my perception is only six points, why? And my luck is only three points, that's pitifully low..."
"Hey!"
"Never mind, none of that matters..." The girl pondered for a moment, her delicate brows furrowing slightly, and her small lips parted slightly, "Cheng Fei, so how exactly did you do it?"
"What do you mean?" The boy was forced to keep his eyes on her.
“Project your own changes in ability onto the character.” The girl’s eyes narrowed slightly.
The boy opened his mouth, "Little cutie, I think your conclusion is a bit too impulsive and arbitrary, although you've always thought this way."
"Otherwise, how do you explain the changes in your attribute values?"
"Are you so sure my attribute values have changed? And couldn't it be that the character's abilities were projected onto me?"
“If the attribute values haven’t changed, you should have just admitted it. The only reason you’re unwilling to answer is that you don’t want me to deduce more information from this. Besides, you live on Earth, so the character’s performance can be easily adjusted by the corridor. The obvious facts are right in front of you, and Cheng Feiyu’s attempts to cover it up are meaningless.” Shen Xi glared at him.
"Yes, whatever makes you happy." The boy kept his eyes down, seemingly oblivious to his surroundings.
"Look me in the eyes and don't look away." The girl nudged him with her forehead, her tone leaving no room for argument.
"Isn't that a bit too controlling?" The boy had no choice but to comply.
Shen Xi ignored him, looked into his eyes and continued, "But no matter what, to change a character's attributes, you need to get access to the corridor first. How is that possible?"
"Yes, how could that be? It's really strange," the boy exclaimed.
“There are only two ways,” the girl said seriously. “First, you are one of the avalanche participants.”
"I told you not to be so suspicious, my little cutie."
“Secondly, you are a Protoss Apostle.” The girl’s tone was certain.
The boy was taken aback. "Your Majesty, am I not one now?"
“What I mean is, you have another identity besides our relationship, allowing you to bypass Isena and Avalanche to control the corridor.” Shen Xi frowned, as if trying to pierce his eyes with her gaze.
Cheng Fei thought for a moment, "Little cutie, why don't you just say I'm the Star Spirit Emperor?"
The girl paused for a second, then said, "I can't rule out that possibility."
"Looks like we're a match made in heaven? Then please agree to marry me quickly, so we can hurry up and produce offspring for the Star Spirits." The boy chuckled.
"I've said it before, the Protoss don't reproduce naturally." The girl glared at him, clearly disgusted.
"So this is the reason why Her Majesty the Empress is so cold?"
777. Shen Xi has emotions.
"Don't distract me with your nonsense." The girl punched him lightly, seemingly displeased.
"Okay, then take your time to think it over. What you think is none of my business. Remember to let me know when you're done." After saying that, the young man hugged her slender body tightly with a sense of peace of mind, admiring her beautiful little face that had pressed against him.
Shen Xi's eyelashes trembled slightly. After a moment of silence, she took a deep breath, moved away from him, and adjusted her body to a comfortable and close position. She buried her face in his chest again and gripped his shoulders tightly with her small hands.
"Cheng Fei, I don't understand." The girl's voice was muffled, and her expression could not be seen under her thick hair.
"Can't understand what?"
"Could it be that your real special ability is to acquire other people's special abilities? But there are clearly fox spirits and people with the surname Lin, so why are your perception and luck so low? What is the essence of special abilities? Why can a substitute be adapted? And why can you get things from the corridor? Who are you? What is the truth behind all of this..." The girl spoke softly, her words filled with a sense of bewilderment that she never usually showed, and her small hands gripping his shoulders tightened even more.
Cheng Fei realized that no matter how intelligent the girl in his arms was, she was still powerless to solve problems she couldn't solve.
The atmosphere in the room became quiet.
After a while, the young man spoke softly, "Shen Xi."
"What?" The girl didn't even look up.
"Have you finished thinking? If you have, Your Highness, please hurry up and fulfill the reward. We have limited time." The boy stared at the ceiling, his tone serious.
After he finished speaking, the air was silent for a second.
Shen Xi clenched her small hand and raised it high, then used the force of gravity to slam it down mercilessly onto his shoulder, producing a dull thud.
"Cough, why?" the boy asked, his voice trembling with internal injuries.
"Heartless trash!" the girl cursed, leaving him in annoyance.
Under the boy's silent gaze, the girl went into the bathroom, reappeared after the sound of running water, took out props from her small handbag, returned to kneel beside the boy, and began preparations. She remained indifferent throughout, making a lot of noise with every movement, and seemed quite displeased.
"Your Highness, you've had a long journey," the boy said softly after a moment's thought.
"Shut up!" the girl said coldly, emanating a chilling aura that seemed almost tangible.
With both small hands evenly coated with the props, the girl maintained her displeased expression and began working with her head down.
Cheng Fei's gaze swept over her slender, snow-white legs as she knelt, past the small, soft body hidden behind them, and finally settled on her face. Because she was looking down, the girl's thick, dark hair fell down, covering most of her face.
"Teacher Shen, is there no chance to admire your wonderful little face this time?" the boy asked calmly.
"Sorry, that's all this time." The girl glanced at him, sneered, and then turned her body so that he couldn't see her face, as if it were a form of revenge.
Cheng Fei pursed his lips and remained silent.
Because of the girl's actions, the small, soft figure that was kneeling and hidden behind her was now facing the boy, and certain round details, like pink pearls, were clearly presented before his eyes.
Ms. Shen, you are so adorable, Amen...
The moment he had this thought, he suddenly felt as if someone had gripped his vitals tightly, and he couldn't help but shiver.
"Teacher Shen, why were you so harsh today...?" the boy asked hesitantly.
"Your imagination." The girl on the other end didn't even turn her head.
I don't think so...
"Enough with the nonsense, I said it, that's it." The girl's voice was cold and devoid of any emotion.
"You were quite gentle the last few times..."
"If you think I'm not gentle, you can go die." The girl was like a heartless machine.
"Shen Xi, you seem a bit emotional..."
"Heh, so what?"
"Why……?"
"This is what happens to Cheng Feiyu for hiding the truth from me and being perfunctory!" The girl gritted her teeth and clenched her small hands, cursing as she did so with unbearable frustration.
"Teacher Shen, please don't do this!" The boy gasped.
"Shut up! Making me do this is exactly what Cheng Feiyu has been dreaming of. What else is there to complain about?" The girl became increasingly agitated.
after a while.
The boy returned to his room and smacked his lips.
