Dr. Tom, an elderly scientist with white hair, is intently studying a set of data.

Hearing footsteps, he looked up and saw Pepper leading a group of strangers in.

“Ms. Potts? Who are these people? They don’t have permission to enter this area.”

Dr. Tom frowned.

Loki did not answer, but simply raised his Mind Scepter.

A flash of blue light appeared, and Dr. Tom's eyes turned the same blue.

"I need you to build me a portal using the Arc Reactor beneath your building."

"As for the energy system and stabilization device, I believe Stark Industries' Arc Reactor would be the perfect choice."

Dr. Tom nodded and immediately began working.

Under Loki's command, the controlled Stark Industries employees joined in to help Dr. Tom build the portal device.

Professor Enrico from S.H.I.E.L.D. was among them.

Everyone was busy working.

Hawkeye walked up to Loki and whispered his report:

“I have taken control of the building’s security system and cut off all external communications. S.H.I.E.L.D. will not know we are here.”

Fury stood at the helicopter cabin door, observing the strange phenomenon in the sky through binoculars.

Just then, from the crack in the sky, the first Chitauri warriors burst out on their flying skateboards.

Clad in metal armor and wielding energy weapons, they swooped down onto the streets of New York with piercing howls.

"We are facing an alien invasion! Repeat, alien invasion! Deploy defenses immediately and protect civilians!"

S.H.I.E.L.D. agents quickly deployed on the streets and engaged in fierce firefights with the Chitauri warriors.

Beams and bullets from energy weapons clashed in the air, and explosions echoed one after another.

However, as more and more Chitauri warriors poured out of the portal, S.H.I.E.L.D.'s defenses began to crumble.

On the top floor of Stark Tower, Loki looked at his masterpiece with satisfaction.

He grabbed an abandoned car and hurled it at a group of Chitauri warriors like a javelin, triggering a series of explosions.

"Damn aliens! You shouldn't have come to Earth! This isn't a place for you to run wild!"

He roared and continued his destructive rampage.

Meanwhile, the big boss stood atop a building, arms outstretched, his eyes gleaming with a strange light.

Under his psychic control, dozens of Chitauri warriors were seized by an invisible force.

They struggled in the air before being violently slammed against the wall or the ground.

"Director Fury."

The leader spoke in a deep voice through the communicator:

"There are too many enemies, we need more support! You don't want New York to be destroyed by aliens, do you?"

"Mr. Lan, what suggestions do you have? I have already requested assistance!"

Fury's helicopter hovered near Stark Tower.

He looked at the endless stream of Chitauri troops pouring out of the portal, his expression grave.

"I have already contacted the military."

"The Air Force and Army are on their way. But we must find a way to close the portal, or this battle will never end."

Just then, a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent rushed into the helicopter cockpit:

"Sir! We've intercepted communications from inside Stark Tower! The portal is powered by both the Tesseract and the Arc Reactor! If we can shut down the power source or destroy the control unit, the portal will close!"

Fury made a decision immediately:

"All special forces personnel, listen up! Target: Stark Tower's top-floor laboratory! We must destroy that portal device!"

However, getting into Stark Tower is not easy...

Loki has deployed mind-controlled guards throughout the building, including Stark Industries security personnel and some S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.

Every entrance was heavily guarded.
